This dealership has sales staff that work together and are very knowledgeable about the all the cars. We have been planning on buying a Subaru for 2 years. We met Charles Bayard in 2017 and have continued talking with him over this time as we prepared for our purchase. Charles made us feel very comfortable and guided us through the process. He made sure we got the car we wanted with all the features we listed. Purchasing a new car at this dealership was a pleasant experience and everyone would do well to at least talk to them before making a purchase elsewhere.

Because of my indecisiveness about which car I wanted to purchase (too many great choices),I had the opportunity to work with many members of the sales team. They were all great. Each one was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I highly recommend each one of them and they work together as a team. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the process was easy. This dealership is very well managed and I would definitely buy my next car from them.

For my first time buying a car directly from a dealership, this was a very simple, straightforward experience. Chris Thompson found me exactly the car I wanted and at a great price. Even when I stopped by the next day to get my trade-in appraised and Chris wasn't there, the rest of the sales staff had no problem helping me out with no wait. These guys are great and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Doesn't hurt that I LOVE my new Outback!!

If you want to know how well a company stands behind their product, take it in for service. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation, and also had some questions about vehicle parts & minor repairs. Miranda and Matt were very knowledgeable, friendly, and well organized. They had my car serviced very quickly and were happy to help me with my numerous questions. Miranda provided me with a wide list of options, including in-house services as well as contacts for reputable professionals in the area. Matt and Joe were able to provide some very helpful information and advice since they both own and drive the same car that I do. The Subaru community is uniquely famous for its enthusiasm and support and this place definitely reflects it in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who drives a Subaru.

Having worked in a car dealership, I know the typical car sales questions and pitch process. From the very beginning, we got NONE of that. We showed up on the lot and were met by Aaron Boggs. We were looking for a used Subaru Ascent we saw online and we told him what vehicle we were interested in. We saw the car, so while he was getting the keys, we walked to the car and started looking at it.

While we were standing there, he started the Ascent (remote start) and unlocked the door so we got inside and started looking. He got in the back seat and talked about a couple of things and we decided to go for a test drive. Aaron was so laid back. He answered questions, talked about the features, told a few stories, and we all were laughing.

After the test drive, we told him we would take it, and he filled out some information, went to get the VIN off the car we were trading in, and in a few minutes, they came back with an offer sheet that included a payment. I signed, and we were off.

It was the most un-car-buying-process process I have ever been apart of. The price was right, they gave me what I wanted for my trade in and the payment was lower than I ever expected. No haggling. Nothing.

The car was pre-certified, and I extended the warranty to that everything was covered for 100,000 miles.

A great car, and Aaron was on point. Go see Aaron Boggs and find your Subaru of choice.

She took the time to go over the car in detail with us as well as the documentation that came with it. We are very satisfied, and when it's my turn to buy a car I will be headed back to Subaru of Kennesaw!

Purchased my 17 STI from Subaru of Kennesaw in 2016. Since the first day my passenger speaker grill cover on the dashboard has not been flush with the dash. I called up Subaru of Kennesaw last year and inquired about replacing the speaker grille cover. The person that answers says come on by we have plenty of them. I show up and the same person who answered the phone says usually if you just bend the grille cover it fixes it. He pulls off the grille cover and proceeds to bend it in to place with his hands. I leave and the very next day it pops out again. I go today (July 18) to pick up an oil filter and inquire about the grille cover again. I spoke to a service advisor named Wayne and he says he can fix it right up but he isn t sure if he has the part in stock. I ask him if he can check if it s in stock before starting the work and he doesn t answer me. I go inside and speak to a lady at the service dept to see if she can check to see if the parts in stock and she tells me to go ask the parts dept. At this point I just sit down because there is a long line of people at parts. I sit for an hour only to have Wayne come out and tell me the part isn t in stock and that I have to come back for a THIRD time to replace a cheap plastic grille cover. Terrible service department that clearly doesn t care about wasting customers time. I regret ever buying my Subaru from Subaru of Kennesaw. My entire life I ve never taken any of my vehicles in for service/warranty work. Just been lucky I guess. This is the first time I ve ever had to bring in a car for warranty work and the service I received has really put me off Subaru North America.

First time buying a car and Collin Blanken made it a fun, fast, and efficient experience. If we can look past the first sales person who dismissed me and spoke only to my brother and the person who questioned my research, this dealership is full of friendly staff looking to make you feel comfortable throughout the whole car buying process. Collin has been great with prompt responses before and after the sale. Definitely ask for Collin!

My 2015 Forester Bluetooth stopped working, so I went to this location to have them check to see if there is anything they can reset, I was told the radio was broken, and they would order a new one for me, and notifying me once the parts arrive. After a couple of weeks not hearing from them, I went back to check. I was surprised to know that they had no record of my car, thus nothing ordered. So strange.

I'm a car guy but I hate buying cars. I don't like dealerships or car salesmen. That being said this was the best experience I've ever had buying a new or used vehicle. Normally I feel like I've been taken advantage of when I drive off the lot. This dealership was very professional and gave me a great deal. I feel good about my purchase and for the first time I feel like I have been treated fairly and got a fair deal. Thank you Subaru of Kennesaw. I'll be back next time I need a car!!

Flew in from Memphis and they had my car ready to go, finish the deal in about 30 minutes and was out the door this time driving back to Memphis! The staff was professional and their service was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend visiting the dealership because they are really concerned about exceeding your expectations.

I ve been purchasing cars for over 40 years and Jason at Subaru in Kennesaw is by far the best salesman we have ever met! He knows his product and does not pressure you! He needs to teach classes on how to sell! He is great and has a lot of patience with older people which the younger generation does not have, only Jason! We purchased the 2nd car he showed us and were there maybe 3 hours total! Highly recommend this dealership and Jason!

Great buying experience for the second time. Colin Blanken did an excellent job taking us through the purchase of our 2020 Outback Limited. Finance gentleman was low pressure on the warranties and service contracts, which was nice. I'd definitely recommend them if you're considering a new Subaru!

Steve and Lydia are the nicest folks to work with....

Steve and Lydia are the nicest folks to work with. This is the third time I've been in their service department, and they truly understand customer care and service. On one occasion, I didn't have an appointment and was concerned about a light indicator that popped up on my screen. I called every early in the morning, and Steve was there to help me. He had everything checked out and found that my tires needed balancing. He made sure everything was done correctly and there were no other issues and sent me on with a smile.

Ms. Lydia is no different. She makes sure that I'm comfortable while waiting and always gets me in when I need to schedule an appointment. She's great at what she does. Plus, there is always a follow-up call to make sure everything is still good!

I can highly recommend this service department!

Was there for a recall to replace fuel pump. Took over am hour. Service advisors were not wearing masks. Many customers were. I went home and next day ta check engine light came on. Opened and carefully closed the fuel filler cap. No effect. Went back 100 miles to get it fixed. Hmmm....

Came in for my 6,000 mile service, was greeted immediately and was told it would take about an hour. I was asked if I wanted the complimentary wash - which I declined as I was going to work after the service appointment. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable - hands down best experience with a dealership service department ever.

Great car, bad customer service. We purchased a loaded new Subaru Ascent on July 1, 2018. We added the medium Starlink package and a trailer hitch. Was told we would be called for a follow up appointment to install the trailer hitch and go over the features of the car. My wife sent an email to our sales person Richard on 7/2/2018 regarding some options purchased. A week passed with NOTHING from Kennesaw Subaru. My wife called Blake on 7/6 to check on the hitch and a missing seat belt part. Was told he would check and call back. NOTHING from Kennesaw Subaru. Wife called again on 7/21 and service department had no information on the hitch or other options.

It appears that Subaru Kennesaw is great at cashing your check for a car (we paid cash) but after sales customer service is non-existent. We had high hopes for Subaru of Kennesaw from reading other reviews online but at this point our experience has been increasingly frustrating.

The department of motor vehicles has been more responsive to getting our vehicle registered and licensed than Kennesaw Subaru has been at getting our post purchase requests completed.

Look elsewhere if you desire a solid deal AND good customer service when purchasing a new Subaru.

I had a great expereince at Subaru of Kennesaw. I live in Birmingham but originally went to them so I could test drive a WRX and they were one of the few that had one in stock. They talked to me a but and made sure I was a serious buyer and not looking for a joy ride, then pulled it off the showroom floor so I could go around the bock with it. When we got back to dealership after a short ride, they told me my options as far as ordering a vehicle and only needing a $100 deposit. They were responsive throughout the waiting process of having the car ordered by phone and email. When I went to pick it up they were accomodating to requests of no dealer stickers on the paint and letting me pull the protective white film off. One minor issue was some scuffing on center console likely from when they vaccummed out interior as part of dealer prep and the hose was pulled across in front of the stick shift. All of the paperwork was clearly explained and there was no pressure or rush to sign anything before I read it or asked questions. The paperwork was very organized and professional. Even one of their maintenance guys came out to help and offered his advice on caring for Subaru paint

I have since gone back for my first oil change, driving back from Birmingham to let them do it, and with the service agreement everything was simple and easy. I just called to make an appointment, showed up, waited an hour for them to replace the break in oil, and then walked out. Very simple.

Overall I'm glad I went to them and can see why their dealership is rated so high.

I would not own anything but a Subaru. Got two teem daughters and they too will drive a Subaru from this dealer.

They are always friendly and attentive. Pretty fast. I have only been there twice since buying my Outback this year but so far its been a great experience. This dealership is the closest to me but wish there was one closer. It was recommended by a friend and has exceeded all my expectations for courtesy and I feel looked after like I made some new friends. I am new to Subaru and suprised at the community that surounds these vehicles. Love my new Outback and with this level of service too, I am pretty sure I am Subaru for life now.

I have enjoyed both my purchase ('13 Crosstrek) and service experience here. I just went in for the first oil change and it was very quick and easy to check-in. The lounge is comfortable with WiFi and coffee so I was able to work while waiting. I also like how they were keeping everyone updated on where their vehicle was in the queue.
Included was a decent wash of the vehicle as well.
Will definitely be referring friends and family to Subaru of Kennesaw.
Update 2019:. Still superior service here. Had a recall and a service bulletin which ended up being a major repair job. They arranged it all very quickly, gave me a rental car, and finished the work promptly and to my satisfaction. Car continues to run great now. Great new waiting area now with computer, tv and coffee.

Exton handled the repair work done to my Forester and his honesty and professionalism convinced me to let Suburu of Kennesaw handle everything with my car from now on. I had been letting Jiffy Lube do the oil changes and minor repairs (such as brakes) but now I know there are major reasons to let Suburu handle Suburu cars. Had they been handling it all along, I probably wouldn't have needed the major repairs that had to be done just now.

Chris Thompson was an excellent help in test driving, explaining options, etc. He made sure I found the Subaru of my dreams that was within my price range and answered all my questions when I emailed him repeatedly about the car. :) Louis Kaissieh was nothing but persistent in making sure the bank worked quickly to approve me. I recommend Subaru of Kennesaw whole-heartedly.

We ended up not buying a car here but that should not be a reflection on the location. The sales people are not high pressure, they are nice and very knowledgeable. I would have really liked to keep working with them but the car just didn't have some of the features we were looking for.

I'm now on my second Subaru, and use Subaru of Kennesaw for my service needs. They've always been great to me in the service department, the car has always been done right, and I couldn't be happier with the way they treat me, and my cars. I recently bought a CPO 2013 Impreza, and while I paid a bit more than I wanted to, they have fixed every nit picky thing I've asked them to fix without complaint, or cost to me. I'm sold on the brand, LOVE my Subies, and I enjoy dealing with all the folks at this dealership.

I absolutely love Subaru of Kennesaw! From the first day we walked on the lot and met Ralph Kurland, who orchestrated our purchase beautifully and hassle free, I have been impressed with their service.
Ralph has kept in touch through the years and I will be buying from him again!
And the service department goes above and beyond!
I got a flat yesterday. My husband could not pull the tires off due to the locks on them. So Brody one of the service techs came to our home and personally removed the locks and replaced them with lug nuts for easier access in the future.
I was then able to drive with the spare on up to the dealership and have the awesome guys of the Service Dept: Matthew, Jeremy and Brody fix my car!!
I never mind a service trip into Subaru of Kennesaw because there is always great work done and excellent customer service and conversation.
Thank you Brody, Jeremy and Matthew again for going the extra mile.
You guys ROCK!!!

Went in with the intention of just test driving an impreza, and with the help of Art, I instantly fell in love with the car and made a deal same day. Art was very courteous and informative about the features of my vehicle, and the sales manager and finance rep were both very prompt and helpful.

I guess I am one of the very select few to have a bad experience. It started with the phone call to make the appointment. I called to see if I could get a price check on installing LED interior illumination kit (under the driver side and passenger side dash), shifter knob, check on a battery issue, and an oil change and rotation. Almost as soon as I finished asking, Kevin went into this whole rant about how they will not install after-market equipment like the LED lights. I kept trying to tell him that I purchased them from the parts department at their location, but was rudely interrupted. Finally I told him and his tone changed. I got an appointment for the next day. Now once all that was said in done, getting an appointment the next day was good.

I arrived to my appointment with all the parts and after talking with him, he said he was going to get a price estimate. I proceeded to the waiting room. One hour later, I was smoking outside; he came up to me and gave me the quote. I already knew it was going to be high because Labor is ridiculous at the dealership, but I wanted it done and said ok. Another hour went by and all the people that came in after me had already came and went, so I went up to him to check on the status and he said they were working on it. Finally the third hour came and he came up to me with whom I assume was the guy installing the parts, and said that the lights I purchased where for a different model car and could not be installed. Somehow, it took them 3 hours to come to this conclusion. When I purchased the items from the online parts accessories, it tells you to put in your year, make, and model. How I received a part that was not for my model I do not know.

After being told this I proceeded to the desk and asked to speak to the manager. He was in an office right next to the desk. Only 5 minutes went by before he called me back, which was rather fast. I went into his office and explained everything that had happened. He said there was no excuse and went to find out more from the employees. He stated that they would give me an employee discount. He then asked me if they could get the right part would I still be interested in them installing it. I said yes. They gave me a loner car to take home while they did all this. By the way, I kept getting interrupted by phone calls being answered and the manager talking to people to do other things while we talked. I found this to be rude. I got home and about 3 hours later they called and said my car was ready, but should probably pickup tomorrow because of the traffic. Very nice suggestion since I already was frustrated and sitting in 1 hour and half of traffic would not help.

Next day I went in the AM, so I could have my car when I went to work. I came in and was instructed to wait in the waiting room. One hour had passed and again I am frustrated. All I had to do was talk to them and pay for the labor. They went over everything with me and finally got to the bill. Apparently they only saved me 30 dollars. The total bill was 230 dollars and almost all of that was labor.

Let s sum this up. I was rudely talked to over the phone making the appointment, I had to wait 3 hours for them to tell me that the parts would not work and no other work had been done to the car in the 3 hours, the manager didn t seem to really care, I went to pick up my car and still had to wait over an hour despite it being done and just needing to be paid for, and they made it sound like I was going to be getting an awesome discount and did not. I think it is safe to say I will no longer be going to this location.

Judging by all the other reviews, I am apparently the only person that has been treated like this. Maybe the stars lined up that day and I just caught everyone on a bad time and day. All I know is that is not how you treat people. If anyone else has gone through issues like this leave a rating. People deserve to know.

The service department here is incompetent. Trying to get a safety recall done and no one here seems really interested in helping get the recall done swiftly. My passenger seat is unusable due to safety concerns and they act like they are doing us a favor to fix it. After speaking with four people (because the three others never called back as promised) I finally got the rudest service person I've ever spoken with but he actually helped by suggesting that I call another dealership. After 5 min on the phone with Troncalli Subaru, I had an appointment and promise of a loaner car so that I don't have to wait for the repair. I bought my car at Kennesaw and had intended to buy my next one there as well but probably will not due to lack of competent service department.

I bought a 2020 Forester and love the car but decatur subaru was a very poor dealership. I talked with William Howard about buying another forester from them and found his price with significantly lower than I was charged at decatur. I wanted some accessories for the first Forester and although I live in Norcross near gwinnett subaru I found they aren't interested in selling accesories and lied about what subaru's policy is on aftermarket equipment. I decided to drive 31 miles each way to buy over $3,000 in accessories from Subaru of Kennesaw. I worked with Todd Estes the service manager and he went out of his way to help me. I purchased a remote start system, some fog lights and chrome grill to go with them as well as as stone guard for the hood and seatback protectors and scuff protector for the front doors. I also got the rockford fostgate audio upgrade which made my Forester premium sound much better. I purchased a trailer hitch and love the way it looks on the car. Todd also helped me install some dash camera's so the wires were somewhat hidden. He advise me not to tap into the cars electrical system which I believe was good advice so his guy Cory helped run the wires to the existing usb power ports. I used to be a professional installer and I am ashamed to say I think Cory did a better job that I would have. I found the atmosphere to be more relaxed than any other subaru dealership I have visited. By the time we were finished my Forester premium was the ideal car for me. Todd recently moved to Troncalli Subaru but since both dealerships are owned by the same company I am not sure which location I will visit. Troncalli is closer but Kennesaw is a beautiful location. I haven't visited Troncalli yet but I don't think I can make a mistake working with either location. I highly recommend the 2020 Forester and Subaru of Kennesaw.

My Sales Representative, Ralph Kurland was very professional from the moment I walked into the door until after I picked my car up. Ralph is very knowledgable about the product and did not use any pressure sales tactics. He is a very honest and patient professional. Bill Scarbrough handled my finance paperwork in under 30 minutes. A true professional as well! Thanks for a very beautiful experience . I love my Subaru Outback!

Have not dealt with sales staff but if they are anything like the service department then I know where I will be buying my next Subaru. Lydia takes great care of you and runs a very smooth operation. They have always gotten me out the door on time and without hassle.

Great job once again by Lydia and her staff. Price and time for service were as quoted. When the time comes, I look forward to working with the sales staff as I already know where I will buy my next Subaru.

Awesome dealership. Purchased a new 2020 Outback and a new 2018 Legacy in past. Great experience from initial email response, to negotiations by email, and then to the final paperwork. Colin is an excellent salesperson; he had the car and paperwork all completely ready to go. Truly exceptional service showing customer satisfaction is their #1 goal. I had a wonderful experience at Subaru Kennesaw! I bought a 2013 Subaru BRZ and traded in an old Mazda. Charles and Louis were absolutely great to deal with. They were very fair with purchase price, trade in value of my old car, and overall good natured. After a botched purchase at a different dealership I found a vehicle I really liked at Subaru of Kennesaw. I found everyone at this dealership to be honest and welcoming. Very helpful and knowledgeable team. They convinced me the Subaru Legacy was the right car to buy. They had a large selection to choose from. Planned to buy one from them even though they were not the closest dealership to my home and the traffic around their business is unpleasant.

I requested quotes from 3 different dealerships and hoped to negotiate a competitive price with this dealership but they surprisingly told me their quotes were rock bottom. Another dealership quoted a much lower price closer to invoice, so I chose to buy elsewhere.

I recently went through my first new-car-buying process for a 2015 Subaru WRX. I initially reached out the the online shopping department at the Kennesaw Subaru by requesting a quote through their website. Stephanie got back to me quickly and we were able to arrange a test drive soon after. I went in and Stephanie was very helpful, patient (my first manual transmission car), and knowledgeable. Even after my extensive research, I still learned about some features on the WRX that I was previously unaware of.

We talked about various trims, options, and colors for my WRX. I had my heart set on either a WR blue or white one. Unfortunately both were pretty popular colors and the Kennesaw Subaru didn't have one in the specific trim I wanted. Stephanie offered to either trade for one or order one from the factory, and offered me a very fair price. She was understanding that I would need to think about it, and wasn't pushy at all.

Ultimately, I chose to get the WR blue one, and Stephanie was only able to located a white one that she could trade for. Although I ended up purchasing my car from a dealer out of state, I am still thankful for the help that Stephanie offered me. I would definitely recommend my friends to check out the Kennesaw Subaru and especially Stephanie for their Subaru buying needs.
