Food is served fast. Tastes pretty good too. The environment is a bit weird there though and I often don't feel awesome after eating there.. but it's not like I'm going there for health food. I'd recommend it but if Taco Bell was a walkable option out there I would go for that.

We searched this out in order to purchase coconut shrimp soft tacos we had enjoyed in Washington. We were disappointed that they were not available at this location. The cheese quesadilla was adequate.

Best Taco time in the area! We always get the best service and our food is most of the still too hot to eat after a 15 min ride home. If it wasn't for this location's crew we would no longer eat at Taco time. Way to go!

Came in about 11pm got ignored by the whole staff as i waited to place a Togo order. Noone even got me a menu. I stood there for about 5 min as I watched 2 different servers walk by and a guy with a tie who I assumed was the manager. Not one person even acknowledged me. A simple we will be right with you would have been enough. So I finally just left. Won't be back.
The food was ok the tweaker looking gal training the new guy shouldn't be in a leader position, she was treating him like he was hopeless, he had a good attitude and kept his head up. Food was barely warm.

The only reason it gets two stars is because the staff seems friendly, but I have no idea why this is more expensive than Taco Bell when it tastes twice as cheap.

While the place could use some attention and repairs, it is decently clean and the food is ALWAYS perfect here. I come from Medford, and miss Taco Time. I always go to this particular one because they make the food the best.
I'm pretty sure the burritos are supposed to be heated in the microwave before being served, instead of being placed directly into the bag, unless there's some new policy that says otherwise. Train your employees the correct method of preparing the food, or don't expect people to come back. This has happened twice now, and always later at night. Not pleased.
I was distraught after a confrontation with some youths, I ducked into this restaurant, and not only received excellent food and service, but also shelter from my attackers.

The delta location was a bit ghetto. They only had ketchup and the one original sauce out on the salsa bar. Where was the Verde green sauce, the pico or the ranch. Also no to go cups. My cashier was complaining to a person waiting for her that she was late 20 minutes to leave. She was also on the rude side to us. The food was fast to come out and good. They also forgot to put two crisp bean burritos in the order. We dined in.
Really nice and professional employees. Evening / night crew really shines. Never had any accuracy issues at all. Food is always hot and fresh. Decent selection of their menu, so pretty easy to find something for everyone. Really like this location.

Seriously Taco Time, please dont use old nasty food, it supposed to be plated with excellent presentation. An epic fail for me! But customer service was good.

Good experience at Taco Time. It is kind of weird that they serve tater tots with tacos/burritos. Reasonably priced, decent service. I would go there again.

Bought a taco salad - mostly all lettuce about a tablespoon of black beans, and tomatoes, about 2 tablespoons of meat and I can't hardly see the cheese. Won't be back!
