I am a frequent business traveler and found the customer service lacking. I asked at check out for bills separating the room charge and the additional charges. I was sent one bill with all the charges. I called the front desk and spoke to KG and asked if they could send me the separate bills. KG told me that they couldn t and hung up on me.
