Took our new Outback for 6 month maintenance at our scheduled appointment time and it took over 2 hours. This service was supposed to come with complimentary car wash, but the wait was going to be even longer for that. With a newborn with me, this was not an option. We were given a voucher for Cactus Car Wash a couple miles down the road.

Wonderful professional service. No pushy salesmen. We made a great deal with our 2015 Outback and trade in. Got great financial package. (matched our USAA deal)

Just had my first service at Subaru of Kennesaw. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Lydia, and I was in and out in no time! Waiting area was comfortable and free wifi meant I was able to be productive in the short time I waited for my car. No more dreading the time-suck of waiting for service - yeah!!

I came from out-of-state to buy at Subaru of Kennesaw. Obviously it was very important to expect that things would be exactly as represented. There were NO disappointments. My car was exactly what I expected. I found Charles Bayard to be a man of great integrity and honesty who places value on new relationships. He was very helpful in explaining my vehicle's features. He was genuinely concerned for my safety on my drive home. I left feeling I had made a new friend.

This Subaru location knows how to service their vehicles very well. My recent oil change was easy, notified me on time and everything was cleared away. They also do a decent job on washing your car for free if you want every oil change. Great service.

BEST and EASIEST car buying experience yet. And I have bought a few. My salesperson was Colin-ask for him!! Friendly and easy to work with. No pressure. He loves his product and knows it and didn't push or try to convince me how I needed this car and to get it today for the best deal. Nope. None of that. Such a nice guy. The whole process was fast and easy and I am VERY HAPPY!! I have been in a Volvo for a very long time and I am LOVING my new Forester.

The BEST dealership! The mechanics are honest about what needs to be fixed. They have never pressured me to get more work than needed done. Every time I ve asked about something that may need to be fixed they will say you ve got about this much time before you need to get this fixed. I moved to Georgia and my dad was always the one who helped me with my car in Florida and it s great to have a place to go where I don t feel taken advantage of and ripped off by adding unnecessary work to the car that I don t need. I will ALWAYS have a Subaru and go to Subaru Kennesaw:) thank you for being such a great place to go!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Subaru of Kennesaw and both times it was the best car buying experience ever! Morris was great at understanding my needs and finding the perfect car for us as our size needs changed. Bill made the financial process efficient, easy, and explained each form in detail. After the sale was complete, Morris spent as much time as I needed to explain how to use all the features. I said a sad good-bye to my Forester knowing it would find a good home, and happily drove away in my new Ascent. I'm a Subaru driver for life!

This rating is for the Service Dept. I am not familiar with the sales side. I have mostly had excellent experiences there. We are from well out of town and they are very accommodating with shuttle service and loaner car when needed. Non-warranty repairs are expensive but in line with new car dealers. Gets 4 stars instead of 5 because of some inconsistency in service - not actual repairs, and understaffing on occasion.

I called this dealership to ask about one of their used cars online and was so lucky to be connected with Ralph. We spoke about what type of Subaru I wanted and the budget I had -Ralph found an amazing Crosstrek for me with only 16,000 miles on it and in EXCELLENT condition. He made the entire experience enjoyable and definitely one to remember. I can t recommend Ralph and Subaru of Kennesaw enough -if you re looking for a no pressure sales experience with really high quality cars then this is the place for you

They covered everything in the new car I Purchased! My last dealership never did. I just recently had the oil changed in my New Subaru and it was a true pleasure bringing it in. Lydia was always friendly and wonderful to deal with.

I stopped by on a Friday afternoon to get my headlights adjusted, fully expecting to be told that I needed an appointment. Luckily for me, Miranda got me right in, got the light problem fixed, and arranged for a free car wash. Excellent service and quick response! This is one car dealer I will be happy to return to when I need something.

I dropped in again this week to get a fan belt replaced. I was treated well, and the problem was fixed fast and for not too much money. Great dealership!

Top notch service. My car needed to be towed late at night from Rome to Kennesaw ($200), which was paid for it with my extended warranty which I HIGHLY recommend everyone get. They offered me a loaner car and delivered it to my home since I was unable to get down there to pick it up driving it from Kennesaw to Summerville. Willy, my service rep was respectful, friendly, answered all my questions, and kept me up to date on my car repairs which took longer than expected but I didn't mind because they took care of me.

If you have never owned a Subaru you are missing out. This is our second one and they are like the energizer bunny that keep on going and going. We purchased our Impreza accross town and we are very close to the Kennesaw dealership. We are so Happy with the service we recieve from this dealership. We purchased at Classic Subaru in Roswell for the simple fact we walked around Subaru of Kennesaw for an hour and no one came out to greet us. I can only think they did not need the sale but we are very happy with there service department.

Subaru, where you have to schedule your oil change at least a week out and then wait an hour or two for it to be completed. Subaru needs another dealer in this area before this one ruins their name! They cannot properly handle the service business.

I'm on my 3rd Subaru, all have been purchased through Subaru of Kennesaw since 2010. My first interaction with SoK started in 2010 when I was looking to actually buy a MazdaSpeed 3 from a well-known dealer in the Atlanta area. The said dealer I was dealing with to purchase the MS3 wasted my time in many ways and would not accept the form of payment I was trying to use (which I informed them I would be using before we even started negotiations, even after my complaint to the owner, he simply didn t care).

I left that said dealer and started calling around trying to find an alternate vehicle and that's how I came across Subaru of Kennesaw. I explained to my sales guy William how I wanted to pay and he said no problem come on down , 30 minutes later I was at Subaru of Kennesaw purchasing my new 2010 WRX from William (Sales person) and Louis (GM/Finance at the time). Both treated me with the upmost respect and were patient to the situation. They provide me with nothing but the best service I've ever had dealing with any dealer in 20+ years of driving and purchasing vehicles.

Two years later I purchased a second Subaru from Subaru of Kennesaw, a 2012 Legacy 3.6R and the experience was just like the first one, quick and easy with no typical dealer BS I've experienced purchasing 10 other cars in my lifetime from dealers.

This year (2014) I traded in my Subaru Legacy 3.6R and purchased a 2015 WRX and again the fantastic experience with Subaru of Kennesaw continues. You almost feel like you are family with these guys and the service is always outstanding. They gave me top dollar for my trade (Legacy) compared to other dealers I have dealt with and made the transaction super smooth, once again. All I ever ask for is a fail deal, I know they have to make money but I also don t want my head taken off, I know when I leave that I got a fair deal each time with William, John and Louis

Service Experience:

I've dealt with Lydia Caroll for the last four years of Subaru ownership now and she has been nothing short of fantastic. Anytime I need an appointment, even if its last minute she always accommodates me and works with my schedule. When I m there she never tries to offer me any services that I don't need and she always makes my service experiences be as smooth as they can be. I had an issue with a subwoofer that I had installed at a big chain retailer (not SoK) that actually drilled holes in my gas tank and caused all sorts of issues with my Legacy, Lydia and her service team assisted me in finding the problem and helped me to quickly solve it.

As long as I m driving a Subaru I will never have to look or go elsewhere, even if I had to pay more, I will still buy all my Subaru s from Subaru of Kennesaw (Luckily they always have the best prices). Their customer service, friendliness, ease of working with and always high availability of inventory make them one of the best dealers I ve ever dealt with. Would recommend to anyone and often do to all my friends and family members.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish- Obviously, Subaru s sell themselves- BUT, Subaru of Kennesaw truly shines when it comes down to the car buying experience. Total professionalism, ZERO pressure or gross sales tactics, fair pricing and the most streamlined finance dept. I have ever personally experienced.

I can't give zero stars. I am trying to make a decision on purchasing a new car and for the first time ever considering a Subaru. I am currently working 60 hours a week and don't have much time to spend looking for new cars. I arrived and will say I wasn't greeted by a salesman which was kind of refreshing. I asked for a salesman and asked to test drive a car. I am at the point that my decision really comes down to how the car feels behind the wheel. I asked the salesman if he would like to get a copy of my license I would like to drive the car. I was told we don't do test drives on Saturday. Well I guess that makes it simple, I don't buy cars I can't test drive. Keep your car Subaru, I'll find something else.

Bought my first used Subaru from a neighbor and took it here when the clutch went out. They gave me terrible news that there were many more problems with the vehicle than I originally thought. The mechanic, Patrick, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took me back and showed me every problem he found and explained exactly how they would fix it. Lydia, at the service desk, was friendly and extremely helpful. She worked endlessly to get me in to a loaner car while they had my car for a full week. I will be coming back here for all maintenance from now on, even if there prices are a bit higher than an independent shop, the customer service and professionalism will keep me coming back every time.

Very stress free with NO pressuring or in your face sales people. Love how Subaru doesn't make you negotiate forever just to see what the lowest price really is. They tell you straight up what the lowest price is and thats it. It took no more than an hour to test drive and decide what car I wanted. Colin was very helpful and made things very chill and comfortable without any pressure on having to buy. Can't wait for my new crossteck to arrive at the store!

I have received nothing but sub-par customer service from this dealership. When I purchased my car, they had promised to mail a part that we had requested. It took them a month to mail us the part and our sales person had the nerve to try and make us feel guilty because it was an extra accessory that does not usually come with the car. To top it off, when we needed to cancel our maintenance and warranty plan it was impossible to get ahold of anyone that could help us. They kept telling us that it was taken care of only to find out 3 weeks later that no one had processed our paperwork! There was a complete lack of communication and inexcusable disorganization.

If you purchase a car from here just be aware that the customer service afterwards is terrible once they have your money.

We are new to the Subaru family, but our adult children and grandchildren have sold us on joining the Subaru experience.

Our experience choosing our Forester is the best car purchase we have ever had.
The staff and dealership customer relations approach is far over and above anything we have experienced before. (and we have had many car purchase experiences in our lifetime) We look forward to continued positive interaction with the S of K .

William Howard anticipated and met our questions often before we asked them. Lewis Kaissieh made our financial process easy. I cannot say enough about how well they met our needs and promptly arranged for us to acquire our vehicle.

Our son, Bryon Day, could not praise this dealership and staff more. We really appreciate his pointing us in your direction.

Took my 06 STi in here for an oil change. It was $30 (less than I expected) and you get free exterior wash anytime you're in there for service.

Also, I've been to all the other Subaru dealers in the Atlanta metro area and there is no way I'd go to any of them instead of here (even though this one is twice as far for me than the others).

I was new to the whole purchase of a vehicle at a dealership. I was also nervous that I would not be treated properly or make a great purchase. I knew I wanted a Subaru for sure though and read many reviews on which dealership to go to. I drove an hour and a half to do my business with Kennesaw. Their reviews held up to my standards and had excellent service. If you can, speak to the salesman Art, great guy.
I focused not only the business side of purchasing a vehicle but also the maintenance reviews. My first service with this dealership will be in a couple months and hope the quality of service will be just as great coming from the reviews.

We bought our Subaru Imprezza from them two years ago. Recently while driving home we had a weird sound coming from the engine and hard to control the steering. The next morning at 7:30 we took it in. Liberty was great as they kept the car for a day and a half. They didn't find anything wrong, I wish they would have, but it was probably something that got stuck in the steering. They could have charged us for their time but they didn't. Very honest. I'd recommend them for a new car or any service you need done. We love our Subaru and it's perfect for our dog grooming business.

Ok let me preface this by saying: I have bought a LOT of cars in the past 10 years. At least one per year.

Now, my wife and I both have purchased cars from Joseph Ball and seriously folks, he is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. ZERO pressure, willing to work with you, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I'm a 'car guy' and usually when going into a dealership, I know more about the car than the salesman; not the case with Joseph. He is a Subaru owner, Subaru expert, and believes in what he sells. Car buying should not be like pulling teeth - people just want a good price without all the B.S., and thats exactly what we got on both of our vehicles at Subaru of Kennesaw.

As far as other people at the dealership? Everyone is super nice. I dealt with Louis as my finance guy and Jason as a service manager (no issues with my Subaru, just had a different exhaust installed). Both were easy going and glad to work with me on my time and budget. Overall an EXCELLENT experience.

Would I recommend Subaru of Kennesaw? In a heartbeat. Would I recommend Joseph as a salesman? Beyond any other that I have every worked with. I honestly would even have no hesitation sending my mother (who bless her, knows very little about cars) to this dealership. Will I be returning for service? Absolutely. Great job Subaru of Kennesaw! Keep up the good work!

Subaru of Kennesaw gets 2 stars for the fact that ...

Subaru of Kennesaw gets 2 stars for the fact that the Forester we had for the last 8 yrs was great. They lose 3 stars b/c of the really odd experience of the whole dealership (service and sales) when we last (and it will be the last) went in. The goal was to fix some minor things with the car maybe to eventually trade in. Service got the car at 8:30a in the morning for 2 relatively minor repairs. Then...at 4:30p, 8 hrs later, a phone call. Wanting to perform a repair for an unbelievable, astronomical price. Knowing the age of the car, with 100k miles, that repair alone shouldn't be needed in most cars at that mileage. They needed another day to be fully confident of the problem. They even offered that, should it be the issue, they would have the sales department call us with a trade-in offer - in case we wanted to bypass and move onto a new or newer vehicle from them economically (b/c they'd like to "provide the opportunity to keep you as a customer"). Next day - the need for repair is confirmed (bummer) and the salesman called and offered an amount that...any human being who knows cars would laugh at. We elected to close it up and forego the repair since the car was driveable and still safe while driving. There were 2 dealerships in the area that offered $5k more than what Subaru of Kennesaw offered (they both mentioned that while the repair would be laborsome, the car is in good shape and can be refurbished for a new owner easily). Subaru spent 8 hrs. doing minor repair to only come up with something major - which took an additional 2 hrs or day just to figure out - and then tried to short us by $5k if we remained a customer of theirs. I'm still miffed. Best of luck in the rearview.

Not only am I glad that my husband suggested that I consider looking into purchasing a Subaru but that HE actually did buy the one that I chose (Impreza). Since our purchase, I have continued to receive 100% top of the line service each time I have brought my car in. When I was heading out on the road to New Jersey to care for my mom, who is a six time cancer survivor, Matthew (who is an amazing asset) was very accommodating, compassionate and equally concerned about mine and my daughters safety. So, when I asked if some one could just check my fluids and tire pressure, he was more then willing to ensure we were prepared to make the trip with no concerns for our car. I place our purchase of our Subaru as one of the smartest things we have done together. Thank You!!!

Everyone is so personable and knowledgeable and welcoming, it isn't a chore at all to have to come in for the scheduled maintenance (something I've never experienced before at other places). One of the easiest car buying experiences ever. Not once did anyone at the dealership mention Yelp, Google or ask for a review.

Tl;dr: Aaron Boggs is amazing and the Costco auto buying program is awesome. I felt valued as a person, as a customer and that I got an amazing deal on my car.

Long version:

After deciding I wanted to purchase a Subaru Crosstrek my neighbor referred me to Subaru of Kennesaw which happens to be near my office. I swung by the lot on my lunch break and was greeted by Aaron. I had a few questions about the different models and packages which he happily answered without any questions that would lead to a high-pressure sales deal. I went home, did some research and scheduled a test drive for a few days later. After the test drive, Aaron went over the Costco numbers with me (Costco auto buying program is the best!) as well as what the dealership would offer me on my 2017 Mazda 3 (they did the appraisal at my request).

I went home and thought about it some more. Aaron promptly answered my questions via email and ultimately the exact car I wanted was not available within a 500-mile radius (I also checked to make sure they were being truthful). Aaron went above and beyond to explain the available vehicles as well as what he (and the dealership) could do to balance out the cost of the available models and the model I started with.

I feel like I got an amazing deal on a great car. And never once did I feel pressured to buy or that I was wasting anyone's time with my research

We just purchased our second Subaru ( new 2017 Forester ). The car was delivered in excellent condition, clean and topped off. The add-on roof cross-bars installed by the service team are tight and secure. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Subaru of Kennesaw.

Called and made appointment for brake service on my fr-s like a good little robot and apparently they waited till an hour before the appointment to find out they had to order parts. Drove 90 miles for appointment, yes they called 20 minutes before when I was on the freeway and my phone was off so I didn't get The message and even if I did I was already in canton by then. The illest thing was the o well, they'll be in tomorrow, "sorry". Nothing like, "sorry , ill give you 10% off the bill for your troubles. These people are indifferent.Wow sorry, wonder if that will fly with the tab? Can I get the work done and pay when it's convenient to me?

My experience purchasing an auto from this dealership was by far the most pleasant that I ve had. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Our salesman Julio Sanjuan was the main reason we had such a pleasant experience. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about his product, and he really seemed to have a genuine passion for his profession and the brand. I will definitely refer anyone in the market for a new car to contact him.

We purchased a 2021 Ascent from William over the weekend. Extremely easy and efficient sale. This is my second new car purchase from William and we will definitely work with him again should we be in the market. He is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Lots of jokes were had. I was sad to see my STi go but it was time to upgrade to a more adult vehicle.

Matthew in service is always great. He is quick, super friendly, and constantly keeps you up to speed on the status of your vehicle. I cannot recommend him enough as a service writer. He will get the job done quickly and make sure everything is perfect before you leave.

Subaru of Kennesaw is definitely blessed with two great employees. Keep up the great work you guys!

This past Saturday, we were shopping for a car and...

This past Saturday, we were shopping for a car and stopped by this location after test driving a Toyota. When we arrived at this Subaru dealer, not one person said hi, asked if we needed help, or even acknowledged us. We did decide to buy a Subaru, but purchased it at Subaru of Gwinnett today. Go there and talk to Blake, they are very friendly in Gwinnett.

Buying a car is about as much fun as root canal with-out anesthesia.
I was not about to be taken advantage of by some slick speaking sales person. I prepared for an hour before going into battle against my adversary with a detailed outline with reference to certain authorities to gain the upper hand.
With facts in hand I was prepared.
Sitting across from my sales associate William Howard, he began to list expenses,costs, values. Everything matched my homework, I was amazed..well, there must be a catch. Maybe the financing..no problem there..maybe the car I wanted had miraculously disappeared..no problem there. My stomach stopped churning...the next thing I knew, I was driving home with a new car and a smile on my face..So in short, I would highly recommend this dealership..my sales associate and most importantly...the car.

Had a great experience at Subaru of Kennesaw. Sales man was wonderful. Felt got a great price without having to play games or deal with any high pressure antics. Looking forward to years of enjoyment with my Outback.

I really LOVE my Subaru and especially the crew at...

I really LOVE my Subaru and especially the crew at Subaru Kennesaw. I was having trouble with my Forester yesterday and just drove into the dealership with no reservation or anything. I had a new battery put into my car the day before at Sears (very close to my house) and the next day when I started the car.....all the lights went on, car had a difficult starting and I was really upset. I drove to Kennesaw into the dealership, met Joseph who greeted me, told him my problem and he immediately took care of everything for me. Told me not to worry. He was as compassionate and kind as could be. Problem was, when Sears changed the battery, they also blew a fuse.
I wouldn't own any other kind of car and as long as Subaru Kennesaw keeps selling and SERVICING them, that's who I will go to.

Have always loved Subaru of Kennesaw Service Dept. and they proved themselves again! We moved to San Antonio TX a year ago but returned for two weeks to Marietta. En route, we had a little issue and they got us right in and handled it wonderfully! Sure miss them in TX! Absolutely LOVE Lydia - knowledgeable and professional!
