One of the best hotels in Dubai in terms of tranquility, comfort, service, everything in this hotel, special rooms, close to Burj Khalifa speed.

This is a world class luxury hotel. My wife and I loved the staff, as they were friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help with anything. The food choices in the hotel are good as well. The spa and gym are nice well kept and neat. The pool area gives you a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. Amenities were very very nice. I can go on for days about how good this hotel is. But 5 stars should give an indication of how great it is.

Sofitel downtown Dubai is magnificent. With a wonderful pool, it offers superb breakfast and snacks. Soundproofed rooms, 5-star service. A stone's throw from. Subway and Burj Khalifa mall. Recommended.

We stayed last Friday, August 4 for a one night stay only. The booking was made thru online prepaid hotel sites 5 days in advance (I think) We mentioned in the comment/ request section that we are celebrating our anniversary and we asked for the room with a good view of Burj Khalifa as this is the type of room the we purchase(Luxury King Room/Burj View) However we were putted in the corner room on which we can only see ongoing construction sites.

Anyhow, checking in was so quick, thanks to the help of the receptionist guy who assisted us and get a good info about the hotel. Staff were friendly and always willing to help.

Room was good, just the request was not granted and we are bit disappointed.

Good hotel and all major tourism places are easily accessible.

Breakfast is ok but needs improvement in south indian varieties. Food from outside not allowed

It is luxurious, but if you clean the B200 room, there is no soap and the security is excellent

My wife and I were here for a part of our honeymoon. The first night we decided to take a shower after a long flight. My wife heard a noise inside the room and suddenly we saw a member of the staff staring at us. He didn't care to see that all the lights were on. The water was running and our luggage was over the bed.
Eventhough they tried to make it up, we had a really bad experience the first two days because of that.

Excellent modern hotel, friendly and professional staff. The hotel is also close to Dubai mall. I was allowed to stay during Ramadan for an extended late check out.

My husband and I, stayed 7-10 of August at this hotel. The location is very good. The hospitality is excellent. From the door men, to the breakfast stuff and the people working at the pool, every single one of them was kind, polite and always smiling.
The only downside, a strange smell, at the otherwise very clean, bathroom.
We would definitely come back.
P.S. Try the sushi at the restaurant in the hotel. Very very good. The chef also kind and polite.

Best location, fantastic business hotel, plenty work space, outlets for charging the gear, very good Wifi, ok breakfast. Rooms are the best in Dubai for business stay. Take the metro, walk to burge khalifa.

Wow, the rooms are hugh. You get a very large room and a very large bathroom. There is a very nice bathtub standing freely in the room and next to it a large rain shower. The bathroom has two sinks. The room and bathroom were always clean. The buffet was very good. It has a large selection of foods. The personal was always friendly. The hotel is next the a subway station, very handy. I would stay here again.

The Versailles restaurant within the Sofitel Hotel is the pinnacle of good taste, five-star taste and delicious food

Was shocked to b in Sofitel wthout glittering lights n darker lobby n a few employees to attend. I always wished to stay there couple of nights. I recommanded many friends n known people to stay there since 2016.

I would have given it 4 stars but decided for only 3 because of these reasons.

One, the entrance is not prominent.
Second, the parking staff need to be helpful. They are little casual.
Third, finding a cab from there gate is a challenge.

We arrived early but that was not a problem. We were offered breakfast, a shower and luggage storage while our rooms were being prepared. Just after breakfast the receptionist found us and escorted us to our upgraded rooms. We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel - you can be proud of all your staff who all went the extra mile to look after us. Pool staff, reception, concierge, doormen and wait staff all could not be faulted. We will definitely recommend your hotel and will stay again. Thank you so much

A great location but some of the rooms show the age of time

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for us. From the doorman, bellboys, reception and the Club room all staff were wonderful. The pool was just a tad warm I felt especially in a warm climate
