After much back and forth, this pompous buffoon told me that he "specialized in large-scale clients anyhow," and suggested that I go through another agent to get my car insurance with SR-22, an addition THAT HE HAD NEVER HEARD OF. Go elsewhere, he doesn't know insurance from a hole in the ground.

Carly provided me with extraordinary service. I had purchased a car after moving here during the covid pandemic. Carly was quick to respond and helped me transfer my policy from another state to a new apartment and onto another vehicle and it just took a few emails back and forth to get everything done. I had contacted several other companies including another state farm agency and carly was the only one prompt and professional enough to help me out.I am very happy to be doing business with this office.

If there was an option to rate this business with less than one star I would because they don't even deserve that! This place is so incompetent and inconsistent. I don't understand how State Farm even allows them to sell insurance under their name. They have over charged me EVERY month for my insurance on my car and my home, costing me about an extra $500. DO NOT use them as an insurance provider if you don't like to be robbed.
