The tech was very nice and I may be changing this review, but for now, I have to rate a 3 only because our air conditioning started tripping breakers a couple of hours after he left. We then had an HVAC person come out, as his suggestion, that guy said we still need an electrician, so being without air conditioning going on a month with 5 kids, 2 elderly people and 4 dogs has not been fun. When we let the electrician know we needed him back, we have to survive the weekend before he can come back. Again, I realize he is busy and we are not his only customer, but we need to be priority, since the job wasn't correct the first time, almost a month ago. Depending on how it goes, I may edit this review on Monday, once he has returned.
