Our new Thanksgiving tradition is the delicious and super abundant buffet. We are trying Wagner's buffet for Easter. Moms deserve a rest when no other family members step up to cook for the holidays.
Did anyone else get extremely sick after Easter brunch today? My family just spent money to go enjoy brunch and we are all sick. To make it worse the food was horrible.
I had my reception there back in 2003. Still a great place and best choice to have your event.
Nice hall, nice environment, clean, plenty of parking. The food they catered was awful 1 step above cafeteria food. Basically they failed at the most important thing...
Went there for Easter brunch. Great food decent service (wish the drink glasses where bigger). Overall the staff was very nice. I would go again.
Wagners is SO GORGEOUS! The staff is AMAZING, so accommodating and gracious, made everything right with our event, making changes without blinking an eye 20 minutes before the start. THANK YOU to them! Any brides should definitely put it on their list! Can't recommend them enough!
I just did a wedding there and it was awesome! The venue was beautiful and the staff was very nice. The only thing was trying to heat up one of the rooms. It was very cold during the ceremony. But that was the only downfall.
The staff took amazing care of us. The food was yummy,and the decor was beautiful. The building needs some updates,but what a great time.

Went there for my prom and the staff was very rude to my table. The food was cold and served late. Some of the people at my table ordered vegetarian meals and they recieved chicken meals and the staff said "well there's nothing we can do about that" and when we asked again to fix it the waitress interrupted me and yelled " I can only do so much" and they got thier food an hour later after complaining several times. I will never recommend. My prom night was awful which is very unfortunate because I only get one prom. I would give a zero out of ten because of the horrible service.
I paid for a great experience and got the exact opposite.
Had a wonderful Mother's Day brunch on Sunday. Food was great and never ran out, seated quickly and very friendly staff.

Excellent venue for weddings, parties, fundraisers, and more! Large open rooms with good facilities and adequate parking and an easy to get to location.
Um. The cash bartender was a real hoot! That's about it. At least the new management is trying. Just isn't turning out real well.
Beautiful venue!! The servers were outstanding and the bartenders were some of the best I ve ever had. I attended a friends wedding here and really enjoyed the atmosphere and layout. It was very comfortable for even a large group.
This party center is a place you should check out for your next party or event.

Easter brunch was absolutely terrible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Do not do brunch a wedding or any event that could include food here. Nasty and staff is totally inattentive. I recommend a new kitchen and wait staff to the owners.
The buffet was wonderful. The food was excellent. The environment was fun and friendly! My wife and kids were really enjoying the event, so much so that they already want me to book for next year.

They did a breakfast with Santa and charged $15 per adult. I paid for 3 adults and the breakfast was gross! We barely got in the door and they were sending our food out. We had 3 toddlers with us and had to rush to get them ready to eat. Food was cold, service was horrible and made you feel unwelcome. I would never spend my money here again
Wagner's of Westlake was the first and only venue we ever looked at. My husband's parents had their wedding reception at Wagner's and raved about how wonderful it was which is why we decided to go check it our for ourselves. We walked into the grand ballroom and lost our breaths. It was more beautiful than we could ever have dreamed of. Mary Crawford, along with the rest of the wonderful staff members, went above and beyond to accommodate our wedding. Each and every question we had was promptly answered. We were able to come into the hall early to set up our decor and centerpieces 3 days before the wedding since there was not an event in the grand ballroom. This was very helpful. Mary was there for us answering our questions, and she even helped us drape the shears on our cake table!! Talk about being there for your customers!! Wagner's food was out of this world. We had a buffet dinner with prime rib carving station, chicken marsala, penne pasta with vegetables, roasted potatoes, ambrosia, side salads, and green beans with almonds. The guests marveled at the food along with us! The appetizers, and late night bites were also delectable. Thank you for everything. We are so thrilled to have had our wedding at Wagner's of Westlake and will forever highly recommend this company to everyone that we know!

Excellent service! The staff is very attentive and will do what is needed to make you happy. Food is excellent! Just beware of the service charge cost mark up on everything.

Worthwhile evening.
We went to one of their dinner shows for my birthday and were extremely disappointed. $25 for one crummy fried chicken thigh, a scoop of mashed potatoes covered in neon yellow gravy, and a cup of reheated frozen corn kernels. The impersonator was at least entertaining, he "strummed" his guitar on the neck while he sang to the karaoke track. No thanks!
The place needs a 21st Update! Food was okay. and the service was good.
I had a surprise birthday party here a few days ago and everything was flawless. I was able to come the day before to set up the tables and decorate the room. They were more than helpful in moving things around and getting extra items that I requested. I had a couple minor changes and they had no issue whatsoever accommodating my requests two weeks before the party. Classy venue with a great staff! I look forward to working with you again soon and recommending you to friends who are in need of a venue! Thanks so much for a great weekend!
They had a great Easter brunch that was very kid and family friendly. The food was just ok, which I guess you should expect at a brunch of this magnitude. It is very clean inside and all the servers were extremely nice which is why I bumped them to four stars.
Mother's day brunch is the best we have ever been to. Huge selection of food that is always fresh and hot. Staff is pleasant and very attentive. Can't go wrong here.

Went for Easter brunch. Was not impressed with the availability of limited options. Seemed like the few times I went up for an specific items they were always out. Too much occupancy for such a small food brunch.
The service we received from booking the venue, to the event itself was outstanding. Wagner's of Westlake delivered on all that was promised, and more. The staff was more than accommodating and willing to go the extra-mile to make sure it was a successful event. Would recommend this venue to anyone: wedding, corporate event, or social gathering.
