Ballroom is spacious and the lighting is nice. Catered snacks were good, although the lunch was nothing to write home about.

Nice hotel. Food was okay. Mini fridge available in selected rooms only. Cleaning services inconsistent. Seems overpriced.

Great Hotel, with restaurant inside its great place to hangout at and good was also amazing as well. Rooms were very clean and spacious awe the bed was also comfortable as well. I will love to stay here again.

Enjoying my stay so far while attending a conference. I appreciate gluten-free options identified since I am allergic to wheat.

Nice place, fully remodeled room was nice. Couldn't book a double queen on the website so settled for a Jr Suite, got here and all the suites were gone but they have a double queen which worked better for us. Serendipity!

The convention has made the hotel very crowded and hard to get between the floors of the building

Only came here for a professional dinner, but the parking garage is conveniently located and the different parts of the hotel were easy to find and accessible.

Easy and convenient to downtown. Rooms are spacious, could use a little updating. Be careful not to get a room close the the club level room/restaurant. Door slams all night from people going in and out. But, it does offer decent food and drinks especially breakfast. Service was great.

THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME I STARTED AT THIS SHERATON HOTEL. I WAS HERE FOR THE DALLAS MARGARITA SOCIETY BALL. I VERY PLEASED. THE RESERVATION STAFF'S CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT, THE CLEANING/HOUSE KEEPING STAFF, WAS VERY POLITE. A MAINTENANCE MAN HAD FIXED A ICE MACHINE ON MY FLOOR HE WAS KIND AND VERY HELPFUL. MY 1ST EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT. I HOPE YOUR STAFF IS GIVEN KUDOS THEY TOTALLY DESERVE IT BECAUSE I AM SURE THE MASS CHECK IN AND OUTS AND THE TURN AROUND TIME TO GET READY FOR THE NEXT EVENT TAKES ALLOT OF PATIENCE. WAY TO GO GUYS. I CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK.

It's nicely located in downtown Dallas. The staff is very nice. The rooms are outdated, but still nice. House keeping does a great job. The gym is big and nice. They have a very poor selection of dumbbells. They start at 30lbs which is not ideal for a woman. Their wifi does not work well. I came during a cold front and they kept the inside temp so warm it was hard to breath. They're currently doing construction and only have one restaurant. Last night I took a shower that started out cool when the hot was on full blast, turned cold, then super hot. Could here my neighbor coughing and doors slamming through out the night.

so freakin gross. first there was food in our sheets when we got there. then when we asked them to be changed all they did was remake the bed!! EEWW the there was a roach. so nasty. the elevators kept breaking. the people there were so fake. don t go there with out 7 cans of lysol.

We went to the coffee shop located inside, it was very tasty. The service was good and it was very clean.

Attended a 3 day convention & stayed here during that convention & the rooms & hotel service personnel were OUTSTANDING!

Stayed in this hotel, liked everything. Since I had corporate rate, I got this hotel pretty cheap and Free WiFi. Gym on the fourth floor is nothing less than a full Gym. Its much bigger and better than any other hotels I have had stayed in. Food is great. Either Draft Lounge or Kitchen Table.

Only one con, No Microwave or Fridge in the room.

Great views, clean rooms, friendly staff, good coffee, nothing to complain about. Wifi was free if you sign up with their rewards which is a + as well.

Nice place. However ancient televisions and the requirement to pay for someone to get your bags was frustrating, I just wanted a cart.

Big hotel. Great service and amazing staff. Although I found it to be in an area of the downtown that is not the best after dark.

Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good restaurants and food to choose from in the hotel. Breakfast is great and served with a smile.

Convenient location in downtown Dallas, modern and spacious convention space

Presented and exhibited at a conference. Parked in conference center parking garage. Elevators had issues both days, button would turn off and elevator would pass floor, elevator would not respond to buttons IN elevator. STRONG cigarette smoke smell immediately outside of entrance doors to conference center from parking garage.

4th time attending Margarita Ball here. 3 floors with thousands of people. There were as many as 6 bands/DJs playing at the same time but no issues at all. The service is great. The location is great. Really a perfect venue, no wonder they keep coming back to this spot.

I am a frequent business traveler and found the customer service lacking. I asked at check out for bills separating the room charge and the additional charges. I was sent one bill with all the charges. I called the front desk and spoke to KG and asked if they could send me the separate bills. KG told me that they couldn t and hung up on me.

The chef couldn t make some easy cheese fries and they were hosting cheerleaders at their hotel and they were so noisy and disrespectful and we couldn t sleep

Went to bed at 10pm. 11pm next door began to do construction without noticing me in advance. Drilling and knocking. So terrible!

I stayed here for a random weekend. The service was pretty good. This hotel was centrally located so we were able to walk everywhere we went. The concierge gave great information. Also the bar in the hotel has GREAT wings!!! I'd stay here again. It was affordable and nice.

I was just visiting friends who were staying in the hotel for their birthday. They rented a suite which was very modern, spacious and had a great view. They informed the staff in advance that they may be loud. They placed them accordingly so the party was uninterrupted and enjoyable. My friends stated they would rent a suite again in the future.

Absolutely repulsed by how one of the staff members treated my friends with special needs. Do not stay here as they seem to hire the most nasty, unprofessional, and unwelcoming young people to work here. How you act outside of work shows a lot about your character.

AC not working well. No WiFi for 2 days. Slow elevators. Conference area bathrooms reeked...

Apparently, valet depends on if they have events... No valet and just vague directions to random public lots is all you get....not impressed.

Beautiful hotel with amazing customer service and problems you may have are resolved on the spot. Nice fitness center and restaurants within the hotel.

Great place. The receptionist was super nice and understanding (a bottle of wine of mine broke and made a mess at the entrance)

Outstanding downtown hotel. Great view from my room and the room itself was 5 star all the way. Room service food was just great. I highly recommend this hotel.
