Glen patrick water is an absolute shambles.
I bought a large bottle and it taste like tap water.
A week later i was diagnosed with amnesia.
!Boycott glenpatrick!

Would just like to thank the girls for all there help over the past few days with the boil water notice they have helped us out so much great customer service.

I am a current customer of Glenpatrick, There service is extremely helpful and they have never let me down. There response time is not to be under estimated and all the customer care representative's are always more than happy to lend a hand lifting the bottles. I have 1 bottle top unit and 2 mains fed units with them and the pricing I got was the most competitive. I would recommend them to anyone looking to supply there staff with water.

The worst customer service I encountered in my life.

Worst company to deal with!!Customer Service is terrible. We are a long term customer and the last year we have had ongoing issues, we never get our order on time and I have been told on many occasions that the reason why they have missed a delivery is because they have run out of water, no call to even let us know because apparently they are too busy to give their customers a call. I will never use Glenpatrick again!!

We have recently had a very polite and friendly service from a customer care representative. Looking fowerd to future visits from him.

The worst and most disorganized company anyone could hire. the worst customer service.
LATE DELIVERY - ALWAYS - in 3 consecutive months I faced my company without water because they are always out of terms, even after many emails complaining.
They forward emails with UNDUE CHARGES every month and when replying to this email, with copies of previous emails, copy of contract and agreement, they forward the email to another person, avoiding responsibility. They let clear how desorganize they are on every email or customer support, and dont even make an effort to help customer or apologise themselves. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE!

Unless you enjoy having unnecessary hassle in your life, don't engage with Glenpatrick.
One star is one star too many.

They used to be great but they've fallen apart in the past two years. Deliveries are constantly missed. I've brought it to their attention ten or twelve time but nothing has changed.

Terrible issues cancelling, they requested my number to cancel, never showed up to collect the cooler & have been charging me since. The worst I have ever dealt with.

When I first became a Glenpatrick customer I was provided with a bottle water cooler however, when I was speaking with staff members I was advised to switch to a filtered water cooler. They told me this would be the best option for me as it suited my needs perfectly due to the fact that I wanted to minimise cost. I am currently receiving a filtered water cooler with direct dispense which is suits me perfect.

I found the staff very helpful with great knowledge and expertise on all products and went out of their way to provide me with the best service.
I would highly recommend their service.

Couldn't be happier!

Month on month Glenpatrick turn up on time and replenish our water cooler. The cooler is always very clean and the delivery guy is always very nice and wishes us a good weekend.

Very pleased with the bottle water cooler Glenpatrick provide to us, extremely happy with the customer service rep Christian on time every time. Would recommend to anyone.

As an avid marathon runner I try to keep a healthy lifestyle and of course stay hydrated whilst training. I recently purchased two 12 500ml bottle multipack of glenpatrick water. I felt extremely ill soon after. After seeing my GP I was told I have a case of cholera. Although my illness can not be directly connected to glenpatrick water but it is the only change I made to my diet leading up to my illness. I'd like anyone to take my story into consideration before making a purchase. Thank you.

If there is negative star I would put that. Such a incompetent company overall. Doesn't care at all about customer who has provided absolutely clearly about their needs/requirement while signing contract. Highly highly not recommended. Avoid them.

Not even dial the number if you are not a customer already as you will only waste your time. If you are a customer already...I feel sorry for you!

good service and nice water. Not sure who is writing those complaints about bad tasting water, but we dont have those issues...

We had run out of water unexpectedly and were not due a delivery for another couple of weeks. The customer service team advised they would do their very best to have a delivery with me as soon as they could. Within the next 24 hours I had a full delivery made by a very helpful representative.
