Starlight Six Drive-In Theatres Review

Okay, there are only 5 drive-ins in Georgia and only one left in Atlanta, woot woot!! I love this place! It's a unique experience and one that an introvert, like myself, appreciates. It's like I'm outside but inside while enjoying a movie lol. Best indoor-outdoor activity I can think of right now.

Just pay, park, shut off your lights, and chill. I recommend you go!!

Someone parked backwards with headlights facing my windshield. Security was called but they never came out to resolve the issue.

So many people forget we have one. So cool to take the family and bring your own snacks.

Brings back memories! You use the radio to listen to the audio. It was fun and unique you can t find a drive in anywhere anymore.

Great historic drive in falling slowly into disrepair. Affordable way to check our a movie. Great when the weather is good if you bring lawn chairs.

Great experience but they need to stock up the bathrooms. No toilet paper or soap in the womens and we were at the first showing of the night. No excuse for that

Movie was fine, but there were cars with headlights on during the whole movie, and there were cars coming in for the first 45 minutes of the movie. It was a poor experience and I'm not sure I would go back.

Great for out door occasions with friends and family

The radio station didn t come in clear until I moved closer to the screen

Decent drive in. Hard to see the screen if u don't arrive early. No restrrooms that aren't porta potty

I've been going here since I moved to Ga. You can't beat it. It's a little hood, but it's the bomb. You can watch 2 movies for 9$. I like to back my truck in and sit outside. Then even have movies in the summer playing til 4am. And they are a flea market during the day. Love starlight

Worth it!!!!! Drove over an hour to get here and I will continue to do this for as long as possible! We had the best time ever. The bathrooms were pristine! I could not believe how easy, cheap, and high quality this whole experience was. The picture looked better than a few theaters I ve been to! Do not miss out on this place! You will beat yourself up over the fact that you haven t already gone!

With social distancing in full effect, this was a great way to go see some movies outside the house.

Had such a great time coming here. I went and saw a movie I hadn't heard of before, but ended up being one of the best movies I've seen. The parking lot is old and it isn't the cleanest place, which is why I am giving 4 stars. It's definitely a great experience on a nice night. I'd suggest getting there early. I had no issues coming in, but the line leaving and line for other people coming in was insane!

The movie was great and the screen was easy to find.

Cost 1 dollar to get in and have various different things to sell in the morning

Drive in is always a good time. The facilities could use some updates but it is always a good time with friends.

Only drive-in around. I grew up going to the drive-in and this is a nice one. Although dark movie scenes are hard to see, at least for me.

I love going to the drive-in moves i think its more better cause you can bring you own things in just lay back and relax

The drive in itself is great. Very nostalgic. Been going here since my dad used to let us "camp" on the roof of the car at 3yo lol but the flea market....well It used to be great. People just kinda get things out the house that they dont want and throw it all in a pile and ask you to pick through it. Its not bad just not great. But i havent come across a better one in Atlanta so beggars cant be choosers. Ill add photos later

Nice drive in. It could use some repaving and lights on the side of the snack bar/restrooms. We went to a late show and it was very dark on the women's restroom side.

No bathrooms do not go there there were no bathrooms very dangerous place lots of marijuana smoke and dangerous with no lighting

Only two or three times I visited this place because I was looking for some artifacts and they told me that I found them there at a good price. Only I can recommend it in a transition from winter to summer that the coolest time because it is exposed to the outdoors for summer is very hot and in winter it is very cold

I'd rather see a movie here than in a theater many good times have been had here

I wish the city or the owners would renovate this movie destination spot for the families, couples dating, social gathering and affordable venue of 30+years of memories.

Haven t been in years but glad I went back! The all digital systems really do wonders for audio and visual quality. You get 2 films for the price of one!

My kids loved it. Snacks were limited but price for tickets are great.

Love this place. $9 for a double feature, BYOB and food. Can't beat it!

Obviously they could show better movies but the experience can t be matched!

AWESOME flea market on the weekends! Can find almost anything, and prices are always good.

A blast from the past! Great radio quality, bright and big screens and value. What more could you ask for? Just needs someone rollerskating taking orders and delivering your popcorn and soda!

We need more of these. It was a good night. Only thing that we didn't enjoy is the gridlock when we're trying to leave. Felt a bit concerned to not have an easy way out. Took about 20 min.

Great drive in! It was very easy to drive in and find out where to go and park. Concessions are provided at a stand but I recommend bringing whatever you want in your car. Alcohol and smoking isn't allowed but I'm just saying no one's really checking to make sure that isn't happening either.. the screen is surprisingly clear and the sound comes through the radio with little to no disturbance. I will defintley be back. Oh one con though, expect for people to drive in late and keep their headlights on at least 20 minutes into the beginning of the movie. It's honestly irritating and I wish they would make a rule against it .
