I love my hair cut! AJ did an amazing job. My hair is a complicated style. Long, thick, wavy, with different layers. Even after many shampoos it's still a beautiful cut because it was cut correctly! I am rcomending AJ to everyone.

I had heard great things about this salon and drove from downtown Minneapolis (during rush hour) to get here. I had such a wonderful experience with Savannah, and am so happy with my hair! The salon was peaceful and Savannah did a great job of walking me through what she was doing, what her thought process was on choosing a color, and making sure that everything was good to go and just how I wanted it. Will definitely be back!

My hair color was awful when I went in to Jordan salon. I had know clue how to fix or even if the box dye job I had done was even fixable. It was supposed to be light brown well not so much it turned the top half of my head a brassy brown with a weird red tint to it and the bottom half black. Amanda was amazing, she settled me down and came up with a game plan. I was so happy she was able to help me and at that my hair was a color I loved!! Thank you Amanda you are awesome!!!
Tracy is the best massage therapist I've ever went to. I'm not trying out anyone else again, I have found my girl. She always does something extra or surprising that is absolutely wonderful. Also, the front desk girls have always been great too!

I came to Jordan A Salon for Mago Hair Extension. My experience was good at first and was excited to make this my new salon. After spending $600 getting my hair done I got home to style and found 15 strings that weren't cut.
The lady that put these in mentioned several times this was the quickest "install" ever and now I can see why. I went in to have them fix their mistake however Amanda (I believe that was her name) was on vacation and the Manager wasn't in.
I spent 2 hours at home feeling out every last inch of hair and cutting these strings out myself (which I kept).
I got a call from Amanda a week later but at that point it was too late to make things right. A call from the manager would have been appreciated right away and a gift card to try to get my business back.
Had a wonderful time with a facial, massage, and manicure package. I felt so pampered and everyone who worked there was professional and friendly and made it a very comfortable experience.

I have been here for haircuts and most recently a full body massage. My haircuts were wonderful with scalp and shoulder massages, friendly and easy going staff/stylists and local artwork and jewelry for sale.
My massage was great with a warm bed, essential oils that I was able to choose, hot towels and soothing music of course.
This salon is very customer centric and they go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful experience, complete with wine, tea, water and snacks!

I'm a new client at Jordan A Salon and had a wonderful first experience with Amanda. I have long, thick, coarse hair that I'm transitioning to my natural color, which includes gray. Amanda spent time talking with me about my routine, challenges and then made recommendations. I love my cut! She did a great job maintaining the length, layering and thinning it out so I can better manage it.
I can't say enough great things about this salon. I look forward to getting my hair done each and every time and enjoy how relaxed I feel while I am there. Everyone is super nice and make you feel welcomed.

I have been a long standing customer at Jordan A and saw the same stylist for many years. I have also referred several friends and colleagues to this establishment so the manner in which I was treated after my last visit is extremely appalling.
I asked for my usual highlights with a strawberry blonde low light. While in the shampoo bowl having toner placed on my hair, my stylist asked another stylist why my hair was turning violet. Yes that's right PURPLE.
She tried washing it out with another toner and assured me it was gone. She cut, dried and styled my hair in the usual fashion and I went home, after 4 hours of being there!
When I pulled my hair up the next day for work, it was purple. Violet purple which is not acceptable at my place of employment.
I called to try and get in with my stylist and the manager was extremely unaccommodating. He told me to wash it out with Dawn dish soap. I did not spend $160 to be told to wash it out with Dawn dish soap.
I also asked for a partial refund, for the color only, not for my stylists hair cut or tip. The owner refused. I also sent him photos via text for him to see my hair and asked for a response back and he never called or responded.
Needless to say I was so upset at the way I was treated and there was no accountability on their end and no attempt to make it right for me.
It's sad that after so many years of being a very regular client, I was treated this poorly. Its obvious I was not valued and I will not return. I will also make it well known to my friends and colleagues to never use their services again.
Ashley was a delight, she gave the best scalp and neck massage, I really needed it! I'm happy with the curly cut she gave me.
For a facial I would not recommend. You pay top dollar for 50 minutes to be pampered. I get the mask needs to be on my face x amount of time. Instead of cleaning your bowls and brushs you should be massaging my hands or neck. She most of known she lacked on pampering because after the facial when I was drinking water she put a warm pillow on my neck. It would have been nice to have that during the facial. I have had many facials and after this one I felt short changed. I will not recommend or be back.

Ashley is the best stylist. We are gradually changing my hair color to an all over silver to match my existing natural hair growth. It was just perfect! I love the new color, it looks so natural. I m looking forward to my upcoming Toner appointment.
My stylist took a lot of time getting my hair done just the way I wanted. I couldn't love my balayage anymore.
I recently went there for a Spa Facial and Massage on two separate days. The services themselves were amazing. Very relaxing. They made sure you felt pampered and taken care of which I absolutely loved.
However...I booked my services online and expected a specific price when I got to the counter. I did add an additional service for my facial so I expected it to be a little more and I was fine with that. When I asked for the receipt, all I received was the CC receipt instead of an itemized receipt showing the services and the cost for said services. I don't mind paying more for something, but when you tell me it's going to be an additional $20...then have it be $20. Not $30 or $40.
This is not to say I won't go back, but I will be asking about pricing and why the cost was substantially more than what was placed online and what I was told with the facialist.

THANK YOU MICHAEL for fixing my hair. I recently was forced to find a new stylist after going to the same person faithfully every three months for 15 years. I purchased a groupon for somewhere else and the lady destroyed my hair and the foils were horrible. I went to Jordan A Salon to see if they could fix it and made my appointment with Michael. He did a great job, and got it back to exactly how I wanted it from looking at pictures. He was professional, friendly and and most importantly, knows what he is doing. I will definitely be back. Michael listened to what I wanted, and not only did exactly what I asked, but he did a great job. As vain as it sounds, my hair is important to me and I was scared that I would just continue to do damage and never get my hair back to how it used to be. Michael did an excellent job. He is a talented stylist and I am very happy to have found him.
