We spent a really nice journey in this 4 stars hotel.

Very nice and clean rooms good service... Nice breakfast!

Enjoyed the stay in a nice & cosy rooms. Breakfast is exceptional. Check in and check out is very easy.

Has its own garage (car park). Small but nice restaurant. Staffs are friendly. Free umbrella are available. Location are good. 4 stops subway to duomo. Great street view from the window (street side).

We had a very good stay here. Nice staff, very good rooms and the location of the hotel to see Milan is perfect. Close to the metro and a nice neighbourhood with restaurants and bars.

Staff and service amazing and really kind, good position, very clean, nice interior design, awesome breakfast and food, expected rooms to be better not so fancy, too simple, but okay, very cute and nice mini sauna with terrasse, was a great experience but could be better with more elegance, renovation, and body lotion in the bathroom, the guy in the reception said they don t put body lotion anymore because it s too expensive, I appreciate the honestly but if we are paying so much I guess these comments don t fit. More work to be done to really make it great.

This is my second stay, rooms are very good and very clean. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. Location of the hotel is in the middle of buenos aires street one of Milan's main areas.

Because... If two rooms are booked with the same name it would be obvious that they be on the same floor. Having stayed in hotels all round the world I have never had this problem. Certainly not had to wait so long for the rooms to be organised.
TV should have been in English this is a mistake on the hotel's side.
Coffee at breakfast two days running ran out at 9.30am and people had to ask busy restaurant staff to make it.
In general, it appeared that the hotel was running on skeleton staff.
Other visitors complained about noise outside but I was spared that. Shame as it's in a good location.

We asked for un updrade in a Junior Suite. We were expecting a nice room especially with the price difference to get it.... The room was not clean at all. Dust everywhere... Definitely not going back
Last but least the restaurant staff was excellent. Thanks to them .

We enjoyed our recent stay at the StarHotels Ritz in Milan. Our room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good. Also, the employees were very nice. Overall, we had a great stay.
