We are very satisfied with ARC. They did a big commercial project for us and everything was done on time turned out great. Highly recommend!

I am a licensed contractor & have been for over 24 years. We build swimming pools so our need for licensed electricians is somewhat different to most trades. I need electricians with trenchers rather than ladders. Out work is primarily underground & adds on to existing services more like remodeling. There are very intense safety regulations when you add electricity to water. Arc is always ahead of the curve on code & local requirements. They work with the inspectors & building departments in a very professional manner. I can t tell you that during the hundreds of projects we have done together they have never had a conflict with an inspector, what I can tell you is that on the rare occasion that it has happened it has been corrected expeditiously with no debate. The word that describes them is professional .

Jason, our Technician, did an excellent job of diagnosing our problem and quickly resolving it. In addition, he is very personable and establishes good rapport with the client. ARC was able to get to me quickly and Thomas did a great job putting up 2 ceiling fans and explaining the process throughout. Highly recommend the company for strong customer service, done right and safely.

Have used them twice and on both occasions the service was exceptional. The first time was for electrical connection to tankless gas water heater.. on time and Jason did a great job. He is very personal and genuine. We discussed a generator and answered a lot of my questions. Mark came out and surveyed the job to be done and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and this was a big job with lots of moving parts. Gas Piping, inspections, electrical. Duke energy, inspections, electrical inspections.... This process took 3 weeks to coordinate everything.. ARC was great and kept me informed all the way. Inspector stated their work was impeccable.. I signed up for the bi-annual service and now i am the proud owner of a Genrac 22kw generator that works like magic.. Jason, Mark and Kendel were just great to work with... Update... got to use the generator for the first time today... 5 hour run and it started up, switched power and the shut down when utility power came back on. worked flawlessly.. I am very satisfied..

ARC electric was great, we just needed an outlet to be placed above our fireplace for our TV mount and they were busy so we had to wait a little over a week to get someone out. However, Bobby, our technician and couldn't have been nicer. He made sure he wasn't just cutting random holes in the wall and was doing it the best and cleanest way, he also was very polite and made sure I knew the whole process. Not to mention the whole process took maybe 30 minutes. Thanks again!

Bobby was great. He arrived early, and completed everything we had requested quickly and efficiently. He was a real pleasure to work with. This was our first time using ARC Electric, and we will definitely call them again.

We hired ARC Electric for a big project that included installing all house smart switches/panel inspection/existing light fixtures replacement, etc.. The decision was based on the positive reviews and the fact that our neighbors worked with them building their house next door. Our experience with the company didn't meet anticipated expectations; four days into the project they completely dropped out leaving equipment and half of the work behind with no further communication. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the company to anyone. Per your statement "the last time we spoke you were to call us to when you were ready for our return", please emails that have been forwarded .

Says open 24/7 get I get an answering machine saying they have closed for the day at 7:30 a.m. while I'm driving behind one of their business vehicles that is obviously active or possibly going to an appointment

I have used ARC Electric Company on many occasions and every time the technicians have been on-time, and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoy the personalized service we get every time.

I would not even give one star bad customer service company gave me hard time and attitude after I said to someone in the office they don't know how to do their job ... I was trying to call then back to fix the situation asked to speak with the management and they still making excuses and having arguments with me and on top of that the stuff manager started to calling me names on the phone ... do not recommend this company !!! office handle the situation on a very unprofessional way .

We recently used ARC Electric for the first time on our campus. The entire experience was handled professionally from initial quote to the finished installation. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. Technicians were on time, professionally dressed, and completed work in a neat and orderly fashion.

I hired ARC Electric for a big project that included installing a generator that i paid in full The decision was based on the positive reviews and the fact that I worked with them before and they did a good job 4 years ago, my experience with the company didn't meet anticipated expectations, 3 months later my generator still not working properly and they just not having good communication with their tech since he told them in July that it was an issue with the operation of the generator and i had to email them on 10/5/2020 and half of the work behind with no further communication. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the company to anyone .And also they damaged my drive way when they dropped the generator and after sending them the photos of drive way before and after they cracked it and refused to repair it.

I have used ARC Electric on several projects during our home remodel. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional, did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the mess they made. I would highly recommend this company.

We can t say enough great things about ARC Electric! They saved my construction process when my original electrician walked off the job. Whenever we need anything or have an issue they are here. They are honest, reliable and a joy to work with. Highly recommend!
