I have been working with this company regularly for a couple of years now and I have to say how much I appreciate there customer service and time. They are so knowledgeable about there products they make my job easy. I have met with a few of their employees over the years and they go above and beyond to ensure that I completely understand what I am purchasing. I am impressed with the quality and finishes of there products. I personally have worked with Peter over 3 dozen times and he is very prompt in his service and response, It is very much appreciated.

Dennis was my salesman. He went above and beyond to make me satisfied. He delivered my cages and unloaded them into my garage. We lost a pin for a door. He drove over one and didn t charge me. I give them five stars!!

I sent photos of the part I needed. PHOTOS of a tightening knob we needed. I got a completely different item in the mail. I emailed back and the lady didn't know what I meant by a female or male. Female is inny, male is outy and the pictures sent originally were very clear. She refused to help any further, called my office and threw a hissy fit that I got what I asked for which is not true and I made it clear under no uncertain terms that I'd be taking my business elsewhere because it is one thing to not know your job, products, or how to look at a photo with your eyeballs and a completely different thing to call my office with an attitude. You ma'am are the person who doesn't know your job. Don't bother with these people, they will screw your order up and refuse a refund all the while admitting they don't know up from down. Ridiculous.

Late delivery, Torn open Finger... "Not Their Problem":
We are a small veterinary clinic who ordered cages from them. I finally called them to see when the cages were coming and they told me to call freight company. Freight company said wed then they called me back to say Thursday. They delivered the cages but did not bring them in (which I paid extra for). We had to unpack and bring in ourselves. My employee cut her finger (deeply) on one of the cages, since we had them scattered everywhere. There was no warning of sharp edges. When I called to complain while all this is going on (which it is nearly impossible to reach customer service), I was told it was not their problem. They are not a shipping company and cannot give me a delivery estimate or date??!!!!!! They did say they will refund my money for the service to bring the cages inside which was not done.

First dealt with this company over 30 years ago and nothing has changed. It is a family-owned business and they only put enough effort into the business to provide family members with income and company cars. Never seemed to care much about customers or employees.

Place is absolutely horrendous. The quality of the products are terrible, some of my order was already rusting and the welds were breaking. I went in for a tour and the manager, I think Jake, seemed completely drunk and very rude. Never having anything to do with this place again.

RUN! If I could give this company negative stars I would. The sales rep was in constant contact with us up until the very day that we placed the order. They required full payment upfront. After receiving a large payment, all communication had come to a complete stop. NOTHING! It has been months of trying to get a delivery date from this sham of a company. Leaving emails, phone messages, and calls to "upper management" requesting shipping updates have had zero effect on our situation.

Seriously, the most unprofessional people I have worked with. How do they stay in business? RUN from this company!

We ordered Kitty Condos from Suburban Surgical November, 2016. As of today March 17, 2017 the condos have not been delivered. We have made multiple phone calls, left voice messages, emailed to the sales person. He finally responded and advised us to contact customer service. Again, emails and phone calls not returned. Finally, we spoke to a customer service person who says, not their problem, the sales rep should be providing information regarding ship date. We had paid a fair sum of money in advance for the condos, when asked if a credit or refund would be offered due to the late ship and lack of communication, no definite answer was provided. The sales rep advised he would relay our concerns and request for compensation to the business owner. Our last communication was March 3, 2017. No feedback or condos have been received. We would not refer others to this company.

Stay away from this business. Negative stars would have made more sense. Customer service is AWFUL!! The lady at customer service hung the phone up on me. She was not knowledgeable on her own products. Was very rude and unwilling to help. There s 2 sides to every story but there s no excuse to treat a customer with complete disrespect the way I was treated for 3 days of phone calls. I called distributor reps to ask for help and was told by all of them that they hear bad things about this place ALL the time. How can this place still be in business? I usually do not leave reviews but this place is not where we will ever do business again. Listen to the reviews, the bad ones are true!

Please rethink before you order anything from this company. Horrible service. They will say one thing and will do other. Please explore other options. Don't believe what they say. Stay away from this company.

Listen to the reviews and find another company. Had a couple complaints and they laughed and told me to talk to customer service. I thought the rep is customer service but apparently they just take the order and collect the money. After that you become just a number and they don't care anymore. They know nothing about what they sell and make no effort to follow through. You must prepay by check or get penalized for using credit care even for a $50 item. Sign their ridicules contract that makes them liable for nothing they do wrong and send instructions that are incomplete. Use a credit card if you buy so you can at least charge it back when the phone goes silent during setup.

Horrible customer service! They won't listen to you and won't tell you if they have parts. There is only one customer service rep. She acts like she is on a power trip. you can not talk to anyone else that works there besides her. She wont even let you talk to upper management even though they are standing right next to her. I called and talked to her multiple times during the same day and each time I talked to her she had no idea who I was or what I needed. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. We now have a $4,000 boat anchor.

Horrible!!! Customer service reps are complete idiots. Sales rep Tim has no idea what he is doing. First he ordered me the wrong base and customer service lady was to dumb to figure out how to get me correct one. Then he sent me the wrong crate doors and 2 weeks later they still haven't figured out how to solve the problem. Morons!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst experience of our entire building project. We were encouraged to order the product early because they were slow, then told they would hold the equipement until our convenience. Of course, once built they were too busy to keep it and delivered it by truck 3 months earlier than we needed. The truck showed up at 3:00 pm and I was told I had to open every box and go through everything personally to make sure it was right BEFORE THE TRUCK LEFT. This was physically impossible. It was $100,000 worth of equipment. Stainless Steel Kennels, exam tables, Treatment Island and all of the parts to assemble everything. Not to mention where do you store an entire semi-truck load of equipment before your new building is ready for it. This means opening boxes and unloading everything to a storage facility, then loading and moving all said open boxes to our new facility when we are ready. THE COMPANY DOES NOT CARE about your problems. Things only got worse when we had the crew come assemble everything. Brackets were sent incorrectly, not the right number, not the right part. I had to borrow a drill press to do holes in the equipment so that the rivets would even go in the walls. The brackets were not the correct brackets to use with the resting benches. When contacted they snail mailed the parts and they actually arrived after the assembly was complete. I had to manufacture my own parts (of course couldn't do stainless) so now some of the brackets are rusting. The sides are coming out where the rivets have corroded. I installed all of this equipment in March. Not even 6 months old. I am still mad enough to post this review one year later. NEVER....NEVER....NEVER... use Surburban Surgical. Even on follow up phone calls (made by me) they could not care less about my problems.
