Because... If two rooms are booked with the same name it would be obvious that they be on the same floor. Having stayed in hotels all round the world I have never had this problem. Certainly not had to wait so long for the rooms to be organised.
TV should have been in English this is a mistake on the hotel's side.
Coffee at breakfast two days running ran out at 9.30am and people had to ask busy restaurant staff to make it.
In general, it appeared that the hotel was running on skeleton staff.
Other visitors complained about noise outside but I was spared that. Shame as it's in a good location.
