Very bad customer service never reply back
You don't know where are you going, you have to call office to know who will pick you up for every day

Customer service is bad will tell you they will call you back or email but never

We were traveling in June 2017 Europe majestic tour
Bus a/c was not working for 3 days but they don't care
Our tour guide who never listens to your complaints instead will tell that we made big mistakes that we booked with star tour

Over all will not recommend to any one
