The food is really delicious, they do a wide range of food. We had sandwiches and pizza and they were so fresh and tasty. The milkshakes are the best I've ever tasted. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the store is really clean. Will definitely be coming back again.

From the moment you stand in the que everything goes down hill, they take your order at this section that's really high to see over and feels like a barrier for the team to hide behind. Then you get to the till point and have to tell the other team memebers what had been ordered. The service is terrible with no one using p's&q's. The kids menu is complicated and when my daughter ordered a pasta they never offered the meal deal just expected it to be known by the customer. I then asked why we didn't receive a toy and cookie and I was told it's because I didn't order a meal, this was never offered and never given the option to pay the difference or an apology.

No matter how loudly you declare your food to be 'authentic', thick, doughy pizzas which have never seen a stone-oven from are distance are always going to qualify as barely-edible at best. The place feels overlit and greasy, like your average school-cantine, which isn't helped by the plastic trays you're given. It's just impossible to eat in a place like this and feel good about your life and the decisions that have brought you so far down.
