I really loved this place. My first drive in theater experience! I came here on a date and then a few times after and really enjoyed it! Great during warmer weathers and cheaper than going to a regular theater but definitely nice to get cozy in and I ve been able to get a good view (I don t think you can get a bad view) every time

A bit of a haul to get to but you can pile in all of your family and friends head on down and enjoy a show or two. Save some money because they let you bring in your own snack and goodies. The road is a bit rough and the sometimes you can't see all the detail in the screen but hey, it is a drive in, not the IMAX. Friday and Saturday nights make sure to get there early because the shows do sell out quick!
For parents who want to monitor what their children can watch, there are three screens that can be seen from multiple spots in car park. If you are restrictive, take this into consideration and what they have playing on the other two screens before you bring the wee ones with you.

I love Starlight because I went there as a kid and now that I'm grown my kids can experience good movies with their mom and they can scream and shout as much as they want and on top of that it's a dollar for my kids to go so for a mother who is single with four kids this works out perfect for me

Great selection of movies! Not super strict on rules, just don't be rowdy. Wish they'd put some signs to navigate once inside. It's dark outside obviously so it's hard to figure out which screen you're at if you're not familiar.

Very packed on the weekends it's hard to get into due to the people cutting you off from all directions of traffic they refuse to wait in line like everyone else they ride in the left lane all the way up and cut right in front of you at the front of the line. So if you are not a patient person or have road rage you definitely do not want to go here on the weekends but during the week it's a breeze to get in but other than that it's a okay drive in theater the food is pretty expensive though.

Nice place for movies outside. However While walking to the bathroom. I got a huge cut on my leg!!! they had a spicket coming from the wall without the nozzle handle covering it. As i was walking my leg got snatched by the ending. They only have a number to call which only goes to voicemail for management. Management never came to the place of incident. We called the ambulance and they showed up and cleaned the area they also said i needed stitches and to the urgent care. A police officer wrote a report about the incident after we kept asking. They are not to concerned about customers and the experience just only the business... Of course it is a drive in theater. Management should take time for to take care of their customers no matter what!!

Favorite place to go when i wanna chill out. On a hot night bring a small grill, lawn chairs and enjoy the show. Police on site. Kid friendly! Food served: Nachos, hot dogs, popcorn, drinks, candy, water.

I've gone here twice within the last two weeks. I used to come here all the time when I was a little girl and forgot how much I really enjoyed sitting in the car and watch movies. I love coming here. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. I'm a smoker so at regular movie theaters I'd have to leave out in the middle of the movie to go smoke. So coming to the drive in is beneficial. I also get a bottle of liquor and drink while watching the movie. Get comfortable with my blankets and pillow! I'd reccomend to anyone. They've been there for a while and I love they haven't closed. I wish they had more locations.

Hadn't been to the drive in in years. It was nice. However. In my opinion, they need updated screens and a stronger projector. The beginning of our movie was a night setting, and it was difficult to see. It did get better.

The Drive-In was great. The screens are a great size. I brought a few snacks but still went to concessions for nachos and hot popcorn. It's not really a great time for me if I don't get to experience the full-deal. I had a blast. The bathrooms were clean too. I was told that it's the only Drive-In in Atlanta. Is this true? I'll be going back soon. I really enjoyed myself.

DANGER WILL ROBINSON!!!! Although Starlight is a great place to watch double features, be EXTREMELY careful getting anything from "that" snack bar. Been on multiple occasions and there were cockroaches running rampant all around. Asked for a sprite until I noticed bugs around the cups. Wanted to also get some popcorn...but insects, nats, flies,(something) all around as well. Again, GREAT place to take family or have a cool, chilled, layed-back date, just bring your own vittles!

I was disappointed that this drive in would post up police to close off the entry to get in and then curse customers out when asked when will they let cars in. I feel this was discriminatory practices to eliminate the amount of people to see the movie straight outta compton because of the amount of people off all races who wanted to see it. The phones were disconnected and lights were tuned off while traffic was getting out of control because at 11:20pm hundreds of cars still was blocked off from getting into the 11:30 show....Been going all my life they don't have to worry about me going back

Super fun to watch movies from the comfort of your SUV(or car). After everyone figures out how to turn off their headlights, it's all good.

Horror movies are a bit difficult to watch due to them already being dark as-is on screen.

Price was $10 per person in the car. Radio station was slightly static using the car radio, had to use my phone radio and an aux cord to get a fairly decent signal. Watched Bad hair it was good, interesting, and semi-scary but i stayed for the next feature and i thought it was 'Last Shift' the scary movie but instead 'The Last shift' was played, a supposed comedy but it wasn't funny and i was ready to go 30 minutes into the film.

A cinema drive-in as in the 50s but with the technology of 2010!
Giant screen obviously, sound in FM Stereo on the radio of your car.
As a family, we have been seeing Despicable 2; it was a great moment, unique, very "american-style", in short, entertainment on the screen and atmosphere.
Do and do it again if you are in Atlanta.

Really used to be one of my favorite places in Georgia however.... The poor maintenance of the screens make it very difficult to see the movies now... I feel like some investment should be made considering how much money this place makes... driving through the parking lot is like going through a Minefield in Havana

Tickets are inexpensive and you can bring your own snacks. They sell popcorn, soda, and other typical concession stand treats if you want those things, and they're reasonably priced too. Parking is pretty easy, and if you get there 30-45 minutes early you can get a good spot. This is a great place for families and friends to hang out and watch a movie!

This place is amazing! Hands down my favorite place in Georgia to see a movie! Definitely stay protected with a mask, but aside from that I've got no complaints! The drive-in is a great choice for several occasions! Prices have risen a bit but considering the financial state we are in now and that you're seeing 2 movies for $10 a person, I am definitely not complaining! As long as I'm here in Georgia I'll be coming to Starlight Drive-in!!!
