An excellent hotel to fault its restaurant is not of high standard
Staff are respectful and friendly

A hotel, which has almost zero service compared to last year! The staff in the restaurants only clears away the old dishes! No drinks are brought and in the last few days I had to get cutlery myself because nothing It was a great hotel but now, never again

Huge complex with good service. Various programs for children and adults.
Communicative staff is always ready to listen and help you.
More restaurants with a diverse offer, adapted to Euro-tourists
Average wifi ... but they have good coffee and cocktails :)
The hotel also has a dozen shops. Well, you don't even have to leave the hotel for souvenirs, etc ...
Security is at every entrance-exit ... and they do their job well
The beach is about 400m from the hotel ... but it can be reached through a complex of hotels of the same chain .. sand if you want, or take you by golf
The beach is small, clean, the water is shallow ... as in most hotels in Hurghada

All in all, for a recommendation.

Great hotel just a few minutes to the beach and especially short transfer time from airports 10 minutes and you get absolutely nothing from the air traffic

early April 2021, hotel full of natives, dirty, same food every day in the canteen and poor selection. Old slides. Poles are offered rooms in the old part of the hotel, and only after the brawl they can change the room. generally I do not recommend.

A fantastic hotel with very helpful staff , yes a tip every now & then doesn't go a miss ,so do it & the service is even better than great . food was great & if your fussy just wait while they cook it for you all restaurants are good & i had a little upset stomach but a visit to the chemist on site & was all good . Id recommend this hotel & would gladly go back

Steigenberger is my home. My comfort zone. I don't go any place else. My son crys the last day when leaving

Stayed in November for a week at the Steigenberger Aqua Magic. It is by far the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever encountered in Egypt and we have stayed in many hotels in Egypt! Hair over hair in the room (even after the alleged cleaning), everything extremely worn, food as in a cafeteria and always the same and from the hygiene I would not speak . Reception staff very rude and annoyed by the guests. All in all, the worst holiday we have ever had.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff and helpful. If there is a complaint, immediate action is taken to resolve it. Also very nice for families with small children. There are separate dining and sitting areas for adults without children. Highly recommended.

Food is very bad, we all got sick from the food.
Spoke to several people who had the same problem.
Restaurant is certainly not worth 5 stars!

Perfect hotel. Friendly staff who run their legs from under their body to make the guest as pleasant as possible.
Unfortunately our holiday has been an incident with 2 fatal consequences. Media said it was food poisoning but there is NOTHING true.
I have had 0 problems with abdominal problems or other consequences of bad food.
Food is good hot so no cold food.
Highly recommended for people who do not want to sit on the bus for long. With 15 minutes from the airport you are perfectly in here.
Nice swimming pools and slides and a fun pirate bath for the kids.
Also in the evening (8 p.m.) for the kids a children's disco and / or bingo.
So worthy of 5 stars.
I would definitely come back here again.
Only minus point of mine is that around the pool it is NOT smoke free but I am a non smoker myself.

The food at the restaurants gets worse everyday and it isn't seasoned. It's a shame because the place is nice but the food is awful.

Lovely place. The food was great, the staff were nice and the facilities are in good shape. I definitely recommend the place.

Breath taking views,staff can not do enough to make your stay amazing highly recommend

We were there over New Year's Eve with the family. The staff is great and makes a lot of effort. Particularly noteworthy are the Barboys on the beach. If you just want Allinclusive, this is the place for you. There is a huge food selection. New Year's Eve was again properly driven up. We liked it a lot but also we found it partly just too full. Therefore only 4 stars because you m.M.n. the hotel too overbooked. We got involved in the name of but this is not for what you otherwise with the Steigenber connects.

Very nice hotel. Nice sea. Nice swimming pool. Good food. The Sky restaurant is highly recommended to make a FREE reservation and the Italian is also the Max. You can also eat there in the morning and afternoon without a reservation. But the service is NOT good here. You have to wait a long time for your drinks in the lobby bar or sky bar or the main restaurant. They do not like serving women and they are very surly. You can also do great excursions there. They help you very well at the reception.

The food not so good absolutely. Room not so good there was shortage at service especially at room toilets this time was uncomfortable visit

Amazing place with outstanding facilities and super diecent staaf

Nice big hotel with many pools, several slides, also a separate adult area and a pirate ship for children. Our room "Family Suite" was big
clean, with separate bedroom, balcony and large bathroom. The room service was perfect. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot or with a shuttle on the main road through the other Steigenberger hotel. The staff at the front desk was mostly overwhelmed and mostly not German language. It would be called on request, for example, no taxi but referenced to the limousine service next door. The biggest nuisance was the main restaurant in which it was like a train station, no organization, too few staff, the buffet too small or maybe too many guests. In the specialty restaurants which should be visited 1-7 times per stay, it was a bit more relaxed. On the beach and also at the pools were many animations during the day, which we did not use. The evening entertainment at the Magic Souk was underground and ended every day with a superfluous bingo. For excursions should be looked at regional providers such as "Ramses Travel", these offer a very good service at a good price.

all inclusive. And fresh juices are not inclusive. Even if you are all inclusive. Plus books you have to pay extra for juices.

We were in this hotel in early March, and we were very happy, lots of activities for children, delicious food, and the service just everywhere fantastic

It is a Fantastisch Holel, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is very good. And for the children a lot was done.

Hotel & Beach Resort is more than wonderful and has more than a swimming pool with beautiful water games and the restaurant serves a variety of food daily and "service is very distinct" over 5 stars.

Most of staff were friendly except for the magic flavour resturaunt staff they were tough in manners.

Very nice hotel, clean facilities, very nice staff everywhere, whether front desk, beach, pool, bar or restaurant (on the beach after cactus, and ask at the bar to Elsaid t) great pool, just nice to relax.
