Been using these for ages, can sometimes take longer than they say accept fir that usually ok. But started ordering on line last wk to get promotions had no problem with order being delivered but today different thing. Delivery man called me but couldn't answer as busy with costumer when I called bk couldn't understand a word he was saying, waited a little longer for food to come but nothing so called actually place and was passed to someone who was generally rude saying we put in another address which I've never heard of as dont live here and most definitely put in correct address so not sure how another address came through. Didn't get my food

first time i have been here i have to say fantastic delicious food. Its defiatly fresh the staff and waiting service spot on definatly recommend this to anyone looking for a great meal. Lots of options from pizzas to sandwiches to my choice of 3 pastas to choose from i had pesto pasta and the chocolate pizza enjoyed it very well worth the money.

Ordered a breakfast from here and it was gross sausages cheap sub par food burnt my mouth they cook it all in a oven tastes disgusting. You don't make good breakfasts your other food is good but your breakfasts are gross. Period. How dare you say im not a customer when I bought food the other day I gave a honest review

Good Italian mall restaurant that delivers too. GLUTEN FREE pizzas, subs & pasta upon request. The Sub sandwiches are huge, personally like mesquite chicken. Pizzas pretty good. Pasta itself is tasty and they customised my dish by adding some vege for me, which I think is fantastic service. They've won a few awards too.

Slow service, empty tables full of previous customers leftover rubbish, queued for 20mins , poor customer service ( no apology for having to wait so long) and finally when asked for order (jacket potato) was told 'sold out' ..no sorry, I replied wouldn't it be a good idea to put a notice over the sign saying so ? His RUDE reply was ' have a nice day' ill never enter that shop again.

Ordered a pizza and veggies. Service and veggies were good but pizza was completely burnt. They didn t do anything about it saying the oven is to blame. Wasted my money and it was a bad experience.

Best sandwiches in town. The vegetarian option is very good. Affordable prices and friendly staff. Quick service. Free car parck. No brainer.

Large portions and good flavour! Wasn't particularly hot when it arrived but still tasty, I had the large traditional sub and it was huge! My partner had a medium pizza which was easily a 9" pizza. Covid 19 guidelines are in place, although their cleanliness could be better, chair handles and seats weren't wiped down, however the tables were spaced apart and cleaned down after every use. Plenty of sanitizer available too

Surprisingly nice food. Ordered regular toasted sub and when served was shocked to see how large it was would have been enough for two as I was not too hungry. Wife had Jaket potato with tuna and salad, also very good. Very tasty food reasonably priced.

Amazing service, as we've just moved to cardea on brand new build, these guys had no issue in delivering within 40 minutes, the food was piping hot and full of flavour 5 stars.

Very poor customer service. Failed to provide part of the meal with no real apology and blamed the chef too busy and forgot before dumping the refund in coins on the table.

Good gluten free options. Subs and pizzas taste much better than othrr chains. Friendly staff.

Had to return my sub twice as akes for no salad they then returned it having picked it out still couldnt eat it... service was poor but the food is good

Ordered a full english breakfast and it was hardly even edable. Very dissapointed as I heard good things about Sub Xpress. There was no flavour to it, the food was cold. I found the staff to be pretty rude and blunt. Went to burger king instead where suprisingly I was greeted by a lovely young woman who actually smiled. Dont think I will going back

Order takeaway from here couldn't finish it ordered a meat feast pizza for myself and mozzarella sticks meat feast was spicy but never stated it was so ruined my pizza for me and mozzarella sticks were chewy and cold. My friends bbq chicken wings didn't looked cook as they were extremely pale and he didn't eat any of it. I would not order from again.

Good food and it came pretty quick too. But not kid friendly at all.

Ordered today as part of large order whilst working on the weekend. My meal did not turn up. Driver assured us would be back in 10 minutes.... 40 minutes later still no food. Umm how would you feel sitting round a table with no food when everyone is tucking in....

These guys don't care. Their food is pretty mediocre too. I have eaten in store before. Do yourself a favour and get a meal deal from the Tesco or walk the extra 10 meters and get a Burger King.

If you want take out Italian food order from Domino's or Subway (pickup from subway).

Avoid this place at all cost. If this was the last place to order....i would recommend going without.

Food was alright. Wedges could of been cooked a little longer. Pasta sauce was abit watery. All in all its alright place

Love them subs. Worth every penny. A lot of choice as well and a lovely staff.

Great quality food commands a premium, but it's worth it

Food tasted funny the pizza base was undercooked and the lassagne was like rubber. Just eat tried to resolve the issue but sub express refused to accept there was anything wrong with the food. Which considering it wasn't edible and we More

Good quality subs at a reasonable price. Only reservation is that the paper straws are open and are a bit of a free for all. Bothers me as you dont know who's hands have touched them. I view them the same as a bowl of peanuts in a pub... no complaints about the food though!!

Useless staff, had to wait forever then got the wrong sandwich, then had to wait ages again for them to make the right one. Was really nice when I finally got it, but not sure of it was worth the wait...

Clean and affordable and with friendly staff. Tuna sub was A1, but latte was from a self service machine, and was almost awful, would probably not go again.

Not so long ago this resturant was one of my favourite places to order food, with a good selection including a gluten free option. More recently though I can't help but feel their standards have slipped - on both occasions, the delivery was late and the pizzas were cold and undercooked. Very dissapointing

Excellent toasted sub sandwiches. A medium is pretty big. Coffee is from a vending machine but not bad. Real Italian staff. Didn't try it but pasta looks good

The gluten free pizza base that I had last night was lovely. We always order from here and I do like the normal pizzas but always moan a little when pizza is suggested as I know it'll make me feel unwell. I don't ever order the gluten free option cause I don't like to be awkward but my husband made me last night (probably fed up with my moaning!!) and I'm so glad I listened. They were great about us ordering gluten fee and the base and toppings were lovely. Can't wait to order again

The best vegan pizza I have ever tried! Authentic Italian crispy base, tasty sauce and the cheese wasn t overpowering. Simply lovely!

Good pizza. However customer service could be much better..

Have eaten here several times, the chilli is basic but cheap and tasty. The pizzas are very good, but the pasta dishes are poor. Small portions in huge plates and the pesto fusilli was very unappealing to look at and tasted distinctly average.

The food was disgusting. I opened my pizza box and flies attack my pizza. Not just a couple. About 30 all attacked my pizza. I went and spoke to the manager about this problem, and to my suprise I was told by the manager that I wasn't ment to be eating in there after I was not told this previously. After ordering twice, Before receiving my food. The manager told me he couldn't do anything about this problem nd refused to give me a refund upon me asking. I asked for his managers name and number, which he also refused to give me. I was told to come back in 3 weeks when the owner would be back. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Had the traditional carbonara with penne pasta X2 and a kids meal absolutely amazing better than Frankie and bennies better and pizza express great servide also expected food to take a while but it was pretty quick

We had the breakfast. It was ok but no salt pepper and 40p for condiments. My son wanted the ham sub but they toasted it without asking and it was over toasted. Some one next to us ordered a pizza and that did look lovely so will go back to try the pizza

Best pizza I've ever had, great quality, nice drivers and have ordered more than 40 times and there's only been one mistake which they fixed with a free pizza.

I recommend this over any place in Peterborough.

This restaurant and takeaway has been around for 18 years winning many many awards for its quality food and for being one of the best leaders in Peterborough for Authentic Italiana Pasta And Pizza and amazing Italian toasted Subs.
They are the best takeaway I love their food, just look at over 2000 reviews on Justeat. They are outstanding.
People have nothing better to do with their sad lives than to try and make a mockery of a business that works hard to have 5 stars from local authorities and keep being the best for over 18 years in business. I have been eating here for over 12 years never had a bad meal. Well done SubXpress
