Very poor quality of activity trackers. Until now only had problems connecting to the device. Needed to buy another one.

What a after-sales service! If only everywhere else!

Do not agree with Erik. I have various products such as audio and light from this company and the value for money is perfect and the service and question-response is good, fast, and can not be improved. In my view, a top company.

I had very quick and efficient support via email to synchronize my fit coach device with my smartphone. Went hard, but they kept looking for solutions and eventually succeeded. That is service!

Unfortunately, the products that this company provides are of sad quality. I have had a few floodlights, among others, but no one took the 2 (or even 1!) Year ... Pretty unfortunate, especially for the price!

Today I had contact with Erik from the TE Group customer service. Particularly friendly and adequately helped. I am surprised!
