I'm an IT construction PM for a property management company. I've had the pleasure of working with TST on many projects with different requirements. TST has offered me wonderful personalized service from on-site tech to administration. We have different program types and our TST PM provides customized direction to fit our needs. Techs are efficient and complete. Deliverables are always on-time and any questions are answered right away. I've not had to chase anything down or wonder what's happening in planning or on-site. Best with site survey's, low voltage wiring, data network set up and final connections.

TST is a good resource for technicians in the telecom/data world.

did job 2 months ago and still have not been paid i agree with the other posts that have been posted i did a job last year had no problems at all and now out of nowhere its like an act of congress to reach anybody i left 3 messages with accounting and still no reply finally got in touch with accounting today krispy kreme said i was not on the job the amoubt of hours they signed off on through phone records with the head quaters in north carolina they say i should be paid within 2 weeks

I have been working with TST for over two years now and they are top notch! Every staff member I ve spoken with has been friendly, personable, and always willing to help. I ve called TST by mistake, hung up before anyone answers, and they call me back to make sure they didn t miss anything. TST will periodically check-in with me to make sure everything is going well. They even remember which projects we have had to put on hold and will follow up with them from time to time. They do their best to find a qualified technician to dispatch to our locations and in the event we have any problems with that technician, TST will make it right. If a technician made a mistake or did poor job, TST ALWAYS steps up and does whatever it takes to correct the problem even though it was not TST s fault. I honestly cannot imagine what my job would be like if we did not utilize TST.

I work with TST multiple times per week. They are prompt and receptive with my requests and concerns. I have never had an issue getting ahold of someone that can help me when I need it.

Don't trust this company, they will tell you they will cover your gas cost and then when its time to process the payment they will tell you they won't cover it. They are a mess, Don't do business with these con artist. You will put your company and employees st risk!

Our IT department has been using TST for over 10 years. Using any contract services company to begin with is a risk, not all contractors have the same work ethic. What I like about TST is that if I have an issue they are there when I call to work through the problem.

As others mentioned... they DO NOT pay there techs that run service calls for them. I have called and no one answers , left voice mails and emails.

In 2019 our company was in need of an IT technical services provider with a national presence to help us maintain a high level of customer service and support to our growing client base of veterinary clinics, hospitals and urgent vet facilities. As our national expansion began to gain momentum we immediately realized there was a need for an outside IT resource to help maintain that growth, and that resource is Tech Services Today. Mind you we were already in the process of building a relationship with another IT resource but were continually let down and disappointed in response times, lack of professionalism and quality of customer service provided, prompting us to spend a great deal of time and money dispatching our own technicians throughout the country to perform damage control and to continually reinforce our standard of service. This is NOT how a company wants to begin a national expansion of their product. Tech Service Today has proven to be exactly the professional IT services resource we were hoping to find and will recommend them with the highest praise and honor at any time!

We use TST on a daily basis for technicians around the country. Overall the service is great and the technicians they are able to provide are knowledgeable and helpful. In the event that we do have an issue, they are helpful in getting the problem resolved quickly and to make sure we are satisfied with the results.

We use TST for 250 of our locations nationwide, the majority of which are very remote. It's impressive how TST can maintain such a large network of consistently high quality and professional technicians across many different IT disciplines. Often technicians have that personal relation with the site and know the sites better than we do at HQ and lead the way with communicating, advising and getting the right solutions implemented.

I am adding on to the other great reviews TST has earned. Great company and response time with professional techs out in the field with good communication from start to finish. We have over 60 locations and depend on TST to help us with our remote needs.

Our company uses TST for our remote sites. Of all the companies we have used in the past, TST has been far superior. The techs are always paired very well to the job that needs to be done. Every tech has been extremely nice and knowledgeable.

I have been very impressed with the knowledge and services of the technicians, the organization of the PMs (who developed an online spreadsheet so we can track our projects at a glance), and the prompt and incredible service of the sales team. From start to finish, the team communicates the status of your project, and quickly issues that deliverables. I would highly recommend TST to any company in need of technology services.

Our company uses TST for service calls for our remote locations. Network Cable runs, troubleshooting etc. in the past year they seemed to have turned things around for the better, keep up the good work.

TST has the reach that we need to augment the in house team with services that are timely and skilled to the needs. The Customer Service is the best and they have excellent subs. If there's ever a problem, they always make it right for the customer.

I have done 2 jobs for this company. It took me a year to get paid for the first one and I still haven't been paid for the last one for over a year. They continue to call me after I've told them to take me off of their list.

I use and work with TST directly at least once a week. They help my company complete a vast range of IT jobs all over the country. The response time to get a tech is usually great. The techs are willing to go above and beyond with completing jobs and for the most part very skilled. The communication is great with the service team and the techs. We have amazing account managers that make sure we receive the best level of support also.

TST has been a game changer for us. Their techs are more than willing to help us troubleshoot difficult tasks and bring solutions to the table. They are able to get done in one visit what it used to take us multiple visits to achieve. I highly recommend them.

TST always answers the call and works with us on some short timelines. They are quick to respond and always follow-up to make sure they met our needs. I have used them for large, multi-site network upgrades (over 400 locations) and small day to day work and they have never let us down. We appreciate the partnership we have with them and would recommend them to any organization.

I'd give TST 0 stars if possible. They pay the littlest as possible. And waste your time. I just called to close out my profile with them when I have clients that pay my rate. We are not fast food workers here.

Google this company before doing any business with them. Many reports of scams, non payment etc.

Furthermore. We somehow got signed up for service requests through this company and we get constant spam with no way to remove ourselves. My next step is to report them to the FCC for unwarranted emails.

I have tried calling the phone number (which always goes to a voicemail) so no way to ever get these guys to go away.

I cover the entire southeast of the US and Puerto Rico in my IT role. It is difficult to manage multiple wiring vendors in a vast area. TST is always a phone call away. Understands my needs. Very responsive with dispatch of good technicians. Work is always delivered with quality - Thanks to TST.

We needed a process to find technicians in markets where we do not have our own. TST provides that service and has outperformed my expectations since we began using them 2 years ago. Our most recent project required some install services on a very short notice. TST was able to not only find a vendor for an install the same day but someone that would also be available to work over the weekend if needed as well. We were very happy with the work that was done and will certainly be using TST for other locations when needed as well.

I'm here with RTG, and I've had a very positive experience with TST. Several Techs I have come to know more, and are very pleasant and technical in their work. When it comes to engaging critical deadline jobs they are very willing to contact me via phone and find a resource asap.

TST has helped us numerous times with good client software/hardware support at various locations. Their technicians are cable of working with various computer brands and have provided solid troubleshooting re-installing the Operating System, configuring printing and wifi access, to name a few. I will definitely be using their services again, in the near future. Thank you, TST team.

I did 3 service calls for them and setup an account through their automated invoice/payment system. I submitted my invoices & never got paid. I subsequently had to spend hours & numerous calls to their billing department, just to get paid on 1 of them. I never did receive payment in full & have given up because the time spent trying to collect is greater than the actual work that was done. This is a scam company and you're better off staying far away...unless you like to work for free.

I have used this company for on site Field Technician work that was needed for Telecom repairs and new installs. Their Technicians are on time, professional and provide a high level of service.

Did one job for them a couple years ago. Like others, I never got paid for it. After expressing many times to TST to remove my company off their call/email/text list due to non-payment, I still get all of the above. Today, I got a call, expressed my displeasure with the company and promptly got a "have a good day, sir" and hung up on.

Several times I told them jobs I can and can't do. Every job request they send is still for projects I can't do. Telephone or wall wiring for example. I also said I'll only accept jobs in my city since I'm not going to travel an hour one way without sufficient additional compensation. Lastly, we still receive e-mails for jobs which don't have an unsubscribe link option. I recommend staying away from this company.

I have been working with TST for the past several months. I continue to be impressed with their responsiveness and reliability. TST has met and exceeded all expectations. They have a very responsive staff that handles all issues with professionally. Their technicians work quickly and neatly. If their is any question or issue, it is immediately taken care of and corrected. I highly recommend TST for any kind of IT dispatch.

Management at this company is TERRIBLE. THEY GIVE YOU LIES. Very messy how they operation from job accepted from companies to dispatching a tech to site. TST has met and exceeded all expectations. They have a very responsive staff that handles all issues with professionalism. Their technicians work quickly and neatly.

I have worked with this company since 2016 and completed many jobs. They have at times sent me out on jobs that I didnt have experience with but it was an opportunity to learn something new and there is always support either with TST or the client HD. As with anything in life, you have to ask for what you need. As far as payments, I have only had to re-bill once which can easily be done through their system. Payments usually arrive within the 30 day net. Dispatch is always friendly and prompt with the work orders. This is an Independent Contractor position, not employee. Its your own business that you are operating as a contractor and if you check with say, a construction contractor, ask him how long he waits for his payments. TST is not a scam, nor a get rich quick opportunity. If you're not happy with the independent contract work/pay/pay dates then maybe regular employment is actually better suited for you?

I have been doing business with TST for 5+ years and over that time frame I have had a very consistent, professional and overall very satisfied experience utilizing their national talents and capabilities. All the people I have had contact with are very knowledgeable about their business, are extremely professional and above all personable (which in my opinion is needed in today's business world as your "Reputation is your Resume"). I would, and have, recommended TST's services to any IT leader who needs Technical Hands in the field to assist them with their IT projects.

Great, responsive, and very professional. We had a break fix request request that we sent in at 1 PM, and they were able to get someone out there by 3:30 PM!
