Belcaro King's is my choice to shop. It's smaller than the other King's which allows me to navigate quickly and successfully. Parking is close and the selection of goods more than meets my needs.
Melanie in the guest service was a miracle worker. By using Ewster Union she was able to send birthday $ to an obscure village in Indonesia and my bank couldn't. 5 star associate
Fast and friendly.. not so big that it takes forever just to go in to the store and get out.
King Soopers is the best grocery store in Colorado!
Wonderful group of people who work at this store. Everyone has a smile and are so helpful.
No sushi and no hot coffee...pretty sad. This King soopers could do better or at least the same as the rest.
I've never had a problem with finding an amazing deal on quality products! Thank you King Soopers!
MehhhhhhhhhhhhHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhHHHHHahahahaHhhhhhhhhAhahaHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ......
Not necessarily too bad of a grocery store but compared to the other King Soopers this one is not the top of the list probably not even close. Just lacking in all areas.
Sundays are like going to a concert...everyone is there but no one knows where they're going
These guys are great only they seem to roll out Christmas too early
This King Soopers needs an update bad. Its probably one of the worst I have been to.
I'm not a fan of grocery stores so just that disclaimer first.... That said, this is a decent KS IMO because it's small. (No needless "seasonal" items or extraneous aisles.... The parking lot is small - but I've almost always found an open spot, and I've found that checking out is rather quick.
I recommend this KS if you're in a hurry and just need to get in and out.
I don't like the layout and it is small with little selection compared to other locations.
This store feels small with li.itd selections. However, the staff is very helpful and friendly.
It's a smaller King Soopers, but has plenty in stock compared to 9th & Corona that gets cleaned out of stock often
This Kings Soopers has the worst selection of 80% of the items we normally buy at other KS locations. I only come to this location in an absolute pinch after work, but I dont really know why I don't take the extra time and go to a different one--I always have to make concessions on brand/flavor selections or go home without the needed item entirely.
The worst service ever. Customer service counter Clerk had no idea what she was doing and just talked the whole time, to the point where it was affecting her performance. Never again.
Who decided to put a king soopers here? It's a tiny store in a horrible location. There's always a complete mess in the parking lot. However they provide quialty customer service. Good employees, terrible location. I still cant believe someone put a grocery store here. Like, come on
This King Soopers is smaller but definitely less busy. I would go here if I was driving by but would not choose this one. Less selection than the Glendale King Soopers.
This King Soopers is such a disgrace to the whole company. It never feels clean walking into that store. They've discontinued products that they shouldn't have. The food looks old. The people are very friendly. But something about the quality is just not right.
I love this store in Colorado Blvd. It has everything. Lots of friendly people!!!
Kings at Colorado and Exposition has the best employees.
Ghetto no customer service idk how this store stays open. They never follow king Soopers policies or procedures. Just a disgrace.....
Just stopped in for some fruit & yogurt on the way to work.
Clean store. Well stocked at 6am.
Good experience.
Standard grocery store, but typically has less lines than the one on Cherry.
Worst kings I've ever been to. No selection, misleading pricing, and if you ask the staff about it they'll basically tell you to go to a different store. If Kroger wants this to be a neighborhood store so badly they should sell it to a local business. What's the point of the Kroger brand if they don't carry even Kroger brand in half their stuff, and their sales are downright dishonest?
Was walking down the isle and stopped to grab something only to find it raining. Inside the store...Ceiling had massive water leakage and floor had sitting water with no indicator that the floor was wet.
I don't know why you'd go to this crappy KS when the great leetsdale one is so close.
Indications for group of items in a row can be put on hangers from roof in BOLD BIG letters for quick locations.
It might have been because of the big snow storm coming in later tonight. They were busier than usual and shopping carts were low. Also it seems the self check monitor was very busy and it seemed that they only had one person doing the cart round up. They should have been better prepared.
Pharmacist was not helpful. I had a migraine headache and she insisted there wasn't enough information on my prescription. When I called the clinic, they laughed because it was the first time they had encountered this problem. The toll-free number was clearly on the sheet. She was so lazy she would rather have a patient walk back to their truck in 95-degree weather then make a toll-free call and help her patient with a headache I turned around and left and will have my scripts filled elsewhere.
Everything clean and what you need for the home you find
Shopped here a lot. A lot of merchandises are on sale.
I love shopping at King Soopers, they have good prices and great deals too!
Great store but smaller than usual. They have everyday things but not the best selection. If you need something quick on the way home, come to this location and they should have it. I will stick to the regular stores for now as there is no room for them to expand. The parking lot is a nightmare so beware.
Small store, aggravating parking lot, always a long line at customer service
Conveniently located in a busy part of town. Has all the essentials and more as expected for any King Soopers.
My kids loved the one penny carousel ride. We thought that was a nice touch to keep the kids excited and was a good reward for an uneventful and cooperative shopping trip.
I mostly shop in their deli as I work across the street.
I only find I can get good chicken strips if I call in and have them ordered fresh.
Normally, their selection is clearly from the morning and has dried out and is chewy chicken.
Suggest call in 20 minutes before you order to get fresh deli goods if they are out of the hot case to insure freshness.
Other than that, as for all King Soopers, great selection of product and prices.
The Belcaro King Sooper pharmacy is the best I've found anywhere. They are like the old fashioned style, where the pharmacists know you, are friendly, and don't give the impression they are totally stressed out by their work load.
Just bought organic blueberries but when I got home they were covered in mold! Disgusting, check your products!!
Love the butchers counter. Always look there for great deals.
Shelves not being stocked for the last month. Especially sales items. Employees used the excuse. They were doing inventory
Store was in stock, clean and easy to navigate. Wait time at checkout was awesome..no waiting and friendly cashier.
King Soopers is always one of my favorite grocers to shop at. If you like chicken, their rotisserie chicken is awesome. Their fruit and vegetable section is always stocked, clean and fresh. I find their employees to be very knowledgeable and always willing to assist and answer any questions that you may have. The store is very clean and sanitary. Two thumbs up!
Great store for clearence items and fast shopping but I agree the fast check.out lines there are people clerks always on your back looking behind you. and half of the time the scanners do.not work but.it very convenient for me I live in Infinity park area and can walk there .
Absolutely the slowest customer service desk in Denver. Never appropriately staffed, and I'm often met with an (I don't really feel like working right now) attitude. Doesn't matter the day or time. Terrible.
Love to shop at this Kings. Parking is easy, the store is laid out well and they always have what I need.
Pretty good spot. The bus stop is right out front. They usually have everything stocked. Flowers for sale inside and outside. Deli, seafood, and bakery. Two different exits.
Went in to use the bathroom so disgusting and awful. Turned around and walked out. Nope nope and nope
Worst experience in 50 years of living in neighborhood and going to this Univ Hills Kings (this review is for U Hills, 2730 S Colo Blvd) NOT BELCARO) for most of my life (original store in '65, expansion, and rebuild to current bldg). At 7:30 p.m. on Monday night, many shelves empty, limited selections, no fresh fish, very bad experience. Did not even have basics of Bartlett pears or Golden Delicious Apples. Had a $100 gift card to use and most items I needed not in stock. Finally, to top it off, at 8 p.m., there was not 1 cashier open; only self service. I finally went for assistance, told only cashier in bathroom, but could wait. I did, brought 5 of my own cloth and insulated bags with me for my purchases and cold, frozen and produce. Despite asking, courtesy clerk dumped everything BUT frozen and cold in insulated bags. Finally, I rebagged myself before leaving. Have loved Kings all my life, but after this experience, plan to take my business elsewhere. As a Denver native and someone now in my 60s, I was embarrassed not only by the lack of service, but to see one of my favorite businesses go downhill like this. THIS WAS A DISGRACE.
There is a Walgreens pharmacy a few hundred feet from where I live.. however because of the amazing/excellent/kind service I receive from your pharmacy technicians.... I choose to spend the extra time and bus money to be treated w love and kindness!!!!
My favorite food store. Nicest help, best markdowns, smaller than most but everything I ever need.
Convenient location with limited selection and a staff that seems overworked
My first shopping in United States was in this store.
It made shopping great, especially with Debbie working there
it's my favorite King Soopers to shop at it's never too busy great selection
The manager of this store is very disturbing. There were maybe 10 people in the store this afternoon, and perhaps twice as many employees. The aisles were completely empty. Yet the Manager was literally yelling and screaming over the loudspeakers that the Customers weren't obeying Social Distancing. This is the worst case I have witnessed yet of a business treating its patrons this way. I will happily shop somewhere else until the restrictions are lifted.
Great place, friendly and helpful staff, Amy that helps customers find things in the isles is great, see her every where in the store she is great. Very helpful, pharmacy staff is excellent get all my prescriptions filled there they are great ladies for sure.. Highly highly recommend this king soopers to everyone.... prices are very very reasonable with great sales.
RUDE PEOPLE The lady at the customer service desk(short red hair older heavy set) is horrible I came in to check to see if my ID was with them, an wow she acted like I was the worst an then I tried to talk to the manager about her an she just walked away, have some love with your job, stop making the residents of the area feel like they are doing something wrong when they come in an you have to do your job
This is one of the smaller King Soopers. It has a loyal customer base from the neighborhood my mom goes out of her way to shop at that one.
Not enough parking, isles are cramped, small store with a limited selection. I m willing to drive a little farther next shopping trip...
This King Soopers is very small and really should only get 4 stars based on that fact alone. However, it is so convenient for me and the staff there are great that they get the extra star!
Best in Denver - helpful and hardworking staff, excellent selection, outstanding service in the pharmacy.
Really dislike the location, parking, and layout of this store. the selection and staff are fine.
The store and products are OK. However, just make sure you don't use this store when the weather is wet. A family friend entered the store in Dec 2013 when it was snowy outside and as soon as she wiped her feet on the soaking wet carpet runner inside the door and proceeded on into the main isle, her feet slipped out from under her and she slammed her head against the floor. A witness who saw this informed the friend that 3 others had fallen just prior to her fall. If King Soopers cares about the customers as presented in TV ads the right thing to do would have been to send her to the ER. However, that was not the case and King Soopers refuses to pay any medical bills.
