My wife had been bugging me to look at the Wrangler Unlimited whenever we could get out of her Ford Escape lease. She visited Suburban CDJR with her father and sat down with Eric Adams for a test drive and worked out acceptable terms to terminate her Escape lease while still having an acceptable payment. Did an overnight test drive just to ensure the Jeep was what we wanted and signed the papers the next day!

Always warm welcome at Suburban, Troy. The Service Advisor, Kyler was very professional and attended my request for the courtesy transportation. The vehicle service was completed on time and Kyler called me and left VM to inform me about the service status. Next day, while I noticed the hitch bracket cap missing on my vehicle, I called Suburban. Gary, another SA attended my call and he checked for the cap in the car washing area and found it for me. Thank you, Suburban and your staff for everything.

I went here looking for a used Grand Cherokee, my salesman, Mike, was absolutely horrible. He was continuously texting throughout our deal, showing me messages to some girl and how he was cheating on his wife. I will NEVER go back to this dealer again. It's the second time I've been there to purchase a car, and the first was also a horrible experience. The salesman wouldn't give me any real attention. I'm a young guy, so I don't know if they thought I couldn't afford a car or what, but this is the absolute worst dealer I've ever been to.

With the way management runs this business, I don't see how they will ever reach 5 star status. This review is in response to repeated requests by Suburban, as I was in recently for an oil change.

The oil change wasn't the first time I was in for one, but the mechanics made the visit memorable. It was memorable because they left the rags hanging out from the hood. And they were wet as they washedo the car. Not only did they forget the rag, but didn't notice it when washing my car and didn't notice it after parking it to await me picking it up. On my way out I saw an employee parking a car for a customer to pick up, and on his phone. This leads me to belive that employees are more interested in their own life, than the servic and they were hired to perform for the customer, which helps explain the rag.

That was most recent. I bought a car from a different dealer, but go here as it is close, and anything closer is a good distance away. The first time interacting with this dealership was a phone call to see if an appointment would be needed or accepted so I could get in and get out. The phone call resulted in an appointment a month later, and when I arrived, I was toldoing they don't accept appointments and it's a first come first served operation. Now why wouldn't the service desk not know this, it's because Suburban owns several dealerships in this area, and to save cost, there is only one call center at a dealership that isn't this one. And evidently each dealership has its own procedures.

2 star due to the hounding emails, terrible service, and lack of protocol for employees. I will never buy a car from here, will never recommend this place to anyone, and if I didn't get free oil changes, wouldn't even come here for service.

I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Don Smith @ Suburban and I will certainly go back to him again for any of my future vehicles. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and a very good price on my Jeep. Even when I noticed a couple things I had overlooked on the Jeep (it was used after all), they were happy to help and fix any of the concerns I had. I would recommend them as a first place to look when buying a vehicle.

I wasn't planning on buying a new car I just went in to get my oil changed. I received an email saying that they were interested in my Jeep so I thought I have some time I will talk to someone. Bill Messina who sold me my Jeep last time came and talked with me. I had planned on trading in my car within the next year since I did want to upgrade. Bill is amazing if you are looking for a Jeep I would highly suggest going to him. He worked with me and the used car manager to get the best trad in for my car and get me to where I wanted to be with my monthly payment. I walked in for an oil change during my lunch break and walked out with a brand new car! Thanks Bill!!! I also have always had a good experience with their service department.

When I bought my car last year from them (brand new) it took 2 hours for them to detail after the paper work had already been signed. Little did I know they were trying to clean out the glass from the car being broken into the weeks prier. The next4 days after being brought home I started to notice shards of glass all over the back seat ( the back window had been broken and they stole the radio out of the car) It wasn t till my then 4 year old found a silver dollar size piece of glass on the floor. I contacted my dealer right away and the only thing he said was your cars under warranty, we had a bunch of cars sitting in the lots that had been broken into. We ll get your car detailed again no apologies or anything. I will not be returning to this dealership again.

She's invested lots of time to keep me in the loop on prices of exactly what I wanted as my previous lease came due, and was able to beat the prices from other dealers I was quoted. I am an engineer for FCA, and I came in to test drive a Chrysler 300 and get a rough price on leasing in order to compare with the internal Employee Lease program. I explained this upfront with Steven Breemeersch, and he was incredibly helpful and especially knowledgeable.

Steven has a background in racing, and his practical knowledge shows in his salesmanship. It's refreshing to see a young face on the sales floor since, being a 22-year-old male, I have experienced a lack of respect and attention from more senior car salesmen in the past. Steven was anything but that. With the fact that FCA hires a lot of young college graduates who quickly get company cars, Suburban did well to hire a young salesman who easily relates to customers on a personal level.

A couple weeks ago, my wife leased a 2016 Jeep Renegade Limited 4X4 and she absolutely loves it. We worked with Megan Carr, who was quite knowledgeable on the vehicle. I was impressed with her delivery when she was explaining all the niche features to my wife. Megan made the leasing process very simple, and my wife and I were very happy with her.

I ended up going with Suburban to lease a 2016 AWD Chrysler 300 Limited Anniversary edition and couldn't be happier with it. They weren't shady or pushy and overall, my shopping experience at Suburban was fantastic. I shopped around with a couple other dealerships in the area, and none of them treated me as well as Suburban. The other dealerships either treated me like a dumb young kid who won't buy anything or came off as being too "buddy buddy" and fake. The sales reps at Suburban treated me like a normal person, and I really can't think of anything negative to say about my experience.

I'd highly recommend Steven Breemeersch and Megan Carr, and Suburban CDJR of Troy has certainly earned my respect and business.

Another great experience at Suburban Chrysler of Troy. This is my 3rd leased minivan from there. Went from the Town & Country to the Pacifica.

Bill Messina is as good as they get in terms of sales. He got me the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price.

The showroom has a great vibe. I brought my son with me and he loved the kids room and the fact they had free pizza! (They frequently have free food there.)

The Pacifica itself rules. Such an improvement over an already solid vehicle.

The purchasing experience was extremely poor and took over 5 hours of my time. The Finance Manager lied to me and ended adding an additional 3,000 warranty on my loan, which was not wanted. Then I go an use the warranty and it took them 2 hours to change OIL?! A complete rip off and waste of time. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.

Glen Campbell is the best. We just recently leased our 2nd Town and Country with his help. He made turning in our old lease a breeze! He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. I like that this dealership has a kid area. We had our 7 year old daughter with us and she had a blast playing the arcade game while my husband and I filled out paperwork. I would highly recommend Glen Campbell to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

It was time to turn in our Chrysler 300s so my son went back to the dealership we leased it from 2 years ago. After a less than genial experience at that CDJR dealership near our home, my son and I decided to "visit every dealership at the Troy Motor Mall" the next day, until we found the best deal. We went no further than our first stop at Suburban CDJR. We were greeted warmly on our arrival and after only a few minutes waiting, we met our sales agent, Kristine Hill, who quickly made us feel like family. Kristine made us such a great deal that we leased two vehicles instead of one! We cannot speak highly enough about our experience at Suburban CDJR and Kristine was the star of the show! We have already made several referrals. Thanks again!

Months ago, Suburban had our '12 JK for a day to rotate 4 tires & perform a 4 wheel alignment. After listening to my wife complain for hours that this was taking too long, they released the truck to her, no charge! After some weeks of added wear on the tires, it became apparent that they never did the alignment, and they never told her they didn't do the job.

I called and asked for the measurements before and after the alignment, they stated those records are stored up stairs, and will take some time. I requested they call me once they have them. Crickets...

Now I am looking to replace those tires, and finally get that 4 wheel alignment. Since I bought ma '11 Jeep there a couple of years back, I wanted to give them the business. I called to request quote, was on line for 15 min, never even spoke to a human. And the memory of my previous experience with this place sets in.

Lost me for good now.

The experience I received at Suburban Troy was unforgettable. Car salesmen and dealerships get a bad name because most buyers do not trust them or get educated on buying a car. Being a first time new car buyer I can honestly say I was overwhelmed by how many different cars I was looking at, suburban Troy was my first stop to test drive a vehicle. Maria Kovach was my dealer and from the second I was in contact her about setting up an appointment until I drove away with my car I received amazing customer service. She was very informative about buying/leasing a car. She wanted to meet my needs and not push anything I wasn't able to buy. I was a bit of a tougher customer based on not knowing what car I wanted and price being my number one concern. She spent 2 hours with me pricing out different vehicles with different packages to meet my needs. Only being there for 2 hours I made a decision on a car I wanted to buy. Not test driving anything or going to another dealer. I trusted her knowledge on leasing a car. I trusted her pride in the company she worked for. I trusted her suggestion on which car to get. I don't think my experience elsewhere would have been as great. I could quite possibly 2 months later still be looking for the best deal or car to get.

Took 4.25 hours to remove a oil drain plug that took them an hour to realize the couldn't remove the previous weekend. Was never briefed of the extent of the service or updated on progress until I personally inquired three hours in. Associate waived the tire rotation to "make things right."

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I absolutely would. Brought my car in to have it inspected due to it not starting, since it is an older car things tend to fall apart. Upon dropping it off the service advisor Kyler seen dollar signs and intended to mark up the items my car would need repaired such as a starter and proceeded to call me with an astronomical price for the repair. I then decided to call another Dodge dealership (Sterling Heights) who then quoted me a way different price than what Surburban had. My max repair estimate at Sterling Heights was half of what I was quoted at by Suburban, when I asked about the price difference Kyler acknowledged that essentially he was marking it up drastically in an aim to make a profit. Unfortunately to his detriment and poor customer service he has cost this dealer a purchase of a brand new Jeep as well as the cost of the other cars repairs. I advise anyone who doesn't want to be taken advantage of to stay as far away from this con scheme as you can. I will not be returning to this dealership ever.

I usually have very good experience visiting this dealership for oil change. But this time, I had a horrible experience on last week Saturday. As I am FCA employee, I know that the technician is paid only by the repair work.
I was waiting in the dealership ( showroom) for oil change. The advisor ( Mark Calderon) came back after an hour and took me inside the garage, my vehicle was on hoist. Technician said that there is some looseness in tie road and suggested to change. As I drove the vehicle with no issue, I told them that I will do the rework after a week when I have time, so I asked then return as It is. In few minutes the advisor Mark came again and took from the show room to garage to show me the tie is broken, while my vehicle was removed from the hoist. Which I don't believe. Because I drove the vehicle to dealership with no issue and technician also show me earlier it was loose, how it could broke while the vehicle being removed from the hoist. I was forced to agree for toe rod change as otherwise the vehicle is not drivable. it is rip-off.
Also when I pick my vehicle, there is no service team available.
I noticed there is (a) no multi-point report, (b) no sticker on windshield for next oil change ( wondering whether even there was oil change done?) and (c) No water wash which was also not done. When I called back the show room person doesn't have any clue and asked me to call back on Monday. I am totally upset with this service advisor/technician attitude. I was wondering if this the treatment for FCA employee, how the normal customer will be treated?

Bill was fantastic to work with and made this my best experience ever when buying or leasing a new car. Most importantly, he actually showed me how to best utilize all of the great features in my new Jeep. I have never had that experience at any of the other dealerships that I have worked with.

Noah Webb was fantastic! I came in to check out cars and drove out in a brand new Wrangler Unlimited. Noah took care of everything for me and even arranged for the return of my previous leased vehicle. He was very friendly and made the whole experience pleasant and easy for me. I should also mention that I had my antsy 5 year old with me and Noah was very accommodating, offering drinks and snacks and showing us to Suburban's kids room. I would highly recommend Noah and Suburban of Troy. Thank you so much for a stress free experience!

The service advisor advised me of the wrong services needed for my car. I picked up my vehicle after a week in the shop and still not repaired. If I had listened to the advice advisor I would have paid for the wrong part. Cost me 250 bucks of unnecessary trouble.

Doug ( the older guy who works in service) has anger issue and is very argumentative. He gets so angry when he is talking that his hands start shaking. Do NOT take your car there. He charges you extra and insults you ! They add extra charges to your invoice for no reason. You will end up paying more than other places.

Went there on Monday to test drive a Jeep Cherokee. Drove almost 2 hours after verifying the vehicle was there. Test drove the vehicle, everything was good. I began the process to purchase the vehicle. The salesman who was helpful and nice to work with, retuned after stepping away for a moment. He told me the vehicle was sold. Someone looked at on Saturday, said they were interested but didn t leave a deposit. So they called him and allowed him to put a deposit down over the phone. I personally thought that sucked especially seeing I had to drive almost 2 hours back. I doubt I ll be buying anything from them. I know that won t hurt their bottom line but I feel that just wasn t right.

HI. I know it costs more to get oil changed at dealership but they sent me coupons and the service here is excellent. Plus they have a nice lounge with popcorn, cookies and water to wait in. They have a quick service lane for oil changes so I never have to wait long. Its worth the extra money.

I have a 2014 chrysler 200 with less than 24,000 miles. Took my car in for a simple oil change, multi-point inspection, tire rotation, wheel alignment and diamon-fusion. Two weeks later my brake light started to come on and I got a chip in my windshield. The tech who did the multi-point inspection should have detected whether or not there was something wrong with my brakes. The diamon-fusion coating is supposed to prevent rocks from chipping the glass, if applied.
Shortly after, my engine and traction light came on.

I have mixed feelings about my new car purchase. I came in on a Monday evening they were busy, but I got helped promptly. I saw a very busy saleswomen, Taylier, and thought she was hopping and was glad to see she was the one that came to help me. I test drove a Wrangler and like it. I came in the next afternoon and got a great trade-in offer for my present vehicle. They started to look for the Wrangler in the color and with the options I wanted and didn't see one, so we started to go through an purchase breakdown. During that time the sales team continued to look for the vehicle I wanted and found one 200 miles away without the leather seats I wanted. They offered to trade for it and change out the seats with direct from the manufacturer leather covers. I put a deposit down and gave them the 48 hrs they needed. Got a call on Thursday morning stating the Wrangler was on the lot and they would add the leather seats and I could be closing on Friday or Monday. Great. WRONG. Taylier never confirmed that the leather seats they had in stock were "Manufacturer" so when Monday came to close, I got a call that they weren't ready. Now I had to wait the 48 hrs it would take to get the leather seats in and installed. Purchase date moved to Thursday. DIDN'T HAPPEN. Manufacturer seat defect required reorder and another delay. Closing now set for late Friday or early Saturday. Got the call on Friday to come in the Wrangler was ready. Came in and asked Taylier to show me how the seats collapse. THEY DID'T! Three people came out and they didn't work. Had to send back to have it fixed, and again the closing date moved a 4th time.
Management was great, but Taylier didn't make sure the right seats were ordered and ready to get put in prior to making a closing date. I also had to babysit her with the bank to get a purchase order to them to get a check to the dealership timely so I didn't have to go to the bank. At least 3 times she gave me work numbers and even her personal cell number that were WRONG! When I complained about being given the a nonworking number for the third time, she told me "come on Amy you know how to reach me." Not even apologetic. When I came into my closing, she wasn't even there. I was given an excuse that she was running late, but I think the dealership was just trying to remove here from a terrible shopping experience I was having.
Love the Wrangler, not happy with the experience. Would never buy a car from Taylier, ask for another sales agent.

Went in with my 14' Cadillac ATS looking to possibly trade in and was rejected immediately upon arrival. Was treated disrespectful and laughed at because of my age (20), I was not allowed to test drive the car I wanted or any car for that matter. If you are not above 21 I would not go there, as they made up a policy about having to be that age, and they sadly have it out for successful young people. I would not recommend this dealer or sales staff to anyone I know.

We were looking for a Dodge van and have used many of the local dealerships over the years. We decided on Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Troy. I liked there facilities and we were assisted by Glen Campbell who was excellent. He found us exactly what we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable during the whole process and I couldn't be happier with my new van.

Their service team is outstanding, they did a lot to try to remedy a purchase that was nothing but problems, but the sales team was not as dedicated to taking care of their customers. Every time I went to this dealer the only thing they cared about was making a sale. They sold us a lemon car that thankfully was still under warranty (not fun making multiple trips to the dealer to fix) and tried to sell us a ridiculously overpriced vehicle that had body damage! I would not recommend it at all unless you are getting service work done. Their service team is the only reason I didn't give one star.

If you set an appointment get there early! Got a routine oil change and tire rotation. Was informed of an important recall as well, so glad I went. Shuttled to the office so I could work, and got a free car wash out of the deal! With my coupons, only spent $74 for all 3 services.

Been going to this dealer for service for my Wrangler for the past couple years. Gary Gonzalez has been my service consultant the majority of this time and it s a huge reason why I return for regular service. He s always very accommodating and helpful with any questions I have. I had an unforeseen maintenance issue with my coolant system a few months ago and Gary kept at it until the problem was solved. Even got me a loaner car last minute. Overall, always a great experience! I should mention that all the other personnel I ve dealt with over the years have been very helpful as well

The entire staff at Suburban CDJR of Troy was exceptional. Everyone from Randy the Salesperson to Stewart The Finance guy were welcoming and very professional, we were in and out without a hitch.

I would recomend them to anyone if you are in the market for a vehicle. Very easy smooth transaction.
