Summit Direct gives great, friendly, and fast service. If I ever have an issue with my computer or am looking to upgrade, im coming to Summit Direct.

I brought my Asus laptop in for a dc jack repair after a week the jack burnt out. I then brought it in for warranty to be repaired it turned out it was not install properly. they then called back a few days later saying they some how had broken my motherboard (it was working correctly when I brought in) A few weeks pass and the repairs are complete I went to pick it up and they told me the month long warranty had expired while doing repairs they waved the repairs on the dc jack but then wanted me to pay for the motherboard they had to replace when they broke my perfectly good one.

Unprofessional, rude and dishonest. Constantly told me my computer "was about to be looked at". I was jerked around for about 4 weeks and then was told by someone there that they thought my computer was a lost cause the first time I brought it in. The only alternative Summit would give me was to build a new rig. I took it to a different place and it ended up being a simple motherboard replacement which cost $250.

Great service. Unfortunately it has closed down now.

An overall great experience. Happy to use Summit again and again for any purchases or repairs. Great people backing up a great company!

Ruined my life

I have had more than a few computers in the past and as with any of them there is always trouble. My latest PC I purchased at Summit Direct Computers on Queenston Rd. just East of Parkdale in Hamilton. They have given me tremendous service and more so the friendliest service yet. If you have a computer problem; Summit is the place to call, you will be satisfied I am sure.

I love this store ,the service is great and the manager is so helpful.

Small store but they have everything that's usually needed. If not, they order it in. Much cleaner and better looking store than the other computer stores in the area. I got 2 computers from this store and I can't complain at all. The prices seem to be pretty good too.

I took my 17.3 inch gateway laptop to Summit for the business to replace a cracked screen on Wed. on July 16, 2014 at approximately 4:30pm. I was told that they would need to order the screen. I was also told that they could not order it until Thursday July 17, 2014 and that it would take 24 hours for them to receive the screen. On the following Tuesday July 22, 2014 at approximately 4:30pm, I had to call the business to find out the status of my laptop repair. The work had yet to be done!!!! This behavior is unacceptable for a business. It took way too long to get the screen and they waited too long do the repair. But, they took the $226 for screen and repair very quickly. I hope they enjoy the money. It will be the last they receive from me.
