That doesn't mean the service was less than expected. From the first email from Leigh, I sensed he really cared about our situation and everything was handled professionally. Our interpreter arrived at the interview 10 minutes before she was scheduled to be there and she did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use The Language Banc for future services.
