Great customer service. Quick and fast oil changes. They also fixed my car when another Chrysler dealer tried for over s month. They fixed it in a week (that's only because they were waiting on parts). Won't go anywhere else for service.

Just bought my second new vehicle from Joe Bellomo...

Just bought my second new vehicle from Joe Bellomo at Suburban Jeep Troy. It was a very good experience as it was back in 2011 when I bought the first car from Joe. As an automotive engineer I tend to know exactly what I want in a new car. Working with Joe was very nice because he didn't ever push features or try to talk me into something I didn't need. The first vehicle I purchased was brand new off the lot and this most recent one was a custom order. Joe kept me informed of the new build progress and always was available when I had questions. I highly recommend this dealership and Joe Bellomo to all.

Mark is always kind and courteous (as well as funny) He keeps me up to date on all warranty and recall issues as well as reminds me when recommended routine service is due. Mark goes out of his way to make sure everything is done quickly and accurately. I appreciate all he does!

Having had a poor experience at another local deal...

Having had a poor experience at another local dealership for service on my 2014 Charger R/T Blacktop, I was interested in trying Suburban based on the service reviews. I arrived about 10 minutes before operating hours on Saturday. The service bays were opened at exactly 8:00 AM and I was greeted promptly and asked what service needed to be completed.

After waiting for less than two minutes for a service writer to assist me, I explained my problems with the previous service I had received from another dealership to Kevin and was reassured that everything would be completed correctly. After writing up the order, Kevin told me it would be around 60-90 minutes and where I could wait.

The lounge area was neat and clean and the time went by very quickly. Within 75 minutes Kevin returned and let me know that everything was done. Pricing was very reasonable and a 20% coupon was applied without my having to ask for it. I was cashed out in less than two minutes and very pleasantly surprised to find that my car had also been washed and the windows had been cleaned (even on the inside).

Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and will consider Suburban as my servicing dealership for this car and my 2016 Charger Scat Pack.

Glen Campbell is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is honest, compassionate and very efficient when it came to leasing my car from him. He is just an overall guy that anyone would want to work with. My brother has purchased 3 cars from him and I will continue to seek his assistance after my lease. My partner and I walked in without an appointment ...

My partner and I walked in without an appointment today and immediately we were greeted by sales consultant, James Fredal. He was professional and personable and quickly assessed the right car for us. He didn't push hard with extra bells and whistles (thank you) and selected the car we wanted. We took a test drive and he got the financing process started promptly. We didn't realize the dealership closed at 6pm. He processed our supplier discount and started cleaning our car while we dealt with insurance (over 40 min since esurance didn't have the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in their system). The financing consultant worked on our paperwork efficiently. James cleaned our new car himself since the crew had gone home for the day and told us to bring it back for a full detail next week. He walked us through the features and affixed our license plate for us. James went above and beyond and we appreciated his enthusiasm and professionalism through the whole process. Ask for him when you're ready to buy!

Kyler is the reason I keep going back. I ve akways taking my car to smaller shops. When I purchased my Jeep from suburban I had 20 free oil changes so I figured I d use them there and after they were finished go somewhere else.
Kyler earned that business. Aside from being professional and knowing what to do. He s provided over the top service everywhere. It s great working with him and I highly recommend giving the Service center at Suburban Jeep a try

Wonderful experience. Everyone at Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy were extremely helpful. They made my wife and I feel very comfortable. We never felt rushed or pushed in any particular direction. Maria Kovach, who we worked with was super helpful answering questions. She was very knowledgeable regarding all the vehicles and pricing. Highly recommend them! We leased one Jeep and a week later went back for another!

Beware of purchasing used vehicles from here. I chose to purchase used from a large dealership like Surburban because I thought they would be more trustworthy. 1st of all, when I test drove the vehicle I originally went there for, it had a GIANT crack all the way across the windshield. I was actually surprised that is not something they replace before trying to sell. Then, it smelled of burning oil. We popped the hood and you could see this thing was leaking oil. When I mentioned it to the salesman he claimed "oh, it's just because it had an oil change recently". While I am a female and not very familiar with cars, my dad was a mechanic and regional manager for Firestone in Ohio for 25+ years, so I knew to take someone with me who knows mechanics and would look over the vehicle. My boyfriend who was with me is also a mechanic. So, that should have been my red flag right there that either this salesman doesn't know anything about cars or he is a liar, dishonest, and I shouldn't buy a car from here. I ended up purchasing my vehicle and while I understand it is older and not certified used, I do not feel that I should have had to drop $1k in repairs on this thing within 6 months of purchasing it. And it was something that the repair shop told me probably should have been replaced before I even purchased the car. To make matters worse, the manager at the shop told me he used to work for Suburban and was shocked that they DIDN'T repair these things prior to selling. I was aware that I was going to need new tires when I purchased the vehicle (disappointed that they didn't replace the dry-rotted tires) , but that is an additional expense as well! Also, I found out that the radiator had been leaking at some point in the past and this was never mentioned to me either.

Dishonest. Would not buy another car from them again.

I had a great experience at Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy. I spent about 3 hours with Derrick Walker on a Saturday because I couldn't decide on which car I wanted to move forward with. I was going to pick the new car up later in the week and ended up calling him the next business day to switch cars I wanted. I never once felt as if I was an inconvenience. Everyone at this location was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, always stating that it's important to find a car you love, not just like. I would highly recommend this location and Derrick Walker to any of my family, friends, or even people I don't know! Great service, not pushy, and friendly - what more could you ask for!

Came here for warranty service, there's a little play room for the kids with an arcade game, free popcorn, water, ect. Gave us a free rental car while the service was being done. Everything was done in a good timely matter. We didn't have to sit around very long and they accommodated us very well while we did wait.

This is a great dealership! I just leased my second Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bill Messina. I know I got a great deal and the service he provided me was top notch. I also love that Suburban Collection is so active in the community and gives back to many local non-profits! I highly recommend Suburban Collection and specifically Bill to anyone looking for a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge/Ram!

We went and looked at a certified preowned vehicle that was in unacceptable condition. Missing body panels. Missing exhaust. Bald tires. No keys and much more. I understand it wasn't put through the service department yet, but just don't list it for sale yet then. How could they even accept a 2019 lease vehicle with low miles but in that condition. Reamed on. The makeup comes from the friendly sales people who were caught up in the middle. They were nice and apologetic. They saved this from being a one star review.

Glen helped us find the right color and equipment and was very understanding when changed the color at the last minute. What a wonderful dealership. This is the second time we have driven all the way out to Troy from Grosse Pointe to lease a new car. Mike was able to find us a Durango in less than a day. He has even offered to deliver the plates to our home once they come in (He would have delivered the car too but we were short on time so we drove out there). I will always make sure to call Suburban when looking for a new car.

Shopping experience was ok, there wasn't any gimmicks or cheesy sale strategies. We filled out all the paperwork and waited in the lobby for about a half hour or so. Our sales guy came back and told us the manager was busy and didn't have time to approve our application and we will hear back from him later that day. Good thing I didn't hold my breath, we still haven't heard from them four days later. Guess they didn't want to make a sale. With dealerships on every corner, it is easy to forget about them and shop elsewhere.

I went in for a routine oil change and the staff I interacted went was great.

The service techician went above and beyond my expectations. He was very personable even at 7am. He informed me of other services I could have had perfomed on my car but when I declined he was not pushy about it as I have experienced at other dealerships.

The shuttle driver was also very nice. We had a very pleasant conversation on my commute to work.

It defintely got my Thursday off to a good start.

Located a great used car. Classy sales guy. Filled out loan info. Earliest I could get back was the next day because I was watching my children. (Special needs). Sales person informed me another person was on the way to purchase the car. I had no way of getting there in my situation and willing to give the down payment over the phone. The sales person said the manager Matt even though never seeking to find out my situation said this was against policy and there was nothing they could do. Not great customer service. Then contacted me via email in the evening letting me know he was willing to help? Not classy. No extra steps and not really caring about the customer They sold the car to the person that afternoon. Didn't have the curtesy to follow up. It really shows what this dealership is about. It isn't customer service or experience Watch yourselves when you walk through the doors my friends.

Every time I come to Troy, Mark who works in the service center is awesome to work with. Awesome experience! Got a recommendation from a friend to check this place out to get service work done. I scheduled an appointment on their website to get my 2015 Jeep Wrangler looked at due to a "ticking" sound coming from the passenger side of the engine. Dropped off the Jeep on July 5th, expecting it to be the worst day to get a car looked at due to the holidays, but they were able to get it in that morning, set me up with Enterprise for a rental car, and they immediately were able to diagnose it that same day. My service advisor, Fred Gregory, was in good communication with me throughout this whole experience. That afternoon, He was able to give me a timeline of when the Jeep will be undergoing repair and when I'll be able to pick it up. 3 days later, after replacing all right rocker arms and valves under warranty, I received a call from my service advisor and he told me that my Jeep was ready to be picked up! There was never a time in my experience with Suburban Chrysler that I felt left out, undermined, or simply not cared for. The employees' sense of urgency, attention to detail, and passion for their work has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Suburban Chrysler for this awesome experience! I finally found a dealership that I can always count on!

Called around to a few other dealerships; none of which have ever heard of such a thing. Was not taken seriously just because I was younger. Very unprofessional. Did not even shake our hands. Would not recommend.

Derrick Walker was outstanding in laying out the vehicle/vehicle package differences, answering our questions, and finding the perfect Ram truck we were looking for. Derrick was thorough, responded promptly to my email messages and phone calls, and worked hard to meet our budgetary constraints. We had an exceptional experience with Derrick, at Suburban.

Service bay is less than a service. When a customer is not satisfied, this is the type of organization that will IGNORE YOU and lie straight to your face.

Edit** when I FINALLY was able to pick up my vehicle, I asked someone in the service department what was actually wrong with it since nobody ever told me anything after I dropped it off. He went on to explain how they fixed the radiator and radiator hose which is what originally brought me in and he gave no explanation as to why I went a week without a car when I was originally told it would take only one day or 2 at most. On top of that, he actually had the audacity to try guilting me into updating my google review... This is the type of business that will lie to you and then expect a customer to feel guilty for speaking the truth. If I could give less than a one star review, I honestly would for being treated this poorly.

I have brought my HD Ram here for a recall and the recall was not even done properly. I knew this because I was part of the Ram team at FCA at the time of the recall and knew what the fix was. Even worse my cab interior had grease stains on the dash, door, steering wheel from the Tech. Customer Service was rude as well when informed of the issues. The dealer was reported to FCA Corporate for the poor service as well. Went to another FCA dealer (Golling) and everything completed correctly AND my vehicle was given back clean. They even cleaned the grease mess left by this Troy Dealer. I live in Troy so this whole experience was quite irritating.

Terrible customer service - consumers should be DEMANDING to buy direct from OEM's and put this dealership model to bed.

Multiple attempts over the past month to get in contact with the sales department have failed. While I understand this is a unique period of time with Covid-19, there is no excuse for this level of disregard. I have literally called their sales line 12 times, and it continues to ring and ring. I have reached out via their web page and received no response. I have driven onsite, saw a salesmen outside, who then proceeded to run away from me and go back inside where the sales floor was locked. Its confusing how businesses like this continue to stay open. .

The Suburban auto mall should be used for test driving and viewing only. Its unfortunate given they have a great location, but it seems their proximity allows them to take customers for granite. This now marks the 3rd dealership within the suburban family I have attempted to do business with and have had different, bad experiences with each of them.

I highly recommend going outside of the metro-Detroit area to purchase your next vehicle. You will get employees who want your business, better customer service, and a more 'No BS' approach.

Sales person was Tim Paz, I wanted to turn my lease in and purchase a new vehicle. Tim went far and beyond to make that happen. He was pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. If you're in the market for a New Vehicle go to Suburban Chrysler/ Jeep of Troy and make sure you ask for Tim Paz, he'll get the job done! He's great at what he does!

Paid for a Durango, then was given the run around when they couldn't "find it" I paid all the up fronts and two weeks later I still didn't have a new truck. Communication was poor. Every time I called I was transferred to voice mail and would not receive a call until right before close each time. How long does it take to get back with someone? If you cant find cars, how many could you really be selling? We purchased our Subaru there and was treated poorly but wanted to give Suburban a second chance. They failed at both the Cadillac dealer and the Chrysler dealer. I went to Shuman in Walled Lake got amazing customer service. It was like my business actually mattered to them. By the way I went from the $35K Durango to the $50K Durango at Shuman because of the service they provided.

Not happy with this dealership after the latest oil change. They left grease from someone's hand on the inside of my driver's side door, on the lever that adjusts the front seat and on my driver's side floor mat!!!

Suburban went above and beyond to correct this problem by ordering new floor mats for my car. I appreciate knowing that customer service isn't dead yet! Thank you

Maria made the entire experience easy and stress free. She was very patient as she explained the different grand Cherokee models to us, took us out in the snow to look at them, and even went on a test ride with the two models we narrowed our choice down to. At lease signing everything was ready at our appointment time nicely tabbed to make the process smooth and quick. It goes without saying but their pricing was more than reasonable. I even got $500 more for my trade in than the other Chrysler dealer I visited had offered me. Overall a very happy customer and would recommend Maria at suburban for your next car or truck.
