This Hotel is very bad. They organise FRAUD with parking. The hotel announces on Booking that they have parking for customers. When you arrive there is no parking and the service is charged 30 in another car park 20 minutes from the hotel. Finally when the hotel returns the car it is damaged on the wheels. Finally the manager of the hotel refuses to accept his responsibility and does not want to use his insurance. I strongly advise against this hotel if you have a car. 1000 of repairs to be expected and the hotel does not cover anything.

Amazing!! From the Eataly restaurant to the staff and room! I've had the pleasure to stay in many hotels around the world and Europe and this really great. For Milan standards, this beats the Principe hands down for me.

Great experience of stay in this hotel. This hotel is just 2 minutes away from Central station, hence it's very easy if you want to travel anywhere or you want to reach hotel from anywhere. Room was very good and staff was very helpful. You will have great breakfast everyday in the morning. One thing I didn't like about this is they don't provide drinking water for their guests. You've to pay for water bottles in hotel. They should at-least provide drinking water bottles for free for guests.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Star Hotel Echo and wish to thank all the staff who were so courteous, helpful and friendly. My room was superb with a large bed and fantastic bathroom, cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day. Breakfasts were fabulous with so many healthy options to choose from and the several dinners I had at the hotel were delicious and beautifully presented. Extra special thanks to Oldi, Barbara, Francesca, Mirala and Marco for being so friendly and making my stay so memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for it's hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, and close proximity to Central Station for the underground subway and trains.

Very good location and comfortable rooms. Pillow was one of the comfortable ones I finally had a good sleep in hotel

Room: 3* quite small but with room for a suitcase and there's a small desk to work. The TV is a bit dated but okay. The two negatives are that the curtains aren't dark or thick enough to keep the light out. The other is that unless you're up high, sleeping is also difficult because of shaking from underground metro or trains!

Bathroom: 5* great bathroom, no complaints

Breakfast: 4.5* I really enjoyed breakfast here

Gym: 3* there's a gym which is a plus but it's super small and there's only one treadmill. View is nice though.

Front desk: 3* not disastrous but it was quite difficult to discuss issues with the staff and instead of a smile I sensed annoyance

Location: 5* close to central station and nearby an abundance of great restaurants and bars

Great location near Centrale train station, spacious and well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Wonderful support staff.

Easy walk from train station. Well appointed. Feels tranquil. Would have been five stars if gym was a little bigger. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent
