I didn't think I would ever have such a great car buying experience. Everybody was helpful and knowledgeable(Angela in particular) but I never once felt pushed or pressured into something. Their prices were extremely fair and they didn't try to lowball me on my trade in. I highly recommend them to anybody shopping around.

Mrs. Shara was a very nice and knowledgeable saleswoman! Everyone there was very nice! They helped me get my new SUV and the technology they used helped the paperwork go by super-fast! The only thing missing is coffee and a vending machine. Other than that, great salesmanship and a nice dealership overall.

As a reference point I should say that we have had absolutely horrible experiences with the Chrysler dealership service centers in our area for the past nine years. Every time, without exception, a lousy experience. So bad that we stopped going to Chrysler service centers altogether and have been using our local GMC/Buick dealership for repairs. They do a fantastic job on our vehicles and set a high bar for customer service but when it came time for the 100K service on our T&C I wanted to have someone who was familiar with Chrysler products do the work. I mean, brain surgeons are superior doctors right, but do you want one working on your heart? I absolutely dreaded having to deal with the Chrysler dealership again so I kept putting it off. Finally I decided that I would rather drive a couple of hundred miles than deal with our local Chrysler shop so I started researching online. First search was "Highest rated Chrysler Service Centers" set for a 200 mile radius. That's where I found Stan McNabb Chrysler. Not everyone has a pristine record when it comes to reviews and I know that, we are small business owners and deal with customers all the time and there are just some people that cannot be pleased. What made Stan McNabb Chrysler stand out from the other service center reviews I found online was their management's involvement with their customers' experience. They actually replied to the reviewers, both good and bad. That tells me they care about their customers and their business so I decided to give them a call and see how much they would try and BS me. Jason answered the phone and we talked for about 20-25 minutes. He never tried to BS me. I have worked on cars a lot in my time so I know enough to know when someone is BSing me. If he didn't know something he said so. He made a number of recommendations and gave a detailed explanation for why he was making the recommendation. He said if I could get it in that day (Monday) or the next they could probably have it back to me before the weekend (at the time I thought he was BSing me on that one). I told Jason I would see what I could do and thanks for his time. After some thought and discussion with The Boss (AKA my wife) we decided to close the store early and drive up to Tullahoma to drop off the van to get serviced. It was a beautiful two hour drive. The dealership and service center were both well organized, tidy, and clean. Jason was surprised to see us (I didn't call first) but immediately got busy putting together our list of work to be done and finalizing our quote. Again, he said that unless they found something unexpected they should have it ready by the weekend (yea, right). We asked for a restaurant recommendation and he gave us one for a local place called "One 22 West". That was a fantastic recommendation. I got a call from Jason the next day (Tuesday) letting me know what they found and asking what we wanted done for a couple of things. The next call I got was Jason telling me that the van was ready to be picked up...a day earlier than expected (Thursday). OK, so I'm kind of a pessimist (or maybe a realist based on my prior experiences with Chrysler service centers) because the first thing that I thought was "that was too fast, what am I gonna find wrong with it." I had already made plans in my schedule so I could pick up the van on Friday if it was ready but I went ahead and made some changes so I could go get it Thursday with the expectation that I would find something I didn't like and that would give them time to address it before the weekend so I could still pick it up Friday. Well, to my surprise, I did not find anything wrong with the work they had done. No grease on the steering wheel, no leaks under the engine, no funny noises (that weren't already there) coming from anywhere. After a week it drives and rides smooth and everything is as it should be. I've finally found a Chrysler Service Center that I trust. The two hour drive each way is absolutely worth it. Since I live two hours away from this dealership, I communicated via email while researching my next vehicle. Marissa and Shara were very helpful in answering the many questions and concerns that I had. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was exactly as described by Marissa and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a salesperson. However, I didn't appreciate the extreme sales pressure from the young man who presented extended warranties. When a customer indicates he is not interested in purchasing an extended warranty, that's when the discussion should end. Not so with this guy and I was ready to walk away from the deal altogether.

The Stan McNabb service department did a great job fixing my A/C. They where fair and honest and the bill was even a little lower than they said it would be. There was only one thing that I could complain about and it was that they scratched my window tint. So now every time that I am in my Jeep I see it and it drives me nuts. With all that said I will be going back for more services when they are needed.

Normally I dread dealing with car salesman and searching for a car. To my surprise and delight, Stan McNabb made it a smooth transition. Levi did ALL the footwork prior to our arrival. Jalen Swain readily availed himself once we drove up...he actually met us at our vehicle. Yep so all started out well. Fair value for my trade, fair price on the Grand Cherokee I was to purchase. Mind you, this was less than a year old with under 10,000 miles. On the sticker of my Jeep was a 5 yr subscription to Sirius XM real traffic + travel link. With the SUV being so new one would think that service would already be turned on. Nope. Wrong. I ve spent countless hours of my time on the phone with Chris, my salesmen, Jeep, Jeep Customer Care, Sirius, and Travel Link. End result: I have the privilege of paying for this service AGAIN after it s factored into the sticker price of the vehicle. It s like paying for the Jeep and then finding out you actually need to buy the tires again. Will not be back. Salesman does not call me back. Not how a dealer should treat customers. There s a local Jeep dealer to Fort Campbell and I should have purchased there...sans driving 4 hrs rountrip to get hosed out $450. Win some ya lose some Stan.
UPDATE: Trey McNabb reached out to me after hearing of my issues and took it upon himself to get to the bottom of my lack of Travel Link subscription.- even though UConnect, Sirius, and Jeep weren t able to solve the issue-Trey made me whole. Service department is great! My car had engine problems and I brought it in for service with no appointment. Jason got my car in quickly and the technicians fixed it in a timely manner. I live 200 miles away and I was on the road going home by early afternoon. They were friendly and professional. My thanks to them.

Don t call them if you are in a hurry to get something done in service , say your headed on a trip your truck is making funny noise and you need someone to look at it! You must have to make an appointment! Last minute phone calls don t work here!

Great place to buy from. I'm on their website almost daily to see if any new rams show up that I may like. Very helpful dealer, everybody is very friendly and professional. They even stayed late one evening to finalize and to sign papers, it was a little after 1030 when we got finished up. Stay clear of Russell Barnett, they are very rude and a complete joke of a dealer.
The dealer notified me of the recall before the notice came in the mail. Service was fast and complete. Everyone was knowledgeable and respectful. I am happy with the Stan Mcnadd dealership.

My wife brought in her Fiat for servicing after receiving a notice that there had been a recall. So, she proceeded to take her car, and from what I know, that all went fine...car was fixed, etc. However, the customer service was horrible....my wife was made to feel dumb, and she was very belittled (I will not go into detail here). Overall, this is a great place to get a car...nice people, etc. But this visit was very unpleasant, to say the least.
I had a very good experience with this dealership. I drove a long ways because they had a specific car in stock that I wanted. They did a fair trade deal and when I got there they were efficent and timely. The service department even did some accessories changes for me. From the purchase of the car from Marissa McKay which did a superb job with her knowledge, clear through the finance department which got the best rate for me and hats off to the guys in service for their rapid response. I did most of this purchase through their website because of the distance. What a superior job and thanks to all involved AAAAA++++++++
I went to Stan McNabb's dealership this past Saturday to trade in my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and purchase a 2015. I was immediately greeted by the staff when I arrived asking how they could help me. I had contacted the dealership a few months ago telling them what I wanted. Anyways, the car was ordered and built just for me (that process couldn't have gone any smoother) and my car was waiting for me when I arrived. Trey and everyone at Stan McNabb's couldn't have been nicer - it was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything, and they were more than happy to answer all my questions. Nowadays it's hard to find any business that will take the time and show care for their customers. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a new or used vehicle.
Drove from Nashville to go to this dealership s service department for check engine light issues regarding emissions leak because of an awesome recommendation from a friend on the amazing and high quality work they do here at Stan McNabb. I was in and out in 3 hours which would have probably taken a whole day somewhere else. Fair price for the part I needed to fix the issue that other dealerships couldn t find.
