A great park to visit. We had used the free bikes in the enterance. They were very comfortable. Bike roads were very well maintained and clean. Although we have not seen any animal (like fox, deer, etc.), it was a great pleasure to bike around. We biked the north side (which is about 15 km) with a lunch break. We definetly want to re-visit and discover the south part.
Very quiet place for chilling and enjoying nature with family and friends. There's a fee for entrance though (9.5 euros)

Beautiful park! Beautiful nature, many trees and heather landscape. You can arrange access at the park entrance, but it is much more convenient to arrange this online in advance. You can go here by car and bicycle and also as a walker no problem. Here you can see visitors taking pictures and painting, very nice. You can also rent bicycles here and also e-bikes upon reservation. Beautiful nature, definitely worth a visit. There is a tea house in the park but it was closed when I visited, just bring your own refreshments. Park is open until 8 p.m.
Beautiful park and wonderful to cycle around. It was only in the middle of the dry period and therefore less green than normal. We will definitely come back in the spring to admire all the greenery once

Great place... it is 56 km2 park ...you have choice of getting in with your car, walikng or taking a free bike and cycling along great paths... longest path is 26 km around the national park... great ride. Recommend it to all

Beautiful park, where you also encounter game in different places ... you have to pay to enter the park, but in combination with a tour or wild excursion this is definitely worth it. We have purchased a protector only because we are 3 weeks at the campsite in the area, this also gives extra discount on the excursions and you have your entrance after a few visits also ...
I love it. It's great to bike within the paek! The entrance ticket includes the use of bicycles!

It is worthwhile taking a bike ride around the park
Very similar nature as in some areas in Brabant, almost no animals. Sand dunes are nice to see, but there are many places in the Netherlands which are the same and free. To find animals at viewing spots it's best to come at sunset, however that's also when the park closes. So no animals... Essentially you can only bike in it, nothing more to do. Good asphalted bike paths. Park entrance also includes a bike. Maybe worth a visit once, but I wouldn't come back.

Beautiful park with a high entrance fee. Beautiful bike paths and the white bikes are of course super. It is time that something is thought of to get the wolf into the park without any problems. Sad to surround this piece of nature with fences.

We went cycling for a day here. 2x rented a tandem where the children can also. Actually had a wonderful day. The sun did not give up, but we were happy to compensate for that. 40 km cycled along all highlights and at the end of the day we saw deer and pigs. A pizza finished the day afterwards. Absolutely great!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. We used the provided bikes and cycled through a small part of the park. We arrived pretty late in the day, so we were alone for most of our visit. We did see a lot of deer and the weather was perfect.

Beautiful place, just been in Corona time, even better because it was super quiet and for the first time we could see the wildlife in the wild. Only drawback: new restaurant in the center. I wrote a separate review about this.
Colorful view of autumn and very convenient free bike rent in the park. Worth a full day of biking, hiking and animal recognizing.
You can borrow bikes for free in the high Veluwe. It is super nice, there are lots of mushrooms and really in different colors such as red, white, pink and green. There is a visitor center and a playground for children.

Walk the Experience Route (start at the Visitor Center) and come face to face with spectacular nature photos from "The Wild Germany". The exhibition can be seen in the Park until 31 August.

It's awesome to take a bike and tour the scenery. Doesn't feel like you are in the Netherlands to be honest.
Nice for day out. Leen Fietsen were okay, but I would have preferred to bring my own bicycle, food and drink on the go. There is still plenty to discover, definitely want it once more, then better prepared.

Beautiful area! We were already at the gate with our own bicycles at 8 in the morning. We cycled around in search of game. Only encountered a baby piggy. We saw the red deer in the distance, but we had no binoculars so it was not clear. We brought a picnic ourselves. Central is a catering point, but we have not used it. Just cycled to the hunting lodge and had coffee with apple pie. Sit outside with a beautiful view. You can of course cycle for free outside the park, but I think it's worth a visit. The desert plain, the forests, the heather ... beautiful!

The nature par excellence of cycling and wild animals
We took a bike tour here which we really enjoyed. The numerous opportunities to exercise in nature are really great. There are tons of free bikes everywhere in really good condition. The bike paths are well-kept and imaginative, if a touch too narrow. Any time!
Nice place with nice facilities. The walks are very beautiful and well signposted.
There are also so-called free-running tandems. If you go with a handicapped person or a less fit older person, he can go on the back and does not have to pedal at the same pace as the driver. With a needy person, such a tandem is free.
