Was like other ferry terminals but it could have been closer to the toilet

As a family of five, we took the ferry back from Gothenburg to Kiel in the summer of 2017. Overall we were very satisfied - well organized, family compatible driving times. Only very expensive. The ship was overall in good condition, as far as we could judge as the passengers, the staff very friendly.

We highly recommend the restaurant service (we had booked in the evening and in the morning buffet), the offer of various fish was great and the kids were very happy about the soft ice cream machine.

So nothing to complain about the price, gladly again.

Large airy space with a comfortable indoor temperature, but why is the restaurant not open before the 09.10 boat?
Easy to get to the terminal from the parking garage.

The first troupe to Denmark always goes fast because you eat fukost, shopping, playing, enjoying the sun deck, etc. But the trip back when there is no more to do is very long.

No Corona measures E.G no handshake no social distance, no warnings

Nice staff and always just as fun to take the boat to Denmark.

There were messy and poorly-marked lanes and nasty staff waving on one on the boat. Looks sour and bored and doesn't look at the driver as they wave on the driver on the boat.

It is the only shipping company sailing to Sweden from Jutland. You can also look at service and standard

Always nice to take a trip with Stena to Denmark. Start with a good breakfast, then check the offer in bordershop ,,

No toilet or signage when you wait in the car queue. There might be a countdown for where to go on the ferry. Expired PAS is not valid image ID for Nordic cooperation. Several media mention that it is sufficient.

A ferry terminal like most other ferry terminals. What is there is what it takes to find a ticket office, a restaurant, a few seats to rest in waiting to get on board the ferry (far from so many seats that may be needed sometimes)

A little messy wrote out the tickets at home but did not go home from Denmark with this information gave us other tickets?

You can't use your points inside the boat! Completely insane!

All quickly out of the car do not need to get tickets ..

You wait for the ferry. More fun than that is not it. And then you can park.

It is Denmark's terminal. Nothing special about it. You go on and off the Danish boat. It works as it should

We took the boat from Gothenburg to Fredrikshamn which was a nice trip in about 3 hours. The interior of the boat is a good standard with a tax freezer, where we found a lot of things to buy. The breakfast on board was well stocked with nice and good ingredients and of course there are several places to buy something good to drink or try the luck at any of the slot machines on board.

Nice day trips to Fredrickshavn, some tiny boats and find the prices in the bar a bit too high.

And as comfortable as any other port in the world too. Not bad and not good ...

The party boat "Dancia" is recommended. Nice to start with a buffet and then join the party but also duty free. Finally, you start to look like the boats leaving from Stockholm on the Baltic Sea. What one can be clearer about is to print out what time the buffet is, although it is immediately after the boat leaves.

Always a good start on their Denmark trip or taking the boat during the day is a nice break in everyday life.

Easy to enter, fast check-in, wide lanes for waiting. Fifth star missing for not having a shelter for bikers.

Good experiences with departure on time. Here are nice and clean, and free toilets. However, there could be something for people to sit in after a long day of shopping in beautiful Gothenburg.

Good staff and decent conditioning. Quite spacious.
