My husband and I would like to acknowledge how wonderful Neil (our salesman) and James (finance manager) are. They were very polite, understand, and they WORKED their butt off for us. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. They got us a better deal than what we even asked for. They are excellent!!!! We moved from Florida and this has been the best dealership!!! We highly recommend them. We couldn't ask for better service. Thank y'all again for EVERYTHING y'all done for us!!!! And Neal and all the guys in the service department are amazing!!!! I could not ask for better people to deal with. They are always there no matter what. Thank y'all!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

As anyone knows buying a car can be very stressful. Chris was a miracle worker. I had left not being able to reach a deal that was affordable for me. Within the hour Chris had called me back and had found me a newer car (2017) at payments I could afford. Will definitely be going back to see him whenever I need a new vehicle.

Took my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited in for oil change and tire rotation. Asked the Service Advisor, Neal Williams, to give it a good look over since we we're heading to visit Alaska this summer. Neal took it for a test drive and after pulling the tires recommended we get the brake rotors turned and get the throttle body cleaned. Car had been hesitating on takeoff. So he priced those out for me and we had the items taken care of Car is now smooth on takeoff and brakes smoothly.

We recently bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler and had a very good experience. They were more than willing to work with us to make the sale and make us satisfied Jeep owners. We couldn't even get the Jeep dealer in Sparta to return phone calls and email inquiries but Stan McNabb was proactive without being annoying. Once we decided to buy they worked with us until we came to a mutual agreement.

This dealership is the best we have ever dealt with in all the years that we have been buying cars. Their service department is outstanding, always very helpful and thorough. Marissa in the sales department is great. We always enjoy working with her and chatting with her whenever we come in to have our vehicle serviced. The McNabb's have done an outstanding job with this dealership, especially Trey. He and his wife, Dolly, are great fun. The Jeep Jam that they put on every year is a wonderful time for all the Jeep owners to get together and tell each other how great their special jeep is. Can't wait for next years Jam.

We purchased a new vehicle here a couple of weeks ago. Our sales person was nice, but as per usual, the wait was extremely long. I hate haggling with sales or finance people. We also had our 6 year old with us, so it would have been nice if they would value our time. Also, the waiting area is not very user friendly. There is no real seating. My little one had nothing to do. No TV's, no couches, just a couple of old chairs. The interior really needs some updating.

I am, however, happy with our new Jeep.

My wife and I had been in the market for a used Jeep Wrangler for several months and an internet search located a Jeep that met our criteria at Stan McNabb in Tullahoma. When we contacted the dealership, Angela Franklin handled the call and we made arrangements for a test drive. As we made the trip from Nashville I was excited to check out the Jeep, but to be quite honest less than thrilled at the prospect of the "dealership experience." My previous vehicle purchases from dealerships had left a bad taste in my mouth and I prepared myself for what I expected to be a hassle.

Angela Franklin set the tone for what ended up being a great experience. She was no pressure, no hassles, and no games. She was very easy to work with from start to finish and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase.

Bottom line, the internet is a great tool to help you locate a specific vehicle, but a positive purchasing experience depends on the salesperson and the mindset of the dealership. Stan McNabb had the Jeep that we wanted at a fair price, but Angela Franklin made the experience great! Worth the drive to Tullahoma.

I was advised that my vehicle needed additional service when I went in for an oil change. I asked if I could schedule it at a later date and Neil was very nice with my decision. Yesterday they performed the tune up, changed my oil and rotated my tires in under 2 hours. I did drop off my vehicle for this service so I didn't have to wait there in the showroom. Neil called me when my vehicle was done and I was very pleased with the service.

I took my van in to be serviced (tires and tune up) and there were several problems found including wires and lines destroyed by a rodent nest and a worn belt. The service departments was knowledgeable and professional. They prioritized the repairs that needed to be done to make the van safe and fully operational, while keeping in mind the financial impact such a large repair bill would have on my family. The extensive repairs were made and my van was returned to me within 2 days!
I am so pleased with my experience at Stan McNabb. As long as I have this van (which will be a lot longer now thanks to their diligent work), I will continue to have it serviced at Stan McNabb.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quick and prompt service and great attitudes everyone had. Went for an oil change without an appointment and they worked me right in. The service tech found a couple of other issues with my Jeep and it was going to be a little longer before my vehicle was ready, so the service manager arranged to take me to the house and bring me back to the dealership when my vehicle was done. They went beyond the call of duty to help me and I am one happy and satisfied customer. Thank you!

At 64 years of age, I thought I had seen all there was to see in automobile dealerships. The old saying is: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. All my previous experiences in new car buying were either: The Bad, or most of the time, The Ugly. This dealership is truly different. I traveled from Georgia to do business with Stan McNabb. I highly recommend this dealership.

Wonderful customer service and professionalism as always. I was in ned of a RAM 2500 diesel for work related reasons and went end to see a preowned one they had on the lot. My experience seemed to be very unorganized especially during slow sales times. Typical low ball on trade in. My brand knew 75k truck was dirty, not fueled up, had dents, recalls not address until after I took delivery, accessories added to the truck 3 times above retail. They had the dents address to only scratch the truck where its was done. Typical where sorry but did nothing to improve my experience. Not an impressive new 75k buying experience.

I came into the service department because my 2019 Jeep that would not start and had to be jumped off just to get it to the dealership. I was told that I had to have a electrical system check that would cost $120. I drive a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought in late 2018. I have the extended service plan for 5 years or 100,000 miles. The check that I needed was not covered even with the extended warranty. I was told that the battery was bad and that it was not cover under any warranty and that it would cost around $240 to replace the battery on a 2019 Jeep. The battery that comes in the Jeep was less than 2 years old but has NO warranty what so ever! A $50 battery from Walmart has a 3 year warranty but not one that comes in a brand new $30,000 jeep from the factory!!!!!! I had the service department jump start my 2019 Jeep and I drove it home and parked it. I am SO disappointed in Jeep and Stan McNabb that they would sell me a brand new Jeep and less than 2 years later it would cost almost $400 dollars to check my electrical system and replace a battery. This is a stain on Jeep and Stan McNabb. I have another 2019 jeep and a 2019 Dodge Challenger that I bought from Stan McNabb and I worry that I will have the same problem with them as well. The service manager was very polite and did all he could to help. I have nothing bad to say about him.
