Reception at the airport on departure equal to zero.
Arrived on the spot we found some very good entertainers to them and only they can give 4 stars.
Regarding the assistance from the manager in the hotel we are obliged to give 1 star for the lack of competence in managing all those who were on vacation.
I do not speak only for myself but also from the many complaints I have heard.
However, all in all, go quietly, beautiful and relaxing place.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PACKAGE WITH THE ATLANTIS TRIPS BUT DO IT DIRECTLY AT THE HOTEL, WITH 10 MORE THERE ARE DOUBLE SERVICES.

Tour Operator poorly organized in everything, from the transfer to the hotel to the structures it relies on to host its customers. Very bad

BAD experience !! I travel to Kenya for a week and unfortunately I go home really dissatisfied and more!
Bad organization where upon arrival from the bus to the village they tried to sell us any type of excursion !! once we arrived they immediately asked us to leave our suitcases in the rooms and to show up in their "office" to explain the village to us ... minutes of explanation and 20 minutes to sell us again the same excursions already proposed !!
Unfortunately we had already booked the Safari from Italy ... but it turned out to be a really bad choice !! We had the room booked at Voi Safari Lodge and once we arrived there was no reservation ... so with an apology, which changed day by day, he found us another accommodation, but the difference was a lot !!! On the internet the rooms have a difference of 30/40 we didn't even get an apology !!
Another proof of a bad organization is the day of the return, they made us leave at 6 in the morning even knowing that the plane was 3 hours late (we had already been told the night before) conclusion ... from 9:30 until 3 pm by plane I take you to Mombasa ... I'll just let you imagine!
The contact person David showed a really bad predisposition to offer good customer service, in fact he was often a real seller ... worse than the Beach boys !!
I would advise against anyone to rely on him and I hope the tour operator inquires, since his interest is also affected!

First time with Atlantis travel. Experience not to be repeated, bad structure in Greece.

I have been to Cape Verde, the perfect structure for the place where it is located, staff and entertainment, spectacular excursions by the tour operator, really treated in detail.

Bad tour operator. He chooses unsatisfactory and dilapidated hotels and villages "see coral noir" Madagascar, poor on-site assistance the first week non-existent the second. I absolutely do not recommend this tour operator otherwise I assure you it will ruin your holiday ......!

I haven't been to Cape Verde yet but I would like to go there for October. I have traveled to Zanzibar 3 times with the travels of Atlantis and another location much further in the years but I have always found myself well and a person who carefully evaluates many facets of the holiday says so I must say that I am sorry that they are not present in the other holiday locations I frequent
