Unfortunately I have worked with this company twice. The first time I did not have a great artist, and he seemed to struggle with simple instructions and request. The shirts to not turn out well at all. After many revisions and suggestions to the artist I felt as though he did what he wanted.

The second time I worked with this company my artist was absolutely amazing! He totally understood what I wanted, he worked with me, and he had great ideas. My sales representative on the other hand was very difficult to reach. Eventually they just stopped contacting me. I was at the point in my process with them where I needed to order the shirts and have them delivered by a specific date. The company stopped responding to me, would not call me back, and it has left me out to dry.
Both times I worked with this company I was very disappointed in their quality of customer service. If you want to get shirts and deal with the hassle of working with people who are unwilling to work with you this is the company that you should go with. However if you want great shirts and great customer service I suggest you find another T-shirt company.
