A once great institute it is now just about average. Most students I've interacted with are either mediocre or worse. Some faculty members are legendary though. Infrastructure is okay. I find it to be highly overrated primarily due to its alumni strength.

I lived on the XIMB campus for 4 months when doing the 3 Continents Master of Global Management. The experience was increadible: excellent faculty, many interesting guest speakers and conferences, great sport, study and housing facilities and a warm and friendly atmosphere. Loved all the events organized by student committees!!

Best place to do MBA in bhubaneswar and with good placement

I am a doctoral scholar at XIMB. Some of the faculties are excellent. Overall the faculties are helpful to scholars.I believe management will realize the potential of upcoming researchers (faculties and doctoral scholars) and will provide better amenities which will help in growth of research environment. Overall intellectual capital is one of the very important determinants of the institute's image and financial prowess in long run.
Inception and formation of Xavier University had lead to many changes in the processes and systems. Concretization of goals is a slow process. But only its values and aspirations will decide what place does XIMB deserves and what will be the path and destination of XIMB

XIMB provides a mixed experience. On one hand, excellent student crowd and great faculty keep this college ahead ,bad administration and average infrastructure move some good students away. Placements are good because of top class student crowd and good alumni relationship, good industry exposure.Infrastructure can certainly be improved.
