Sean Stoker is very friendly and does a great job :)

One of the worst delivery service I have ever experienced!!! Could not deliver my item on time and it took them two days and multiple phone calls from me to get it delivered. Their delivery schedule keeps changing and different call attendees gives u different time!!! I don't know why Home Depot use them for home delivery.

Our Street Fleet delivery driver Ellaina Serfling has provided timely and courteous delivery of our payroll consistently for many years through some of the toughest conditions Minnesota can dish out. She serves as an exemplary model for others to follow. Thank you Ellaina.

Whatever time they state to have it delivered in add an half hour to an hour to that and that will be there actual time.

This company received a package from DHL and were supposed to deliver it. A week later and no package, I ended up calling them and found that they had said it was 'delivered'. I'm not sure how that's possible as there was no apartment number but the name was correct.
I have yet to receive this package, for all I know it's gone for good and it was a Christmas gift. 0/10 wouldn't trust this company again.

Flipped off by the passenger in a Fleet Street van on a Saturday night because I wasn t driving fast enough for their liking. Completely unprofessional behavior. Not sure why anyone would trust a company whose employees act like this.

When this company delivered our materials they started off delivering them to the wrong address, after the materials were found they brought them to the right place but ran into our construction trailer, pushing it down a hill causing damage to the trailer and tools inside.
Come to find out he was not insured to drive the vehicle and street fleet will not stand up to what happened. HIRE A DIFFERENT COURRIER
Will definitely be calling BBB about this one!

Jacob Schroer has been our payroll delivery driver for the last few years and been nothing except fantastic! He is always on time, friendly and willing to go out of his way to help. My guess is Street fleet is trying to prop up its reputation with some fake 5 star positive reviews in Yelp. There are some major reviewers(Many reviews) with one star in the 'Reviews not recommended' where I suspect the reviewer lost their temper. There are also a bunch of 5 star reviews which yelp caught as fake. '

My god. Bought a mattress on amazon, paid 20 bucks extra to have it delivered into my apartment. I get a call from the driver. Mattress is in a van stacked with a bunch of other mattresses. The box is too big for the van door. There is only one driver. I am thinking how is this guy going to get it out and into my apartment? So I end up pushing, he ends up pulling and crushing the side of the box to get it out. Then he tells me that he does not deliver to the apartment, just to the entrance. Mattress box is a queen, I ordered a full. I don't sign for it. He keeps on trying to get me to take it. Now he can't get the thing back in the Van. I get frustrated and leave. He calls dispatch then unboxes the mattress in our lobby. I only learn about this when I go outside and see the mess he made. It was raining when I left. If the mattress was not covered in plastic it will have gotten wet. Turns out that Amazon contract DHS to deliver it. DHS contract Estes to deliver it. Estes contracted Street Fleet to deliver it. I think they would have pressured a more frail person to have accepted it. Madness and a waste of 2 hours of my time. Bottom line is they set a mattress out in a van that was too small for one guy to deliver it. Whomever forced that into the van should be having a talking to. The guy delivering it said he did not originally load the van. If they re-boxed it in the wrong size box: Madness. That said multiple people in this supply chain screwed up.
