Sam from Sunbelt came to replace a ceiling light fixture and literally did it in 3 minutes. From taking off the faulty one we had to installing the new one. Everything was quick and easy when knowledgeable staff are sent to do the job. Highly recommended.

Very pleased that Dave was able to direct me to my solution to my issues. I was plugging into the wrong outlet so my lights wouldnt come on And the other Outlet will be out of warranty and I will have to address it in the future, but Dave was able to show me what would have to be done to have it corrected.
The serviceman called to let me know he was on his way, arrived shortly after that, and was polite and professional. He explained what caused the problems and fixed it quickly.

I've used this company in the past and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Starting with the front office, both ladies I've spoken to AJ and I don't remember the other woman's name but both have been very friendly and professional. It's the worse to call a company and they sound dry like they don't want to be there. My tech was Sam. He is amazing! He was punctual, had mask on, professional and got the job done extremely quick. Nobody wants to deal with the headache of electrical issues but having a competent technician definitely eased my mind because I knew the job would be done correct! Scheduled by AHS warranty company to check out a electrical panel that caught fire. The technician came out and on a full panel said he would replace a few breakers by moving them...mind you, you can see there was a fire!!! I requested he pull other breakers to check them and he refused. I had another electrician do it and we found more burnt ready to start yet another fire. When I called I left two messages for a supervisor to find out they went home at 1:30pm in the afternoon and refused to call back. Now I have no power to AC units in and it s over 100 degrees outside. This company is a joke and I will be reporting to the ROC and BBB.

You ahould apologize for your technician. The warranty did their job and sent someone else out who was appalled that your guy would be willing to leave my family in such a dangerous position. Working in the field you can bet everyone i meet will be told first to stay clear of your company. You deflect responsibility and no one ever wants to help, I cannot believe you are still in business.
Referred by Old Republic Home Warranty, Technician was incompetent, Only came to collect $75 dollar service fee, Was only at home for 15min did not try to troubleshoot. Very Unprofessional Company. It seems by the reviews that Company is bias to customers belonging to Old Republic, Did not even come back to give a receipt. Probably dont even background check their employees.

She was very friendly and put in an urgent request for us since we didn't have A/C, stating a window between 1-4pm today. The technician, Frank, called shortly after, and let me now he was on way. Frank was friendly and professional and was able to identify the problem quickly. He took the time to explain what the issues were and how to troubleshoot any potential issues in the future. You never know what you are going to get with the home warranty company, but I'm happy they got it right this time. Highly recommend Sunbelt!

This company has come out 3 times to fix smoke detectors. The first time all but the master were working fine now after 3rd trip all the smoke detectors do not work! This company lied to home warranty stated they changed a smoke detector they actually changed a battery and told me all fixed when in reality they only checked the battery worked and the ac power was still not working. I did leave a message for the owner to call and I hope he does. Very sad your technicians lie!

Sunbelt was assigned to come out for a warranty call related to current/intermittent issues with outlets/wiring not consistently working. The tech was very nice and I may be changing this review, but for now, I have to rate a 3 only because our air conditioning started tripping breakers a couple of hours after he left. We then had an HVAC person come out, as his suggestion, that guy said we still need an electrician, so being without air conditioning going on a month with 5 kids, 2 elderly people and 4 dogs has not been fun. When we let the electrician know we needed him back, we have to survive the weekend before he can come back. Again, I realize he is busy and we are not his only customer, but we need to be priority, since the job wasn't correct the first time, almost a month ago. Depending on how it goes, I may edit this review on Monday, once he has returned.
I recently had an electrician from another company out to look at a problem in my garage. Shows up in shorts and a t-shirt with no logo or identifying markings on his vehicle, none of the outlets were working. Electrician comes in and tells me they will have to rip out the walls and rewire the whole circuit.

Sunbelt electric (Kenneth) comes to my door in professional attire, a nice work van, a great attitude, and fixes my problem in 10 minutes.
A single blown gfi outlet was the problem and other guy wanted thousands to rip apart my house/ garage for a 20$ outlet.

Received their services as part of a home warranty claim for a broken ceiling fan. First technician shows up, determines it is in fact the fan and not an electrical issue but does not have a fan with him. Says they will order one and come to install.
Shortly after I see the claim has been closed by Sunbelt as a completed service and the next day a new home warranty claim is open. They come by a few days later and install the replacement fan. Days later I have a charge on my home warranty for a second claim. 2 claims for one broken ceiling fan?
If you have a choice in electrical companies, choose one that doesn't put their customers through this nonsense. They're not worth the hassle that I'm now going through.

Dave had to come out a second time because the problem did not show itself. Ended up being a loose wire in the attic. Dave crawled up in the attic in the July heat, found the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes. Dedicated staff and nice people to work with!

We have a home warranty and had a minor electrical issue that was contracted to sunbelt. The first technician was short with us, did not answer questions. He also ignored my wife like she didn t exist when she asked questions. He recommended we replace a light fixture. They came back to replace the light fixture that they recommended we change. I wasn t able to be home for the second visit and the technician was rude to my wife and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. Avoid them at all costs, if it was one horrible electrician I could call it a fluke, since both were terrible and rude I have to strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your electrical needs.
My tech Ken was on time, very knowledgeable and did a great job. I really like that they sent me a remind email and text to let me know when he s coming. His picture was included so I don t have to wonder.
The Sunbelt tech was in our home for literally 4 minutes and I have the alarm company log to prove it. The call was for garage door lights, laundry room lights and kids' ceiling fan. When I opened the door to greet him, he told me the light bulbs I was using for the garage were wrong. He took 2 seconds to look at the laundry room lights then told me that those are not covered in my warranty then proceeded to the kids' room to look at the ceiling fan. He took pictures then he said he's got another house in the area to go to. And, this is what I'm being charged $75 for? Nothing!
awful, terrible, technician (Jim) without a clue, could barely connect 2 wires,! Not one thing was repaired, not worth the time. a complete waste of money time and effort, nothing was fixed. stay away!

They tell you one thing and the home warranty company something else. We have a exhaust fan in our garage. The motor is shot. I gave them the vendor where to buy the motor assembly. Sunbelt told the warranty company twice that there is nothing wrong. The bearings are shot. If they would just pick up the motor from Cool My Garage dot Com they would know.
