I would like to convey the voice of many workers whose voice can not reach Mr. chris, the owner of this wonderful company, that has been assisting young people since the beginning of their arrival to Canada ,these voices deserve to be heard and if not at least I can say I tried .
A lot of workers are leaving this company because they are getting better offers ( 15$ -16$ hourly) from other competitors companies , but our company still starts with( 14$ per hour ) though we all know how expensive Ontario is ,, even the seniors in this company only got a small raise .
and because we don't want to leave this company after we got the experience that allow the production to increase.
with all the respect for our adminstrative office i hope our voices reach to Mr Chris ..
And to Luis Salah Eddy and Baresh we apprciate all the hard work you put in this company ..
