Unbelievable experience from everyone here. Not only received a free upgrade to a suite, but got treated with kindness and so much generosity that we will be back and recommend this place to everyone. Price is reasonable for Milan, close to the fashion district and has a really cool automated parking garage, not to mention a free breakfast.

Like I wouldn't really call this a 'luxury' hotel. Our air-conditioning didn't work the whole four days that we were there, be the reception 'checked' it on their system and said it was fine even though none of them checked the actual room to see that when it was set to 20 degrees, the room didn't actually cool down. The express ironing service was expensive for the job they did, my shirt returning to me with creases still visible. The rooms were small for two people with luggage, and the breakfast was pretty average too. The service at the front desk was good, but I would recommend changing their restaurant recommendations. We were sent to local tourist traps, which wasn't what we wanted or expected - literally found better places using Google maps.

It s a really nice hotel in the center of Milano. In 10 minutes you are at the cathedral and all the shopping areas.
The hotel has an underground parking which well secures your car!

Excellent hotel located away from the crowds. Impeccable service and chic decor. Small but well-equiped room. Fabulous breakfast with live pianist. Roof terrace bar with great views over the city.

Ideally sited a couple of blocks from La Scala which itself is located a couple of blocks through Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II to Milan Cathedral, this hotel offers perfectly serviceable rooms BUT perfectly wonderful breakfasts WITH recitals by La Scala musicians. On our first visit, we were serenaded by a pianist. On our 2nd, we lucked out with the harpist pictured here. (She would ve played Satie for us, but she d not brought the music.)
