Amazing hotel with different options of pools l,less pool bars

Very nice hotel, the reception staff (and Mr. Hisham & Ahmed) were a top in taste and treatment, the hotel ate from the Maikon and our testimony was amazingly beatiful, Western dishes, oriental dishes and very high class desserts.

Long time to check in, pillows so old needs to be changed, the flusher in my room gave me hard time trying to sleep while it is leaking, even when I reported the issue to the front office, I believe they tried but with no success and I spent another night sleeping on the sound of my flusher waterfall. Food was ok but not up to 5 stars quality. People are and so friendly specially with tourists. Generally speaking it is a big hotels with good facilities but they need to take care of the small details to worth the 5 stars.

Hotel is OK however my daughter and myself were ill for half the holiday

First of all I would like to thank Selahattin Aslan Magdi Sherif and Hamada Mohsen for their hospitality. They always created a very familiar atmosphere. Many Thanks..

Positive:
- The facilities caters for all ages.
- According to me, children can freely be able to do so without hesitation.
- Food was very happy for us, luckily it is not that spicy. Very European.
- All service employees from the lobby, cleaning, etc. categories in the hotel roof were very friendly.

negative
- The pool areas could be more hygienic.
- All the bar employees at the pools and beach were unfriendly, including the animation workers. During a week's stay, a person at the pool asked us if we would like something to drink. And no animation employee has our children motivated to do anything.
- I will certainly not recommend the drinks from the equipment, unfortunately it is almost normal even with all inclusive. Ugly...
- Now to Beach, neither the staff nor the facility is barely sufficient.

As a final word:
My recommendation to visit a week with children is pleasant and relaxing. You just shouldn't pay much attention to hygiene ...
And enjoy the vacation.
Hope the hotel management improves the hygiene and the bar staff of pool bars.

The rooms are very sweet and spacious and the wardrobe side of the bed is psychologically comfortable and the swimming pool is warm and warm in the winter with the Aqua Park children's park and the Aqua Park senior and the rooms are equipped with tea, nescafe, cola and juices and everything is replenished. WONDERFUL !!! This resort is heaven everything was on the highest level , pools, food, stuff everything . If you choose this hotel you won't regret . This year I'm planning to go to Sharm El Sheikh also in one of Steigenberger hotel this time in Steigenberger Alcazar . Greetings from Macedonia

Love the hotel, it s so luxurious, staff are very friendly & nice. Buffet has many food varieties, pools are heated, great customer service. You have to walk a bit to go to the beach. Animation team at the pool & beach areas. Would definitely come back again.

It was such a pleasant experience We have enjoyed every second we spent at the hotel. At first they have welcomed us with the surprise of upgrading our room to a bigger one with no extra expenses and all the staff were helpful and friendly the food was great and there were variety of food suits all the tastes the animation team was awesome and perfect specially the parties, the shows, quiz show, bingo game and not to forget the morning gym time with the coco dance in the pool we made friends, laughed and had good time We are looking forward to next summer to have the pleasure of meeting them again.

Super place, the food is a bit weak compared to Turkey.

Great resort to stay in for a week or 2. The staff is super friendly.
The food in the all inclusive restaurant is not special but, the restaurant that are bookable if you stay longer then 5 days are.

The Tepanyaki is the best in town.

Lovely hotel with a luxury atmosphere. Built in 2014 and well cared for so it feels new. Good employees who take care of the customers. We had a gid holiday with 3 children of 7, 4 and 1 year. The only minus is the central cafeteria that is large, noisy and with dull food.

The food is poor in its variety and its taste. The stuff are rude dealing with guests specially the kids in the Splash Bar.

Location is great, facilities are great but food was bad, room service sucks, overall personnel attitude was not a 5 stars Hotel level

The beach is unfortunately better for snorkeling, as for bathing. Here is only spoken English. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

A small effort to speak French at the reception. And a terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom and cleaning not done every day. otherwise the whole is almost perfect.

My husband and I are still here. You are a great hotel with lots of leisure options and lots of great staff. Great food, the best soups I've ever eaten at a hotel. Even with my dietary restrictions (gluten-free and lactose-free), I always ate well here.

Stayed 10 days in this hotel, staff is very very friendly and has responded to all requests, all very child friendly! Pool area very nice and clean! Where there are point deductions is on the evening evening buffet, very crowded me it happened 2 times that there were no more plates and on the first day of the day we had a very very dirty room which we immediately complained and also immediately got a new! Which is pretty annoying, hurghada in general is a very very dirty and garbage town, heaps of plastic garbage on every corner and if you want to go shopping, all the locals are out to rip you off, but good thing the hotel can not do !!! So hotel great for families, hurghada city ..... Well .....

Great hotel.
The beach is suitable for those who need a smooth entrance, the sea is clear. Catamarans, canoes, volleyball, billiards, water polo - lovers of outdoor activities will find entertainment. The territory is well-groomed, clean, it is nice to walk to the beach (the rest can take a ride on golf cars).
The food is excellent. Whoever expects molecular cuisine will be disappointed, the rest will be satisfied. Visiting a la carte will add variety to your dinners (one visit to each of the 3 restaurants is included in the "all inclusive" concept.
I like the teamwork of the staff - it is clear that the management is at the level. We are always ready to help you choose a table, sun loungers or bring drinks without looking in your mouth while waiting for a tip. We did not feel any obsession in offering services.
Pools (not all, half) - heated to 27 degrees, which makes it comfortable to ride the slides and swim.

The service at the front desk has improved enormously

The hotel was absolutely wonderful and is one of the best I have stayed at. There are many pools and also a water park with several slides. Around the hotel area there is also a "water loop" that you can go around in.

There are several restaurants with everything from Italian pizzas to Egyptian traditional meals to Greek-inspired salads. There is something for everyone, even the picky.

The rooms are spacious and fresh, with comfortable beds. Nothing to point out at all.

You also get free access to the neighboring hotel (Steigenberger Al Dau Beach) where more large pool areas, jacuzzis, saunas and bars are available. There is also a completed golf course with equipment and golf cart, however, this is not included but is paid for on your own.

The beach is of the sand type and is in good order. There are plenty of free sun loungers and transfers between the hotel / one and the beach are available for the tired, although it is a very short way to walk.

One positive thing that is worth mentioning is that the hotel offers a roof terrace with pool area, sun loungers and a bar for people aged 15+. You have a view of the hotel area and the sea while it is free from splashing families with children and screaming little ones.

I am very happy with the hotel and can really recommend it to all target groups!

We feel very well in the area it is spacious and beautifully laid out. EATING IS VERY WELL DIVERSE. ROOM CLEANLY SPACIOUS. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. UNIQUE MANKO AIR CONDITIONING CAN NOT BE REGULATED IN VOLUME TODAY SOME DIFFERENCE ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE. But we would definitely come back.

We were 10 days all inclusive in Steigenberger. The positive first: clean pools, friendly staff, attentive bathing, enough beach chairs always found two, drinks were served on the beach chairs, changing evening program, own bazaar in the courtyard, transfer to the beach, beach for snorkeling, free beach chairs on the beach , free Wi-Fi. Now for the negative points: pebble beach not sand, beach not suitable for swimming, the food is quantity over quality, intrusive seller / service provider. All in all a great hotel especially for children but also with adults area.

And rooms avaialabilty was not fair as i made reservation since 1st of march for aqua suit room and finally found one with a street view!!!

Well cared for resort with friendly staff. And it is a 10 minute drive from the airport which means a nice short transfer. The airport itself does not bother you at all at the resort. There are not many flights and these never fly over the resort itself. Like many resorts, the resort has security guards at the entrance. This also includes metal detection gates. This check is not very strict for tourists. Usually you can just walk on. Only once in a while is a brief glance in your bag.

Our family room was spacious and clean. With small children it is somewhat difficult because they do not have a separate bedroom. In that case, the 'living room' is equipped with a sofa bed. The mattresses were pretty hard but this was not a problem for us. The room has a minibar that is refilled every day with water and soft drinks. There is also beer and wine, but unfortunately these are not all-inclusive and will be settled on your room number. You must pay for this at check-out.

The buffet restaurant where you basically get all meals is large and busy. There is plenty to eat and everything is refilled quickly if there is something on it. Daily changing dishes are also prepared here to order, such as meat, fried eggs and also pancakes. The lines for these dishes can become long, which means that you sometimes have to wait a while. Every day of the week has a theme that the dishes are adapted to. If you stay here longer than 1 week, you will therefore repeat yourself. There is always fries and pasta available.

The pools look neat and there is something for everyone. Not all baths are heated so if you come outside of the warm period then some baths can be very cold, such as the lazy river. The paddling pool with the ship is shallow and great fun for the little ones. The ship itself is the nicest for the slightly older children (from 5 years old I estimate) because they can use it independently. The 6 slides in the large bath are not unpleasant although I have seen nicer slides. There is a funnel slide, a tire slide and 4 fast slides. The pool staff is sometimes a bit quick to issue warnings. You hear the whistle of the lifeguards regularly.

The resort is not directly on the beach. You can go there on foot and there is also a golf cart that drives people back and forth. They don't know real driving times, so sometimes you have to be lucky. At the beach it is also just all-inclusive so food and drink can also be there. At lunch we sometimes found it even more pleasant to eat there because they serve other things there than in the restaurant.

The food is deadly there are many people sick from the food itself and two Englishmen are very dead .what

A good location but standard room cleaning is workable and these rooms are not part of the 5 star category. He deceives people.

A very nice looking well appointed hotel, well kept clean and tidy, sadly some of the staff are rude from the doorman to the bar staff who have just informed me that Sakara is not a local beer but Heineken is??!!!
Kids will love the slides food very basic not that creative, catering for the masses.
Just be prepared to be part of the herd.

Rooms standard - bad !, old furniture, brings the unpleasant smell of the kitchen from the hood in the bathroom, the shower is horrible mold! Mosquito bites, ask to bring a mosquito repellent to your room. Room service is bad! In general, the standard rooms are almost all in this condition (my wife and I saw a few). If you are accommodated in such a room, do not agree, say let you be relocated to the best (of the worst).
The hotel itself is not bad, the area is beautiful, the pools are large, the slides are cool! Food is not so hot, but the rules. The beach is also beautiful clean sand, enough sunbeds, sunset smooth. You can relax here with children, but the weak point is the standard and service rooms!

Small aquatic paradise for those who love to swim and sunbathe, varied and excellent food, the wifi leaves a lot to be desired, a lot of bug ...

It is a nice place for vacation and there is due regard for the precautionary conditions. The only drawback of it is the lack of chisels on the Basin

Good accommodation, rooms renovated with top views in block 7, very friendly service, pleasant relaxing at the rooftop swimming pool, free sky ala cart restaurant tip with beautiful distant views, stunning nightly illumination of the swimming pools and the entire hotel complex.

The place is very heterogeneous in terms of the services provided. The room proposed at the reception was definitely different from the candy pictures seen in the picture. Dirt, non-working light, cubicle. The service seems to be nice and customer-oriented, and yet it has various mishaps notoriously. During our one-week stay, we were never sure that the problem presented at the reception would be resolved. The prejudices against women are also important, and in some situations they are not taken seriously by the staff. Specific food, not always adapted to the European palate. The cleanliness of some coffee machines (among those that did) discouraged drinking. There were times when hot drinks had to be poured into paper cups ... and those terrible trolleys to clear tables. On average, it is appetizing when service personnel collect food scraps in trash cans placed on wooden trolleys while eating. Not to mention the noise from dirty cutlery and plates being placed on them ... The snack bar at the pool was notorious for ice cream. They were obtained according to the principle: first come, first served. A troublesome solution is also not wearing a swimsuit to enter the restaurant by the pool. Lots of sunbeds were not usable as they were just broken. I give two stars for a beautiful garden and a snack bar on the beach. The performances that took place every evening were also very interesting. But it's a big plus. Despite this, I will never visit this hotel again and as I am not sure that the standard expected from a 5-star hotel will be met, I cannot recommend it either.

The beach waiter of Mostafa Mohammed is for me the best waiter because it is on the beach. That's why I think he is the best on the beach.
Today we were in the sky restaurant and the food there is perfect. Very flavorful and a poem for every palate

5 Stars for: amazing staff, local and international dishes, pools and children and adult aquaparks.
The same goes for beach bar staff. The beach beds are great!
P.S. during COVID-19 situation, this hotel has shown a very professional approach in disease prevention. Tumbs up, guys and see you soon, for sure! :)
