The salesman was friendly and courteous, however communication was lacking about our deal. I had to call three times (and I allowed time for them to talk to banks) to get any information. Even then all they told me was they needed a crazy sum down. I physically had to go to the dealer to get more information than that. Only then did I find out they were offering a completely paltry sum for my trade (1000 dollars whereas another dealer offered me 5500). This was enough to walk away. I'm no fool, I don't expect a ludicrous amount for a trade because I know they need to make money too; but when you insult a customer by lowballing them don't expect any sales. I don't want to be petty, but I would strongly urge anyone not to go here. Every customer matters. Treat them as such. The only reason I gave two stars vs. one is because I felt that the sales guy was nice and I could tell he was new..but that doesn't excuse the rest of matter there. Buyers be warned...
