Very nice accommodations, excellent food.The Cityview banquet facilities on the rooftop are unique and Haiti's lounge is a very posh way to enjoy the city at night.

Phone service truly poor, have been trying to confirm my reservation from Canada for an hour and have spoken to a couple different incompetent phone reps. If it weren't for the event I am going to being hosted at this hotel, I would have given up and booked elsewhere.

The restaurant is good. The hotel is inoffensive. Nice view from upstairs.

I went to Battles, located in the Strathallan. The inside bar is quite small and cramped but the outside deck and fire place area were quite lovely and comfortable.

Hip and comfortable hotel with excellent service and staff. We love staying at the Strathallan whenever we are in Rochester, and most recently stayed there while visiting friends and relatives over the holidays. Staying in a 1 bedroom+ fits us and the kids well with them on the pullout sofa. The room was clean, nicely decorated and a touch luxurious. Our room had a full kitchen and while lacking the equipment for cooking it was nice to have to store milk for the kids and leftovers to reheat. I feel confident the staff would be able to assist if we needed anything else as they were quick and friendly whenever we did need anything.

The pool is great for the kids and a treat to get some swimming in during the winter. The gym is excellent as well, but I also found the area is quite nice to run outside in with the Genesee River parks not far away. We loved the breakfast buffet and the kids could eat for free off our plates. Not a steal, but a nice kid friendly perk.

While being kid friendly the hotel actually also attracts a younger kid-less crowd as well. Both restaurants are good the bars fun and lively on the weekends. Throw in free valet parking and it's a hard place not to like.

We went there for some drinks and it was such an awesome atmosphere. Service was prompt and not too busy. Would definitely do it again

Elevators are slow as all get out but everything else is great!

Great staff, unique and delicious food at restraunts....sushi bar is a must. The roons are well decorated, updated and roomy. High class here.

Overall nice hotel. However, my room was not cleaned very well. When the front desk was informed in the morning, they gave a free breakfast coupon.

You get what you pay for but the drinks are seriously expensive

Attended a wedding here at the Century Club. A beautiful place well restored by the Strathallan. The drinks at the bar Char are expensive.

Rooms were great, the hotel staff were awesome. The food was good, bar was really nice. We attended a concert locally and needed a ride to and from, and the hotel provided one. The only bad thing was that we hung our breakfast card on the door like it says, but it was never picked up. So we missed our breakfast room service order being put in. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

Stayed here for a wedding that was at the hotel. Amazing place with an INCREDIBLE rooftop. Gorgeous views of downtown Rochester city skyline. Stayed in a King Suite and it was a massive room with a living room, kitchenette and separate bedroom. Also had a large balcony! Highly recommend.

I was there for an event for 185 people. The food was very good.

Went to char, good food, but bartender couldn't make a proper Manhattan. Manager was great and the food was good.

When you want to stay in a great place with very classy restaurants and great rooftop views, I highly recommend the Strathallan. This place has been remodeled and is absolutely beautiful. It is also a great place for a weekend getaway with many good local restaurants to vist nearby. When you visit the Rochester area this is a comfortable place to stay.

Amazing! Loved going on my little getaway! The only thing I wasn't happy about was the room service... I didn't get what I ordered (I order the same thing everytime I go) and the girl on the phone was a bit harsh but I understand it was a busy Saturday night

Stayed in Hilton honors room. More room than others. Good room service. Restaurant is great and cookies are delicious as usual.

I attending a full day work training held here. I was surprised on how easy it was to find parking. Upon entering, the hotel was very modern and clean. The hotel employees were very professional and pleasant.

Will never visit this place as we did $20,000 worth of work and never got paid.

Nice rooms, clean hotel, delicious appetizers at the bar. If you happen to say here I recommend stopping by RMSC (and if you have young kids, Strong Museum).

I have only been here for business conferences, however I am always impressed by the facilities. The food is always very good! (Especially the Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese! Seriously, when I know I am coming here, I look forward to it every time bc of the mac & cheese LOL) The view from the rooftop banquet room is fantastic - 360 panoramic view of the city and surrounding foothills! Most of the staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are always clean.

I was there for company holiday party. I thought the staff were all nice and helpful. I felt the prime rib was too under cooked for my taste, the turkey was good, and I loved the mac and cheese.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous part of the city. The staff were beyond helpful the second we walked through the door.

I have stayed here twice efor 3 day - 2 night stays. I appreciate the shuttle to the airport. The food is terrific. The bar can get lively at night. I stayed in 1 bedroom suite the first time and then a king studio. Both have spacious bathrooms.

I was there for a professional event. The room the event was in was clean. The patios and gardens are very nice. The food was not that appealing. There were no vegetarian or gluten free options which affected some friends of mine negatively.
