I would like to convey the voice of many workers whose voice can not reach Mr. chris, the owner of this wonderful company, that has been assisting young people since the beginning of their arrival to Canada ,these voices deserve to be heard and if not at least I can say I tried . A lot of workers are leaving this company because they are getting better offers ( 15$ -16$ hourly) from other competitors companies , but our company still starts with( 14$ per hour ) though we all know how expensive Ontario is ,, even the seniors in this company only got a small raise . and because we don't want to leave this company after we got the experience that allow the production to increase. with all the respect for our adminstrative office i hope our voices reach to Mr Chris .. And to Luis Salah Eddy and Baresh we apprciate all the hard work you put in this company ..

worked for this company for more than five years unfortunately this company run by gangs " louis , salah , sako , eddi '' they treat their workers like slave , no respect for workers at all , screaming and insulting the workers all day many workers quit and others suffer because of these four people something should realy happen to stop them

It's night and day compared to the last window company I worked for. Managers, supervisors ect are very friendly and always there when you need them for anything. No yelling or swearing always professional.
