Although I purchased my Jeep from another dealership, I have been here 4 times for Servicing and I have consistently received the utmost professional and courteous customer service. Whether it s an oil change, extensive part repair, or tire change, I will always go to this dealership.

Purchased a 2014 jeep grand Cherokee a few recalls on it, wasn't able to be fixed because parts wasn't availible, was told will contact when they have the part never followed up even til today sales rep. Was bill byle could care less about the people he just sold a vehicle to, also were misinformed so I couldn't leave same day with the truck but paperwork was all sign. Do not purchase from here if first time buyer. Instead shop online take your time to find the right one or a few before heading into a dealership if not you will feel rushed by the sales rep.

Advise you take your car somewhere else for service. This place is not customer focused.

Got a service quote for $175 (brake pads, AC recharge) the end cost was $950. No loaner cars available, you need to reserve a loaner seperate from the service appointment. Received my car back muddy and had to fill my own tires with air once I got home.

For close to $1k, I expected them to pay attention to details. The work that was done that I can see, makes me really nervous about the work that was done that I can't see...

Beware of this service dept.

We were undecided between two vehicles and he made sure to have them both available for us to compare side by side. I purchased a jeep on monday june12th 2017 I received the wrong set of keys and am still waiting on my paper work to transfer my plates. Tried several times to get a response from my salesman. Finally he called me back but not fixing any of the issues nor did he call me back like he said he would . I am frustrated with the situation and this is a easy problem to fix if only there was communication on the dealers end. I shouldn't have to call 2 or 3 times daily. I've purchased many cars out of state before and this dealership would not be the one I would buy from again.

The service at Suburban is excellent. I took my Jeep in to get an oil change, rotate the tires & fix my window as it was off it's track. Mark Calderon-Odom was so helpful & friendly. The estimate for the service & time to complete was accurate. The waiting area is clean, with plenty of seating, including WiFi which allowed me to work while I waited for my Jeep. Even my Sales Rep (Mary) from almost 2 yrs ago walked by and said Hi. I would recommend this dealership not only to purchase/ lease your next vehicle but also the service department as they are very clear on how customer service.

I have been to this dealer's service many times for routine service as well as part replacements and I have never had any problems. I recently went in to upgrade my vehicle and David Brown helped to get me a great deal on a new Chrysler 200 lease. He worked hard to earn my business by taking the time to show multiple cars off and also address any concerns I had. They do try harder than other dealers to push their overpriced add-ons during financing, but simply decline them and all is good.

I purchased a new 2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk and Max Dombeck was our sales person, Max was very pleasant, not pushy at all and always had the car ready for us for more than one test drive. I definitely recommend the Trailhawk if you are looking for an compact SUV and of course Suburban Chrysler of Troy is the place to go get it from.

There are no high pressure sales tactics and they give their best prices up front without trying to anchor high and then make you feel like you have to battle them to get a fair price (unlike an unnamed dealership east of them). I have leased 3 cars from Suburban and look forward to leasing the next 3.

Just leased a Durango Citadel from Kristine Hill at Suburban. We truly had a great experience. Kristine made sure that we got all of the options that were important to us, and kept us within our budget. She was fast, responsive, and knowledgable. In addition to being great at what she does, Kristine is great with kids. Our infant daughter got a tour of the entire showroom while my husband and I made a decision. We will definitely be referring customers and will go back for our next car.

I'll start by saying that I didn't end up leasing my vehicle through this dealership, but that has zero reflection on my awesome salesman Derrick Walker. I put Derrick through the ringer with 100's of questions, multiple test drives (including an overnight test drive), and dozens of quote requests... and he was nothing short of amazing the entire time! He was patient, knowledgeable about every vehicle and trim, and most importantly... he genuinely listened to my requests and offered incredibly valuable suggestions and feedback. I ultimately ended up going with a totally different brand which meant I couldn't work with Derrick to close the deal, and it actually bummed me out a lot. I was regretful in making the dissapointing phone call to Derrick when I decided to go with the other vehicle. That's when you know that your salesman was more than just that... he was a consultant throughout the experience and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone that is looking for a Chrysler vehicle! I hope to do business with Derrick in a few years when my lease is up (if he's not the CEO of the dealership by then)! GO SEE DERRICK... HE'S GREAT!

I went to Parkway first for an oil change and tire rotation and was less than impressed with their customer service. I decided to try Suburban since I'm familiar with the Troy Motor Mall. I was greeted immediately and escorted to the service counter. The service representative was friendly and efficient. He explained everything in detail. The waiting area is pristine. Everyone there was professional and friendly. This is my dealership for all future service work.

They also have a comfortable waiting area with a large TV and plenty of snacks. There is even a separate waiting area for children to play in. Will definitely go back!

We just leased our second vehicle from here today. It was such a quick and easy process. The inside of the dealership is super nice with free water, coffee, and popcorn. There also is a cute play area for your kids. Our salesperson,Michael B. was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

Update: We will NEVER do business here again. We brought our new vehicle in for service and picked it up with a bolt in the tire( a bolt from a vehicle). The service manager was rude and unhelpful. Now we have to buy a new tire for something that is not our fault.

I wish I could say this was single handedly the worst dealership experience I've ever been put through. UNFORTUNATELY I can't say that because it was a full team effort. Let's start with the phone screener where all their poor service started. He answered and informed me of this amazing deal on a vehicle! The "201" $201 down $201 a month on a fully loaded Jeep Patriot. Sweet! Of course upon hearing the news I rushed there that night to get my wife her new vehicle. Upon my arrival I was very disappointed to learn from the sales person that she had no idea what I was talking about and when we looked into it there's was no such thing at all. Not in past or present. Okay, I expected that I'd pay a little more than advertised per usual with these kinds of things. Now onto our actual purchasing of the vehicle we were informed that our payment was going to be 50% higher than what I was told AND WE HAVE AN EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT!!! Are you kidding me? I expected a little higher out of pocket. $20 maybe $50 but they're asking for double the amount down and a 50% higher payment? Okay fine, I research my vehicles and find out exactly what I want and the extra money isn't a huge deal to me to get exactly what I want (point being though that I was promised that for 201) 8 hours into our experience (not exaggerating) were told that they need documentation of our income... Why didn't you tell me that when I called earlier to see what we'd need? We already did the credit app, did you wait 5 minutes before to see my requirements then act like its my fault I didn't bring my wife's 2004 tax return? Once again we get that sorted out more of my hours down the drain. Finally (or so I thought) were in our vehicle the sales person is programming my wife's phone WRONG. My and I get home and she's in tears because we're paying well over what we expected and here first new car experience has been completely crapped on by this dealership. What is going on in there?????!?!?!? Well it didn't take me long to find out, I called to complain and spoke to a "manager" he explained he can't accept complaints? And that he'd get me to the right person in quality assurance. What a joke! I don't hear back from anyone for almost 5 days after the vehicle ha already been funded and now we can make any changes.... So of course I call back and finally get the right person and he delays it another 2 days he promised a call back at the latest the next day but NOPE I WAIT TWO DAYS!!!! Then he says, it's already funded so you're outta luck.

THIS ENTIRE STAFF IS A LOAD OF CROOKED THEIVES
Phone people are liars, sales people are incompetent, finance managers are idiots and the managers are a joke. If you want to buy any of these vehicles I STRONGLY suggest you go anywhere else. Unless you have 8 hours to spend 50% more than what is promised

Management should have a word with her about her attitude because she ruined my first time ever experience with getting service work done at your Dealership and the only reason I'm giving you Five Stars is because my Service Advisor was awesome and the oil change was done very quickly!

I've had good and bad experiences here at Suburban, but the last time I was here I was really satisfied with the service provided (quick scheduling, quick servicing, price, etc.) by Kyler. Being an engineer myself, I'd rather do simple things like changing oil & brakes but when I'm in a rush or the weather outside is too harsh I'll be taking my car to Suburban Troy again.

I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. I love my new Charger so much, I will be purchasing it when my lease is up. Thank you, Mr. Bellomo. I am in no way a materialistic person, but this meant more to me and my family, just to see me happy again. I, certainly, hope you get the recognition you deserve!

I hate to give a one star as I have been coming here for 10 years but my last oil change experience was so awful. I had a coupon which they would not honor, they blamed Chrysler for sending it. I was willing to pay, I did not really care about the cost, I cared that I was yelled at, told nothing was on them and there was no way they would honor the price. It was pretty crazy. I have to find a new dealership and I am sad about it. I could care less about the money it was all about being treated like I was a horrible customer, instead of someone who just had this offer and how would I know it was not valid. They did not place them selves in my shoes and thats just really bad service. The one manager yelled at me. "I AM NOT GIVING THIS TO YOU FOR $10" after I had repeated several times I was willing to pay. anyway, looking for a new dealer now.

No complaints about their Sales department. However, I d stay as far away from their Service department as possible. I purchased a certified preowned Jeep. The vehicle was littered with issues that should have been caught during the certification process. Now I m paying for repairs out of pocket as they claim the issues could have been done by me after purchase, which is not true.

Go to another Jeep dealership.

Wish I could put zero stars. Got baited by Derrick told me $374 for a lease drove an hour to the dealership when I walked in pulls out his sheet and says it's $500 now. Asked when he found out and he responded with a few minutes before you walked in (5:15 pm). The truth is we were texting and he knew well before (3:55 pm) and said it was approved through ally. Please don't waste your time and believe the lie this guy tells to bait you in. Literally the worst experience.

I m currently trying to get out of my financing loan and trade in my car to start leasing and 2 different salesmen here said I m just stuck and they couldn t do anything for me. I was pleased with the service department but I noticed I was missing 4 hub caps after leaving. Starting to really regret going through this dealership.

My husband and I leased a jeep Cherokee this weekend for he first time and had a great experience. We worked with Jerry and couldn't be happier. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was able to answer all of our questions and taught us a lot. Jerry knew our budget and got us a good deal, as well as working with us on getting the most we could on our trade in, ensuring we would be able to pay the remainder of that loan, plus some! The only negative was the financing person; she was not terribly friendly nor did she do a great job explaining the extra service options (she appeared frustrated with asking minimal questions).

They did not steer us towards a vehicle that they wanted to get "rid" of, but showed us the benefits of all the vehicles we were interested in. They were very patient with our decision. Relaxing non pressure sales process from start to finish. Kristine Hill and Nick in finance were the best. Brandon, sales manager made us feel like we mattered.

This dealership takes advantage of people and tries to get money any way they can. DO NOT COME HERE.

My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee suddenly stalled out and would not crank on Sunday, September 22nd. I had it towed into the Jeep dealership listed on Monday, September 23rd. After two days of trying to figure out the issue, they called and told me it was both the interior and exterior fuel pumps that were not working and that needed to be replaced. This costed $2200 in total. After having them explain to me the issue in detail, I decided to let them go ahead and replace the fuel pumps, as we are supposed to be able to trust our local technicians and dealerships. I finally picked up my Jeep on Friday, September 27th and paid the full $2200 for the repair. Around 10 minutes later, after getting only 5 miles down the road, my Jeep did the same thing it was doing before I towed it into the Jeep dealership. It stalled out and would not start. This was literally 10 minutes after I picked up my car from the dealership and paid the full $2200 repair costs for the two fuel pumps. After calling them and explaining to them what happened, the vehicle was towed back into the dealership. As it turns out, the problem was never the fuel pumps as they claim. The problem was with the relay plug. The relay plug is responsible for providing power to the fuel pumps, and when the relay plug is faulty or doesn't work, it will not provide power to the pumps and the car will not start and will suddenly stall out, just like my car was doing. When fuel pumps are faulty, gas mileage gets very bad, the car sputters and jerks at around speeds of 50 miles per hour or more, and it makes a weird engine noise. None of this was happening to my jeep. My jeep suddenly just stalled and wouldn't crank. It did the same thing after the fuel pumps were repaired. Within 10 minutes. This means that the entire time, it was the relay plug and I was cheated out of $2200 dollars because the technician and the dealership did not do their job. If they had followed protocols and looked up all recalls on my jeep at the time before they started trying to figure out what was going on with my jeep, they would have saw that one of the recalls was the relay plug itself. this would have kept me from paying $2200 for fuel pumps that I didn't need and would have saved me the inconvenience of not having my car for 1.5 weeks. As I tried to explain to them that the relay plug is responsible for providing power to the fuel pumps and not the other way around, they continue to give me the round about answer that the fuel pumps were messed up too, even though they even admitted they did not check the relay plug first. I asked them to prove to me that my old field pumps were not functioning properly, as they stated they still have them, and they made up an excuse as to why they couldn't do that. They took advantage of me by assuming I was just a naive, 24-year-old woman who knows nothing about cars. This is the type of scams that goes on behind our backs and gives us almost no recourse as we are taught to trust what the technicians and dealerships say you need for your car. I was given no refund or no discount for the cost of the fuel pumps that was completely unnecessary. I am appalled by the way I was treated and taken advantage of, and I want my money back and I want to make it known that the people at this dealership will take advantage of those who look like they have no idea what goes on with car technical issues.

I bought a vehicle from Suburban over two years ago and had a great experience. I am not sure what has changed, but to me it seems that the dealership is not running smoothly now.
I received mailings requesting me to call the dealership for early turn-in of my lease, which I did. I never received a call back from the dealership. Instead, I received another letter thanking me for calling and asking me to call back again, which I did. This time I left a message on the Sales Manager's (Tom Brown's) voice mail. I did not receive a call back. After a few days, I tried calling again and again left a message on Tom Brown's voice mail. I can only imagine that vehicles are selling so well, that they don't need me as a repeat customer.
