A big thank you to "Jigar Damani" for helping me out last week, he manages the Wembley branch. He went out of his way to help me when I found myself in a tricky situation. He went beyond the usual SOP and TnC to keep the customer concern at the forefront and delivered exceptional service. This goes beyond their reputation of a great travel service provider.
