Very friendly and dry helpful. Take the time to talk to you and explain everything which is a must when your trusting people with your loved pets. Moved here recently from another vet so I m happy with my change.

The vet is very helpful, but there was a long wait.

First time visiting this veterinary, sadly it was to say goodbye to our much loved dog Alfie of 15 years of age. Because of covid and lockdown we were not allowed to go in with him for the procedure which was absolutely heart breaking but totally understandable. The woman who delt with us through the window and also took our boy away from us was kind compassionate and considerate of our feelings and was very gentle with our boy.

The care, love and attention you get at Summerdale is outstanding. They've taken brilliant care of all my pets over many years and I always know they are in the best and most experienced hands. I trust them completely.

No continuity of care. Almost gave our puppy the first jab ANIMALS 2 different vets within the one practice saw her with a bad cough, got told airways were clear. Went to a different vet clinic. They gave antibiotics within 30 seconds of seeing her due to a bad infection that Summerdale had missed.
They don't reply to friendly emails, they don't reply to complaint emails. Taking this further.
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR ANIMALS

Fantastic service. We needed a vet to check our elderly chinchilla. This was the only local place we could find. The best news...we were able to bring Dusty home when we thought he would have to be put down Thank you so much.

I've tried other vets in billericay but this is by far the best ! We won't take our cats anywhere else!
