I purchased a '05 Honda CRV about a year ago. I have had zero issues and haven't had to put any money into it, except of course routine maintenance. I would recommend this place to friends and family for sure. Next time I need a car, this will be my first stop.

In the past 3 years my family and I have purchased an '08 Scion tC, an '05 Chevy Colorado, and recently a 2012 Chevy Suburban. This is a classy lot that offers eye catching vehicles that will run for a long time! The customer service is awesome, and we never leave unimpressed! My scion is hitting on 250,000 miles and I still haven't had any problems with it and neither has the Colorado or Suburban shown any issues. Quality, you have us Davis family's business. You guys are the best in town.

I have purchased two vehicles in the last year. Both where amazingly clean and passed inspection by my personal mechanic. Let's face it buying cars is always risk because no one has a way to tell how long a car will last. Buying from a place with friendly people, that don't try and pressure you into a sale make it a lot easier. I would refer anyone there.

Bought a car from here last year, it was older and had over 100k miles on it. I was nervous being I had never bought a car with high mileage. The car has not had one issue and has been a great investment! Got a great deal for our money & the staff was very helpful & easy to work with. Would def recommend buying a used car here. Called to buy a truck salesman told me to come on, drove an hour to see the truck looked at it and then they said it was just sold but yet they couldn't call me to say it was sold terrible customer serivice would not do business their

I bought two cars on the same day it was a 01 honda accord for 3700 and 05 dodge caravan 2700. I knew it wasn't the best cars but l needed 2 vehicle. I got home and my air compressor went out on the dodge. I called he said bring it back and gave me a loaner. Last week my honda went out the timing belt broke. I called him he told me he had to talk to his wife a week later l called he still haven't talked to his wife. To make a long story stort it was nothing he could do. I am stuck with a lemon car with two car payments.

Checked on Tacoma 1998 model advertised in CBT for 6,995. The guy trying to sale it for 7,995...really..mama didn't raise a fool. Bye Felicia

This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Take your money elsewhere. If they treat the vehicles like their customers staying away is best!

I am a repeat customer of Quality Preowned, and I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism and courteous business practices of Roman and Adam. I first purchased a 2001 Chevy Impala, which I absolutely loved, to commute to work in 2016. The vehicle ran over 120 miles round trip, 5 days a week without major issues. I just purchased another vehicle, and look forward to another positive experience. I had a very strict budget, and Roman kindly kept me in mind as new inventory arrived. Recently purchased a used truck from quality preowned. My husband was after a very particular vehicle, and can be rather picky on wear items/care. Couple of the things we liked: Dealership is clean inside and out. All trucks listed for sale are ready to drive off the lot, and a no pressure attitude. In our case, we were very impressed with vehicle condition, and the asking price was fair given the market. We were able to negotiate a price both parties were happy with, and were out the door in well less than an hour after the handshake. They also let us leave an extra vehicle on their lot for a few days while we sorted out pickup. Would absolutely recommend.

Great people to work with! Very knowledgeable about the vehicles they have. We have purchased two vehicles within 6 months from them.

Stopped by today to take a look at a SUV a family whom lives in Wilson NC told me about. Pulled into the lot, got out my vehicle to look at a 2017 White Tahoe. The doors were locked so I just looked through the windows and walked to the next SUV which is a 2007 Black Suburban. The doors on this one was open and I proceeded to look in the passenger side and back. Upon closing those doors to walk to the driver side I HEARD THE DOORS LOCK!!!!! This I was unable to get in..... Mines you, no one came out side to address me as a customer.... Someone had to have been looking at me in order to lock the door while walking around the SUV..... I would never spend my money there and advise you not as well!!!!!

This place has a friendly, family atmosphere. Roman, Adam, Stacy and the gentleman up front are friendly and helpful. This is not the dreaded high pressure used car dealership. My husband and I were looking for a used car for our 21 year old daughter. We drove through the lot over the weekend and saw a Volkswagen Tiguan we thought would be perfect for her. We also saw a Lexus RX 350 that we liked for us. We went back during the week, test drove both and loved them. We had to wait for our daughter to make the two hour drive from Wilmington to see and drive the Tiguan. In the meantime I took both vehicles to our mechanic and they checked out fine. We agreed on a price and ended up buying both vehicles the same day. Roman was incredibly helpful with the paperwork and Adam made sure the cars were good to go. I had to come back the next day for something and Stacy was very helpful. I really enjoyed doing business with them and can t recommend them highly enough.

TRUST ME AS A PREVIOUS BUYER OF QUALITY USED CARS, THERE IS NOTHING QUALITY ABOUT THIS! STAY AWAY! I BOUGHT A 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe from this company and less than 7 months later ended up having to buy a brand new engine! After that it was something LITERALLY EVERY OTHER WEEK THAT I HAD TO FIX LITERALLY! I HAVE ALL RECEIPTS TO PROVE THIS. TRUST ME STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The ONLY reason why I'm giving them a 3 Star is not because of the original owners (Very Sweet), but the new workers who they've added on over the years...
One in particular seems to be a bit of a Hot headed person. I felt uncomfortable working with him. In actuality, I preferred working with the original owners! My car is okay...takes a long time to switch to the next gear and makes a loud noise once I turn on. But it's all good, I just pray over it and go. If they want to continue to stay in business, they may want to have a small talk with him.

I've purchased two cars through Quality Pre Owned, both were great vehicles and lasted well beyond what I hoped they would. The owners are honest, good people and easy to work with. Had no issues at all.

We just bought our 2010 Toyota Venza from them and it was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. We've been searching for a Venza since July and all the other dealerships from Raleigh to High Point just want to sell you anything and get commission. Not this business, it simple and genuine. On top of that, they recommend the State Farm Insurance Agency to finance the car and they actually brought the check to the dealership so we didn't have to make and extra stop and it was on a Saturday! I am definitely going to send my friends and family to this place.
