I took my 17.3 inch gateway laptop to Summit for the business to replace a cracked screen on Wed. on July 16, 2014 at approximately 4:30pm. I was told that they would need to order the screen. I was also told that they could not order it until Thursday July 17, 2014 and that it would take 24 hours for them to receive the screen. On the following Tuesday July 22, 2014 at approximately 4:30pm, I had to call the business to find out the status of my laptop repair. The work had yet to be done!!!! This behavior is unacceptable for a business. It took way too long to get the screen and they waited too long do the repair. But, they took the $226 for screen and repair very quickly. I hope they enjoy the money. It will be the last they receive from me.
