Terrible experience. Cancelled viewing right after I WALKED an hour there. And because of that cancelled viewing I had to walk back to another viewing which had the SAME people showing the place. Got there late and they told me they re done and they just packed and left.

Had two viewings today with lowe&co. I won t judge the company at all but feel I m in a strong position to say something to its agents. I saw ray white agents before and they are so friendly and eager to help and they even provide as much info as they can to you without you asking. However, an agent I had to talk to today with lowe&co was, sadly, having attitude. He was eye judging me just because when he asked my contact detail and I gave my Asian name to him and I spelled every letters out. And then when I asked the body cop fees and comparisons he had a small laugh and looked down on me to make me feel like I know nothing about housing in nz
